Yin Lei was more than flustered and he ordered, “Don’t get hung up on the fight. Hurry and run! Take me!”
Just then, the remaining five guards died of gunshot wounds.
Yin Lei had no idea that his highly trained people would be so weak and his brain went numb.
Without getting the chance to curse at these people, he tried to escape.
He managed to take two steps before he was hit with a bullet in the back. He spat out blood and collapsed onto the floor.
The first thing Qiao Qing did was check up on Jun Yexuan. Seeing that he had no change in expression, she walked forward.
As she walked, she asked Quan Zexi, “Dad, we killed him. What should we do next?”
“What do you mean, next?” Quan Zexi tucked away his gun, “If I was afraid, I never would’ve shot him. Didn’t he see that we have surveillance cameras here? He came here to kill me first. When we bring all of this forward to the citizens, he will gain no sympathy. He saved me the trouble of hosting an

Qiao Qing nodded. She then walked to Jun Yexuan and held his hand.
Jun Yexuan knew what she was worried about so he comforted her by stroking her cheek, “He tried to hurt you and uncle. I’m not going to show him sympathy at all. Don’t overthink this, okay?”

Just then, He Wanging walked down the stairs while shaking, “Are you guys okay?”
Quan Zexi was not pleased, “Your daughter is the God of Gun and I am not a weak man! How can we not be okay?! You’re embarrassing me for being so scared!”

Qiao Qing rolled her eyes at him, “Dad.”
Quan Zexi backed off, “Ah, ok ok, I’ll stop lecturing her.”
As the family rejoiced, nobody noticed that Yin Lei’s hand was slowly moving. Quietly, he picked up the gun that was beside his hand.
He Wanging was walking towards her family when her glance caught sight of the movement. Her pupils constricted and she shouted, “Zibo!”
‘What followed was a heart wrenching cry. He Wanging fell right onto Quan Zexi.
The sound of a bullet leaving the gun exploded. A bloody flower showed up on He Wanging’s back.
“Wanging!”
“Mom!”
“Aunty!”

Everyone was dumbfounded by this scene. Quan Zexi caught He Wanging as her legs went weak. Fear and disbelief was all over her eyes.
Qiao Qing’s ears went red. As if she had gone nuts, she lunged herself forward and shot Yin Lei multiple times. She then threw away her gun and rushed towards He Wanging.
Simultaneously, she shouted for Lang Yin.
Jun Yexuan watched this chaos unfold before him. His body felt like he was being dragged into hell. With his face blank, his limbs went cold.
His entire brain now buzzed. Terrified to tun and check up on He Wanging, all he could think of was what he was going to do if He Wanging dies?
Was he going to become the reason his mother-in-law died?
During that time, everyone was focused on He Wanging. Nobody noticed the unusualness he displayed.
