i hate writing author notes and things like this because, be fr, people are here for your stories.

however, i'm writing this for the people who were in the middle or already read this book. first of all, i am so sorry 😭 i have no idea what went through my brain as i wrote this, but every time i come back to rewrite another chapter, i keep remembering how shitty this book was.

it's not just my poor writing that makes it weird, but its my weird concept of "character flaws/quirks" i decided to add. okay, its fine if a character has depression, or is a bit rude i suppose, or things like that. it makes a character interesting. but in no way is it okay for a character to be sexist. it wad a quick comment, i hadnt even realized (more like i forgot as soon as i first published it) i put it until someone commented under it, but that is fucking low. i dont even understand why i'd write a character, A MAIN CHARACTER/LOVE INTEREST, like someone i wouldn't even associate with.

nothing made sense, i turned my oc into a "quirky" cringy asshole, and there was a shit ton of foreshadowing i did that was never brought up later. yeah, i know, my memory is shit.

i've unpublished all of the chapters to save everyone elses' eyes. to the people who read it all, i'm sorry.

i'm rewriting the book as we speak, i've already got a few chapters down. i had planned on publishing them when i finished all of the chapters, but since this book is empty, i'll post as i finish. and it will be better. sorry to those i've upset and whatnot, i know this was hot garbage.
