"Mr. Kim Jongin and Mrs. Kim Somin has been involved in cyber crime. They hacked into my client's cloud account and exposed their intimate pictures in front of numerous guest at an elite party. They not only invaded my clients privacy but also defamed their family name just to gain revenge for property inheritance.

Apparently, Mr. Kim Hyunbin, the chairman of Kim corporation has recently announced demotion of his older son, Kim jongin and presented his younger son, Kim Taehyung as the CEO with highest amount of shares in the company.

This was the reason they decided it would be appreciate to expose his own brother's intimate pictures along with his husband.... And I expect the court to give justice to my client by punishing the culprit with maximum.. That's all, your honour", Mr. Lee, taehyung's lawyer completed his opening speech.

"It's false accusations, your honor. They only received the pictures of their university life from Mr. kim Jungkook's private Instagram account. They weren't involved in exposing the intimate pictures. They just wanted to expose the lies Mr. Kim Taehyung has fed to his family. He has been in a relationship with his husband before marriage but he fooled his family by making it look like it was arranged as kim family has a strict family rule against love marriage.

My clients just wanted to expose the lies, they didn't hack into anyone's account neither they knew from where the intimate pictures came. And I expect the court to investigate the matter thoroughly before coming into a conclusion.. That's all your honor", the prosecutor spoke.

Taehyung was just sitting beside his lawyer silently. His family was sitting in the back. Jongin and somin were sitting beside their lawyer and somin's family was also present.

The police has done a good work in maintain privacy regarding the case. And the company PR are making sure not a word about the trial leak into the other media.

Anyway the family disputes has been spreading like wildfire. Many are accusing the kims for the reason behind the separation of everyone's favourite couple. Jungkook and taehyung has been trending continuously and their fans were demanding for justice because how can someone just expose their intimate pictures.

"We have prove and witness, I would like to invite them in the witness box, my lord", Mr. Lee stated with a bow as the judge gave his permission.

First came Rose who was previous personal assistant of Jongin and she pretty much knew everything. She has always been sympathetic towards taehyung because she knew what her boss was doing.

She gave her statement about how Jongin treated taehyung And how he didn't leave a single change to humiliate his own brother in front of strangers. Few more employees came to present their statements in favor of taehyung as well.

Mr. Lee then played CCTV footage of the party and the judges saw the clear intention of Jongin and Somin.

"I asked you to remove the footage", Jongin hissed at his lawyer who knew this case was useless.

"That resort belongs to the park family, Mr. Kim.. Taehyung-shi already had the footage on the very next day", the lawyer sighed and Jongin couldn't do anything other than glaring daggers at taehyung.

And somin was regretting the day she agreed to the plans jongin made.

The Parks were Jimin's family. Taehyung himself requested them to help him and also asked them to not say anything to the Jeons yet. He himself would say it to them. They of course agreed to help. They even dragged the employee out of his hiding place who managed the projector at the party.

And Mr. Lee called that man as his last witness. He said jongin was the one to give him the pendrive along with a lot of money for the work. He also said that the pendrive had many more intimate pictures of Taehyung and Jungkook but his conscious didn't let him expose it. He chose the one which hid the couple properly and he knew that would be enough to trigger anyone of the family members and just stop everything.

And Taehyung gave his statement by saying those pictures are only secured in his husband's cloud account whose password only they both knew, it wasn't possible to have those pictures other than hacking it.

And the case was clear like morning sky.

"Considering all the proof and witnesses, I here by now declare Mr. Kim Jongin and Mrs. Kim Somin, guilty.

They are sentenced to five years of imprisonment and with regards of Kim Jongin's financial status, he needs to pay 5 billion won to Mr. kim Taehyung and Mr. Kim Jungkook as a compensation fine for defaming them.. This court is adjourned", the judges concluded as he left the room.

"You showed your real color, Taehyung", jongin said before the cops could take him away.

"What can I say.. Learnt from the best", taehyung smirked. Before he could say anything the couple was dragged out.

"Tae.. Please talk to us", yejin mumbled with immense guilt in her voice.

"I know we made a mistake yet again.. And I have no words other than apologizing again", hyunbin said in guilt.

Taehyung didn't say anything, he turned around and left the court.

"Kookie.. Please open the door..", shinhye knocked on the door for their nth time but jungkook didn't respond even once.

It's been a week, Jungkook has locked himself in his room. He never comes out, neither eat home cooked food. He just orders take out and ask a maid to leave it near the door, he takes it in when he was sure no one was around.

He even called lisa for his schedule so that he can go out and see taehyung but much to his dismay, Minho instructed lisa to cancel all his shoot for the time being. The security and drivers were instructed not to listen to jungkook and no matter what not to open the gate for him to go out, if they didn't want to get fired.

Shinhye was so frustrated and wanted to bang her own head in the wall. She was crushed between her husband's protectiveness and her son's stubbornness. She couldn't just choose one side because both were correct.

"Locking yourself won't help it, kookie.. Please come out and talk to us", jimin pleased but to avail.

"He will come out when his anger is calm enough. Let's just go", yoongi said in irritation. He has been witnessing the same scene since past few days now and he was getting more angry seeing his brother's stubbornness. As if jungkook was blaming them for being protective towards him.

"Yooni, why are you being so rude?", jimin snapped getting angry at his husband as well.

"If looking out for your brother is regarded as rude then I have no regrets", yoongi retorted before storming away.

"Calm down, minie.. Too much stress is not good for you", shinhye sighed patting the youngers shoulder who also sighed in defeat.

"Ma'am.. Master Taehyung is here", a maid frantically informed them about the sudden arrival.

Shinhye and jimin rushed downstairs just to see yoongi glaring at the very guilty Taehyung whose head was ducked down in shame. Shinhye's heart clenched seeing her baby bear looking to lifeless.

"Taebear", she called softly and walked towards him but yoongi held her hand pulling her back which had jimin rolling his eyes in annoyance.

"Why are you here?", yoongi asked sternly.

"I..I am here to a-apologize, hyung", Taehyung mumbled before hesitantly lookin up with his glossy blood shot eyes.

Even yoongi's heart clenched seeing the hollow pale cheeks, dark eye bags, once warn eyes held emptiness as if Taehyung lost all his hope to live. He even looked thinner in just four days.

"I know.. I caused many problems in koo's life.. But I love him hyung. Please don't seperate us, I beg you", Taehyung joined his hands as few silent tears rolled down his cheeks.

"Just trust me one last time", taehyung pleaded with immense guilt in his voice.

"We trusted you once just because you love my son.. But what did you do taehyung?", came a stern voice of minho.

Taehyung turned his gaze at the older, he almost winced when he saw those once warm eyes wich always held affection and love for him were so cold and filled with disappointment.

"Only loving someone isn't enough, taehyung. To maintain a stable relationship you need to put a lot of effort. You need respect, sacrifice, compromise, faith, loyalty and many more. And both should be equally involved, if not equal at least 60-40.

I know you love my son and also respects him a lot. But taehyung tell me honestly, it is enough? You need to stand up for your spouse when you know they aren't wrong. You need to protect each other. It's not just jungkook's part because he is mentally stronger than you.

I am not saying to abandon your family, nor I want you to misbehave and curse at them. All I want is for you to stand beside my son who was correct in his position. Also I am not saying to ignore my son's mistakes as well..no.. Just man the fuck up and speak for the truth and give justice to the one suffering.

And jungkook did that for you and I expect you to do it for him too", minho explained calmly yet his voice was hard and void of warmth.

Taehyung just listened to every word with his head lowered. He knows what was his mistakes. But how will he explain it to the older that, this was his personality. He couldn't help it at that time, he can never be harsh with anyone no matter how much they hurt him.

But now he was really trying to be the ideal husband for his koo. Trying to forced himself to take measures for protecting his husband from his own family.

"I am sorry, Appa", taehyung mumbled in utter guilt. He didn't know what else to say any more. He wasn't used to explaining himself, his family never understood him and jungkook did without any explanation. Thus it was hard.

"Taehyungie", came a soft yet surprised voice grabbing everyone's attention.

Taehyung looked up to see his world rushing down the stairs, his appearance was no better than taehyung, his healthy milky skin looked pale, bambi eyes were swollen and red which had dark bags under it. He looked so weak as if someone sucked the soul out of his being.

Minho held jungkook's wrist and pulled towards himself, holding a stern expression on his face.

"I didn't allow you to meet him, yet", he said lowly and jungkook stared at him in disbelief. Since when his father became such controlling?

"What? Why would I need permission to see my own husband", jungkook yelled out in anger. He was so done with all these things, what would they achieve by keeping a married couple seperate.

"And I am your father.. Do not forget that", he mumbled firmly and jungkook's eyes teared up. No matter how strong he was, but he wasn't liking the way his father was talking to him. He wasn't used to such strictness from his father.

Jungkook turned his glossy eyes at taehyung and those sad almond eyes was churning jungkook's tummy with an ugly feeling. He was suffocated and felt nauseous at the amount of pain his heart and mind was suffering.

"Unless taehyung learn to stand up for himself and you.. You both aren't meeting", yoongi said in finality.

"I-I did", taehyung managed to mumble. And everyone looked up at him curiously.

"I..filed a case against Jongin and his wife.. Yesterday was their trial and my lawyer proved them guilty. They aren't coming out of prison at least for five years and has to pay me a handsome amount of fine", taehyung stated and other's were surprised would be an understatement.

Jungkook knows behind those fierceness was hiding a innocent child who was curled up in the corner in guilt and sadness for punishing his own brother. Because out of all people, jungkook very well knows taehyung loved his family dearly. And taking such a step against his own blood took a lot more effort for taehyung than anyone can imagine.

"I also decided to move out of kim mansion with koo and live in my condominium that I inherited. I also decided to...to cut off relation with my p-parents", taehyung mumbled the last phrase as he looked down because his forced strong facade was crumbling down.

Jungkook stared at taehyung with sad overwhelming eyes as tears were rolling down his cheeks. He was of course proud that taehyung managed to come out of his shell and took such a big step on his own but his heart was also aching at the thought that his baby forced himself to do the things which would definitely hurt him but taehyung anyway did for his sake.

"W-what?", shinhye shuttered still in disbelief. Because she too knows it was hard for taehyung. That innocent man has suffered so much and still was.

"Tae.. You don't have to leave your family", jimin muttered with sadness lacing his voice.

"Koo can never be happy if we live there. And I am tried", taehyung mumbled and that one phase was enough to break everyone's heart.

"Are you happy now?", shinhye yelled at minho which startled the older male.

"What? I didn't tell him to leave his family.. Why are you blaming me?", minho defended himself.

"Just because of your stubbornness you separated a son from his parents.. Why can't you see what you two are doing is wrong?", she expressed her frustration in rage.

"No eomma.. I did it for myself and koo.. No one forced me or anything.. Please, appa..hyung.. Don't seperate us", Taehyung pleased again and jungkook hated seeing his baby so vulnerable.

"What's wrong with you?", jungkook yelled out which startled minho, yet again.

"Why are you behaving like those vicious dads from old movies....who won't accept their child's love... Just drop this stern act, you ancient man", jungkook exclaimed.

Minho's eyes widen comically as he stared at his own son with offend filled eyes.

"Wha.. I.. Vicious dad..ancient..What the hell, Jeon Jungkook", he yelled too.

"It's Kim Jungkook", jimin pointed out clearing his throat.

Yoongi gave a 'are you serious' look at jimin who glared at him.

"What? You want me to change my name back to Park, again, you grumpy cat", he hissed and yoongi looked away gulping.

Taehyung was just looking at them like a lost puppy not knowing how the environment shifted from anger to sadness to....funny?

"Alright, fine.. Shoo you evil bunny", minho pouted as he crossed his arms against his chest like a kid he was. And jungkook can't be more happy seeing his whipped father back again.

He kissed the older's cheeks surprising him before rushing towards taehyung with wide smile on his face.

Taehyung smiled widely before opening his arms as jungkook's smaller frame collided with his taller one. He wrapped his arms around jungkook's small waist before hosting him up and hugging him dearly.

Jungkook buried his face in taehyung's neck as they cried out in contentment as if they could breath again.

"I love you so fucking much", taehyung mumbled against jungkook's neck.

"I love you more than you can imagine", jungkook mumbled against taehyung's neck.

"Alright it's time for us to leave", shinhye chuckled fondly before dragging her husband by his collar who was whining to not be angry on him.

And jimin dragged yoongi by his ear for giving him a hard time in his pregnancy.

Jungkook pulled back and wiped taehyung's tears before wiping his own, taehyung was still hosting him up, as they smiled through their tears.

The younger leaned down before capturing taehyung's lips as they move their lips against each other eagerly, pouring every ounce of feeling into the kiss, desperately wanting the warmth they craved since past week.

The kiss soon turned passionate with a hint of desire in it as the tongue got involved. Hands were roaming around each other body asbof claiming it as theirs. Jungkook pulled back but taehyung chased for his lips sucking on it hungrily. Jungkook forcefully pulled back before dragging taehyung to his room in haste.
