Looking at Wu Jing, who held Xu Chao on her shoulder, Xu Hui felt it was better to leave, as such, both he and Xu Ming completely abandoned Xu Chao to his fate.

Looking at the frosty expression on his wife's face, a chill appeared in Xu Chao's heart.

"Now that you have broken through you dare try t rebel?" asked Wu Jing as she began walking with Xu Chao still on her shoulder.

"No no no, why would I do that?" asked Xu Chao with a seemingly truthful expression on his face.

"My intuition doesn't lie," said Wu Jing as she looked at Xu Chao like an ugly bug.

Xu Chao felt the urge to cough a mouthful of blood as he heard what his wife just said.

"Have mercy?" asked Xu Chao with a somewhat pitiful expression on his face, but sadly this did not seem to make Wu Jing less angry.

"Since you dare try to rebel you need to be punished," said Wu Jing as she licked Xu Chao's ear with a weird expression on her face.

Hearing the word 'punishment' Xu Chao's expression kept changing between expectation and dread.

As he heard that, Xu Chao began fazing in and out of existence, trying to escape from his wife's grasp, but sadly, a newly broken-through Dao Saint had no hope of escaping from this old monster.

"Don't worry, if you are obedient I won't be too harsh on you," whispered Wu Jing into Xu Chao's ear.

Somewhere else,

Seeing the scene in front of her, Xu Lanfeng finally stopped looking once she heard what Wu Jing had just said.

But even so, a happy expression appeared on her face now that another Dao Saint Realm cultivator had appeared in the sect.

"The sect's luck is back to normal this generation," mumbled Xu Lanfeng as she looked at the 16 Saint Realm candidates that she had selected, based on her examination, this generation was way more hopeful than the last.

This was of course, ignoring Xu Yue, as placing her on the same level as these Saint Realm candidates was not at all fair to them.

"Her progress is fast as well, it can be seen where some of Xu Yue's talent comes from," mumbled Xu Lanfeng as she watched Wu Jing somehow easily suppress Xu Chao even though the latter had already broken through to the Dao Saint Realm.

Just as Wu Jing was about to continue chasing after Xu Chao, she stopped.

"What's wrong?" asked Xu Chao as he returned next to his wife.

"Someone's watching me," mumbled Wu Jing as she grasped the extremely tiny feeling of being watched and somehow managed to perceive it.

Hearing what his wife had just said, a frown appeared on Xu Chao's face, he tried to find the gaze as well, but sadly he could not feel anything as he had only been in the Dao Saint realm for a while.

Hearing what Wu Jing had just said, a large smile appeared on Xu Lanfengs face.

"She's very very close," mumbled Xu Lanfeng as happiness bloomed in her mind, as such, she stopped spying on Wu Jing, moving her attention somewhere else.

"We should be far away from the Three Thousand Regions," mumbled Xu Lanfeng as she took off the mask on her face, allowing her alluring face to be seen.

Looking at her beautiful protector, Yue became entranced for a moment before regaining rationality.

"Is this what people feel when they look at me? No even though she is beautiful she can't compa-"

Xu Lanfeng let out a light cough, breaking Yue out of her thoughts.

Being broken out of her trance, Yue looked at Xu Lanfeng for a few more moments before realizing who she was.

"Junior Yue greets Ancestor," said Yue, remembering Xu Lanfengs face from one of the statues of her she had seen.

"Although you were once her heart demon, now you are the same person, Why do you use a different name?" asked Xu Lanfeng as she looked at Yue with a somewhat curious expression.

"Can I be considered the same as that lecherous Main body?" asked Yue as she heard what Xu Lanfeng had to say.

Remembering the gaze Yue looked at her with mere moments ago, a weird expression appeared on Xu Lanfengs face.

"You truly are the same person," thought Xu Lanfeng as she watched Yue try and fail to look at her face, her eyes continuously going down to her chest.

Seemingly knowing Xu Lanfengs thoughts, an embarrassed expression appeared on Yue's face.

"Why did you reveal yourself just now ancestor?" asked Yue, completely changing topics.

Suddenly, and without any warning, Xu Yue's eyes opened as clarity filled them.

"So that's why it was possible for Yue to escape undetected from the Heavenly Dao," thought Xu Yue as several weird things in her mind connected with each other.

"Thank you, nameless benefactor," thought Xu Yue, silently thanking the one who took the attention of the Heavenly Dao away.

In another location,

The androgynous figure, or rather Firsts's avatar suddenly felt someone thank it, causing a weird expression to appear on it's face.

"I only interfered with Xu Yue," thought First as it instantly knew who the one who was thinking it was.

After a few moments of thought, First's avatar sat down crosslegged and created a new cultivation base for itself with the experiences of the main body when using this particular cultivation system.

A while later,

"It works," thought First as it felt the rejection of this reality towards it decrease by a large amount.

Now that it's rejection decreased, First took out a small stone from it's soul dimension, before placing it in a formation.

As soon as First activated the formation surrounding it, a tiny light emerged from the stone and quickly sank in the river of time.

"This should be much easier," mumbled First as it felt a tiny connection appear between itself and the main body.

Of course, Yi's main body did not dare try to go too far, as to not anger the time dragons too much.
