Gohan, Vermont and Strix returned to Gohan’s world. “This will be your new home, I am not sure if you have any family?” Gohan asked as she nodded.

“I have a younger brother who lives on the capital world Dionysus.” She explained as Gohan nodded.

“Would you like to go and see him?” Gohan asked as she nodded.

“News of the fall of Eve has reached the outer worlds by now, he is most likely unsure of what happened to me as I am his only family left and the commander of the fallen empire, in most cases I would be the first one to fall if the empire is destroyed.” She explained.

“Alright, Vermont take her to meet with her brother if you want to bring him here then do so, however, this world is empty so I think he should remain on Dionysus.” Gohan said to which she nodded. “Once you confirmed he is fine return to my world and begin your training I will return within a few days.”

“I understand.” She bowed as Gohan took off towards earth, flying through the vacuum of space at mind numbing speeds until the earth came into view ten minutes later, when he arrived the hanger opened allowing him access.

He made his way back to the cafeteria where he found Flash and Diana. “I can sense the others are already back on earth.” He said as they nodded.

“Yeah, they are helping rebuild the destroyed parts of Metropolis.” Flash explained. “But I opted to remain because ain’t no way I will let you come back to an empty Watchtower.” Flash explained as Gohan smiled and nodded.

“Thanks, now what is there to eat!” Gohan said as he took a seat and meal after meal started pouring in.

“Nothing like earth food.” Gohan said as he stuffed his face to which Flash laughed. “That reminds me, you down to come around for dinner three days from now?” Flash asked as Gohan stopped and scratched the back of his head.

“Will tomorrow do?” Gohan asked. “My schedule is really tight right now.” He explained as Flash nodded.

“That’s fine, I just wanted to give you some time, remember Iris wanted to meet you?” He asked as Gohan nodded.

“Yeah she won’t stop reminding me after you returned.” Flash chuckled as Gohan nodded.

“Oh yeah sure I don’t mind, I look forward to it.” Gohan explained.

“Who would have thought I’d have the ruler of the universe sitting at my dinner table.” Flash chuckled.

“When I am with you guys I’m just Gohan remember?” Gohan said with a grin as Flash nodded.

“Your friendship is admirable.” Diana chipped in as Flash grinned.

“Well Gohan and I had a boys night out so of course!” He responded.

“That reminds me Diana we still have that dinner if you are still interested.” Gohan brought up surprising her but her eyes seemed to light up at the comment Flash was caught off guard by this but a mischievous grin spread on his face which Gohan took note of.

“It’s nothing like that we were supposed to have dinner last year but things happened and we couldn’t.” Gohan explained as Flash nodded not believing him.

“Yeah totally.” As Diana nodded.

“Indeed, and of course how can I forget just let me know when.” She said as Flash rolled his eyes.

“Anyways, I’ll be back later Gohan, if you need me I’ll be on earth.” He said making himself scarce as Green Lantern walked in.

“Hey guys! You must be-” He didn’t get to finish as Flash grabbed him by the arm and dragged him out.

“You can meet him next time he is busy now.” Flash said as Hal looked confused but just rolled with it, it was probably important.

Gohan just chuckled as he finished his meal. “Are you not still hungry?” She asked.

“Well I wouldn’t want to completely fill myself.” He explained as a news broadcast caught his attention, it was a recap of when she took off her bracelets.

“That’s quite impressive.” He commented as she sighed.

“Be that as it may I cannot control myself in that state.” She explained. “My power becomes too much for me to control and the only people capable of knocking sense back into me are my sisters and the league.”

“Sisters?” He asked as she nodded.

“Yes, I am from an island of warriors, although they are all female and look down on men, my mother the queen has forbidden any man to set foot on the island.” She said with an exasperated sigh.

“Any particular reason as to why?” Gohan asked.

“We were tricked many years ago and many of our sisters were slaughtered by Hercules.” She explained as Gohan nodded but something clicked.

“Your mother is the queen? Doesn’t that make you a princess?” He asked as she nodded.

“Indeed, I am the daughter of Hippolyta and Zeus god of the skies.” She explained as Gohan’s jaw dropped somewhat.

“So you’re half goddess?” He asked as she nodded and raised her bracelets. “These contain my divinity but because I am not fully divine the mortal side gets overwhelmed when removed, I was never able to release them without losing my mind.” She explained as Gohan nodded he was interested in the topic but still distracted by something.

“I see, rather unfortunate.” He commented as she nodded, she noticed his eyes seemed to be far away.

“Is everything alright?” She asked as Gohan hesitated but relented, her eyes seemed to genuinely care.

“Once I settled the problem between the two empires I went to a planet far in the eastern quadrant and found someone I wasn’t expecting to find.” He said.

“Somehow an alternate version of my grandmother was there, I never met her before but during the conversation she figured out that my father is her son, well another version of him.” Gohan explained surprising her. “This has been on my mind since I returned.”

She sat silent for a few seconds while she collected her thoughts before she responded. “Isn’t this good news? Even though you lost the family you knew, you found family you never knew existed.” She said as Gohan nodded.

“That’s what’s driving me crazy, I saw my grandmother and grandfather for the first time and I could do nothing but brush them aside because they aren’t my actual family.” He said as she stood up and slammed her hand on the table shocking Gohan who looked at her.

“Nonsense! She may be from another dimension but it must of crushed her to know her grandson is not interested in knowing her.” She said as she realized she had an outburst but before she could say anything else Gohan spoke.

“You’re right.” Gohan continued as she just nodded she didn’t want to anger him but it didn’t seem to do that, not that she was afraid of his anger she just didn’t want to push him away with her lack of understanding of social cues.

“Next time I see them I’ll try and have a real conversation with them.” He said as she smiled and sat down just as an idea popped into her head.

“You know what always gets my mood up?” She asked as Gohan looked at her waiting for her to talk.

“A spar!” She announced as Gohan looked surprised but remembered she was a warrior as well. “You may be stronger but that won’t deter me!” His surprise turned into a smile.

“You know I could go for a sparring session as well.” He said as he got up.

They made their way towards the training room.

“I will match your strength so that it’s a match of skill, not power.” Gohan said as she nodded.

“That makes me even more excited.” She said which somehow igniting Gohan’s saiyan blood at the prospect of a fun fight.

When they arrived Gohan lowered his power level accordingly and they started the battle, Diana coming in for a punch that Gohan parried sliding under her defense attacking her mid section just for her to twist avoiding it and jumping upwards while spinning in the air as she let her foot out which Gohan blocked and grabbed her leg and swung her down towards the ground but she pulled herself inward negating his swing and kicked him with her other foot forcing him to let go as they made distance.

No words were spoken as they circled one another before returning but this time it was hand to hand combat, punches were thrown and parried while kicks were blocked as Gohan was about to kick but Diana lifted her leg and kicked his knee forcing his leg back down to the ground as she threw a left hook that Gohan blocked with his right forearm before trying to destabilize her by ankle tapping her but she masterfully lifted her foot and came in for a headbutt but Gohan just put his palm out blocking the attempt.

They quickly separated with smirks as Gohan nodded. “You are certainly very skilled in hand to hand combat.” He complimented as she returned.

“I was trained by the best my island has to offer, not just with straight up hand to hand but also various weapons, I have mastered nearly every weapon available for combat.” She explained proudly as Gohan nodded.

“You have me beat there, I have only ever fought with my hands and a sword.” He explained.

“I can give you lessons if you’d like?” She asked, normally this would come off as condescending but he could see it in her eyes she meant every word of it.

“I would appreciate it.” He smiled. “But our fight isn’t over just yet! Let me show you the true strength of the Turtle Style.” He said as he charged in leading the attack. “My father taught me this one.” He said as she blocked his attack but to her surprise he phased right through her she quickly turned and kicked at his head but her leg went through his face as she felt a solid and precise blow land on her gut knocking the wind out of her.

‘I didn’t see him move? What is this?’ She thought.

She quickly recomposed herself as Gohan appeared behind her as she attacked him just to feel a punch rattle her face.

“This is quite the impressive technique, what is it?” She asked as Gohan reappeared a few feet away from her before ten of him appeared.

“It’s called the After Image Technique, you could also do it if you trained for it, you can add another instinctual sense on top of it called Wild Sense, it almost guarantees a counter attack after dodging.” Gohan explained as it dawned on her that he used that just now.

“This is another ridiculous one.” Gohan said as he concentrated and six extra arms appeared surprising Diana.

“You have eight arms!?” She said as he smiled. “It’s called Eight-Arm Fist, my father created it on the spot when he fought his rival who had a technique called Four Witches Technique where he had four arms, when I was a kid he taught me a bunch of techniques in a weird time chamber, but I never really needed to use any of them besides the After Image.” He explained as her eyes seemed to sparkle.

“This is a martial arts technique?” She asked as he nodded and stopped using it. “Truly remarkable! He was a fighting genius!” She said as he chuckled.

“I was told by Master Roshi he had this weird ability where he could instantly learn a technique as soon as he saw it and he used some crazy fighting technique to counter his drunken fist.” Gohan said as he seemed to be thinking back to the past.

“Oh and he taught me this.” Gohan said as he got into a stance and turned towards a training dummy. “Kiai!” Gohan exclaimed as a blast of pressurized air slammed into the training dummy breaking it in half.

“He had quite a few one of them was a blinding flash of light but I wouldn’t want to bore you.” Gohan said as he turned to her but her eyes just like before were sparkling at the techniques as she got an idea.

“Teach me all of these and I will make it my mission to make you master with weapons!” She said eagerly as Gohan was stunned by the offer but remembered she was a warrior she lived off of combat it seemed, he grinned and held out his hand.

“Deal!” He said as she shook his hand, their childlike personalities coming to the front as Gohan went through more techniques as a hours went by with them exchanging information and training together.

In the monitor room everyone was staring at the two as they went back and forth so enthusiastically. “They grow up so fast.” Flash said as he pretended to wipe a tear from his eye as Supergirl chuckled.

“They’re kinda cute together.” She commented as Zatanna sighed.

“Damn, I regret not being a battle junkie now.” She said as Batgirl nodded as she had just returned to the watchtower after helping keep peace in Gotham since the whole Darkseid invasion.

Back on Gohan’s world Strix was straining as she held a ki blast in her hands. “Very good, you are already in tune with your ki, your life as a warrior is now helping you greatly.” He said as she relaxed before leaning back.

“I feel extremely drained.” She commented as she glanced at her hands Vermont just nodded. “It is to be expected, it’s your first time using your life force you should be proud that you didn’t pass out, you went a little overboard.” He explained as she nodded.

“I want to make Lord Gohan proud.” She started as she glanced at her hands. “He pulled me out of that miserable life…even if he didn’t mean to save me.”

“If I cannot become strong enough to meet his standards I do not deserve the position he wants to grant me…I can tell he plans on having me do most of his work while he trains.” She said as Vermont nodded.

“Impressive for you to discern that so quickly, does it not anger you?” He asked as she shook her head.

“In fact I am sure it brings me joy even if I can’t feel it there must be a reason as to why I feel so devoted to him and the duty he wants to bestow on me…I would rather be his tool than emperor Velius’s unlike the emperor he saw potential in me to be more.” She said as Vermont smiled.

“I can see he chose well.”

“Would it be possible to restore my stamina?” She asked as he nodded and healed her, she closed her eyes and continued to practice her ki control.

Back on Planet Vegeta. “He is our grandson Bardock!” Gine said angrily as Bardock shook his head.

“Do NOT let him hear you say that Gine! If you pester him over this you could endanger our planet he is still a Destroyer God, who knows what sort of relationship he had with Kakarot for all we know he killed him.” Bardock said as she growled just as Kakarot and Raditz walked in with bruises.

“Mother, father.” They both said as they entered. “We heard that this dimensions God of Destruction visited Planet Vegeta what did he have to say? I heard you brought him back here.” Raditz started.

“Nothing he just wanted to inform King Vegeta that Darkseid is no longer a problem we have to worry about.” Bardock said.

“Anything else?” Kakarot asked as Bardock shook his head but Gine clicked her tongue.

“Don’t lie father, we heard the stories from the Elites who were there.” Kakarot said getting aggravated at the denial as Bardock walked up to him.

“Or what Kakarot?” He asked as he glared at his son this seemed to do the trick as Kakarot backed down not willing to be on his father’s bad side.

“We heard he is Kakarot’s son from another dimension one where he killed his father and became a destroyer god.” Raditz said as Gine chipped in.

“Watch your mouth! We don’t know that! He just said that Kakarot is dead but it didn’t sound like he did it!” She defended Gohan as Raditz rolled his eyes.

“Wake up mother! If he did kill Kakarot doesn’t that mean that he probably killed father, you and I as well.” Raditz speculated as silence fell over them.

“You have a son on the way do you not?” Bardock asked as Kakarot nodded. “Once he is born we will know for sure.” Bardock said.

“Are you daft Bardock?” Gine asked angrily the males in her family certainly got punched in the head one too many times.

“If it isn’t the same mate the child might not bore any striking resemblance.” As Bardock seemed to realize that.

“We don’t even know which saiyan female he mated with to have Gohan.” Raditz commented as Kakarot shook his head.

“Unlikely she is a saiyan.” He said as he put his hand to his chin, the others were confused as Gine seemed to understand. “His name.” Kakarot finished.

“You’re right, his name is Gohan and he has no saiyan name, so he is probably a hybrid saiyan, the other species must be monstrous to bore him, he said he turned Super Saiyan at 11 under Kakarot’s tutelage.” She said surprising both Raditz and Kakarot as Bardock nodded.

“I can’t even transform into a Super Saiyan!” Kakarot said surprised. “Another me unlocked the legendary state?” He asked as Bardock and Gine shrugged.

“He never said anything about you knowing it but I suppose if you taught it to him you must have achieved it.” She said as he grinned.

“She said another version of you, not YOU dumbass!” Raditz said and smacked Kakarot over the head.

“I know! I mean if another me could do it that means I should be able to as well!” He said as he left the house.

“Where are you going Kakarot?” Gine asked as he answered.

“To train! If I could do it there I should be able to do it here!” He said as Raditz shrugged and joined him, he wasn’t wrong and that could mean maybe he could achieve the legend for himself as well, only time and training would tell.

“You aren’t leaving me behind!” He said as he chased after Kakarot as Gine and Bardock watched their sons fly off to train.

“You know if they weren’t our sons I would have probably beat them up already.” She said as Bardock nodded as he pulled her closer and hugged her as she blushed and looked at him.

“What’s up with you?” She asked her fierce nature somehow watered down.

“Our spawn somewhere out there created a being that rules an entire universe.” Bardock said with pride as she rolled her eyes and smiled.

“Well, you’re right we don’t know what really happened and it is better to just leave him alone…” She said as she sighed sadly at the idea of never seeing Gohan again.

“If he wants to get to know us he will come if he doesn’t he won’t, it’s as simple as that I am the Super Saiyan of legend and he is the Super Saiyan God turned Destroyer God, greatness runs in our family.” He said as she just smiled.

But a thought struck her as odd. “He said that it was the first time he saw his heritage, you don’t think something happened to the saiyan race before he could see it?” She asked as Bardock seemed to understand her train of thought.

“Maybe we are missing some very important details indeed, if he ever returns to Planet Vegeta for us we should ask him.” Bardock said as she nodded.

Back on the watchtower Gohan and Diana were still talking vehemently about techniques and how to perform them to the best degree. “When you do it you have to move swiftly it’s not only speed, your movements have to be smooth if you make the smallest jerk the technique will fail, concentrate you can do it.” Gohan encouraged as she nodded and closed her eyes.

As Flash and Batgirl walked in. “You guys still training?” Flash asked as Diana spoke behind him.

“Yes.” Flash turned around surprised and looked back to where she was still standing as the image faded.

“You did it!” Gohan exclaimed as she fist pumped the air and made her way over to him and gave him a high five.

“Are you sure you are the fastest alive flash.” She asked as his jaw dropped.

“How didn’t I see you move?” He asked as Gohan chuckled.

“Trade secret.” Gohan said as Diana grinned. “Who would have thought you would have gotten it with only half a day of training.” Gohan said as she stood upright.

“I am Diana of Themyscira, next in line for the throne! I can do anything I set my mind to.” She said as Gohan nodded.

“Next is the consecutive After Image.” He said as dozens of Gohan’s appeared around them, after ten seconds they faded away.

“So that’s how!” Flash said as he pointed his finger accusingly. “I thought you moved so fast I couldn’t see you but somehow you leave an image behind.” He said. “If I wasn’t the fastest man alive I would never be able to see that.” He said as Gohan nodded.

“That’s why the best counter to the After Image technique is Ki sensing, but the better you are at the technique the harder it is to keep track of the person using it, Barry just has really fast eyes.” He explained.

“I will master this technique!” Diana declared as Gohan nodded.

“I look forward to seeing you use it in our next fight!” He said as she nodded.

“So which weapon do you fancy the least?” She asked as Gohan thought.

“I ask this because it is best to get the ones you struggle with the most, once you master those you will excel with the ones you love.” She said as Flash could see they were about to go on another tangent but stopped them.

“Hold on now, I gave you guys plenty of time for flirting but Gohan it’s almost time for dinner!” He reminded as Gohan’s eyes widened.

“Already!?” He asked as Flash nodded but Gohan immediately started suppressing a creeping blush when he realized what Barry said and Diana just feigned ignorance.

“Flash is right we should postpone our training session, it is my fault I was too caught up with the training session.” She said as Gohan nodded.

“You and me both I haven’t had that much fun training for as long as I can remember.” He said as she nodded agreeing.

‘The moment I stop it you guys go right back into it, I guess you just can’t stop yourselves.’ Flash thought as he sighed but Gohan just seemed to blush.

“I’ll go and wash up and meet you in the cafeteria Barry.” Gohan said as he nodded and everyone disappeared from the training room.

When he returned he was dressed in a casual dark grey tux, his blazer was unbuttoned as he met Barry. “Looking good man!” He said as Gohan nodded.

“Thanks!” They left the watchtower and arrived on Earth and made their way towards Barry’s home as the sun set.

When they arrived Barry opened the door and entered with Gohan close behind.

“Welcome to my home.” Barry said as Gohan nodded.

“Thanks for having me, it looks really nice too.” He commented as a woman turned the corner. “Hello!” She said as she approached them. “You must be Lord Gohan.” She said as Gohan smiled.

“Please, call me Gohan.” Gohan said as she nodded.

“I am Iris, Barry’s wife.” She said as she put her hand out, Gohan stepped forward and shook her hand.

They made their way towards the dining room and took their seats. “If you don’t mind me asking, how long have you two been together?” Gohan asked.

“About three years married now but Barry had the cutest crush for the longest time.” She said as Barry just chuckled.

“Not my fault she didn’t notice my puppy dog eyes.” He said.

“Really? How long have you two known one another?” Gohan asked.

“Since we were kids.” She explained as Gohan looked at Barry with a smile.

“I am impressed you knew you liked her and kept going after her for so many years.” Gohan complimented.

“Yeah well my heart was aching during my trials and tribulations.” He said as Gohan laughed.

“I can imagination, I know this is late but congratulations.” Gohan offered as Barry grinned and gave him a thumbs up which Gohan returned with a grin which Iris took note of.

“Thanks, how about we get to eating I am starving.” He suggested to which both Gohan and Iris nodded and they started eating. “The food smells amazing Iris.” Gohan complimented as she smiled.

“Well I tried my best, but I didn’t make all of it, Barry helped and we ordered some food as well.” She explained as Gohan nodded. “Thanks for inviting me.” He said as she waved it off.

“It’s really not a problem.” She returned as they ate.

“I am curious, how did you two even meet?” Iris asked. “I get that Barry is in the league but you’re a god right?” She asked as Gohan nodded.

“Yep, a God of Destruction.” He explained as she nodded impressed but somewhat intimidated by the title, not like she knew what it was Gohan could tell she was full of questions, shouldn’t someone that is the god of literal destruction be more…hellbent on destruction?

“Why don’t you explain Barry?” Gohan suggested.

“I would but I don’t really know all that much, all I know is that you are basically the ruler of the universe.” Barry concluded as Iris choked on her drink.

“The ruler?” She asked as Gohan put his hand on his chin thinking it over.

“Yeah you could say that, but not really ruler I just maintain balance and make sure the universe is a safe place for mortals to exist if the gods of creation or the lower gods of the afterlife want to do something major that might disrupt the balance I have to approve it first, same goes for the Kings and Queens ruling sections of the universe.” Gohan explained as Iris seemed to understand who was in front of her.

“Any being or outside power threatening balance between creation and destruction will be destroyed, I don’t just destroy things for fun.” Gohan explained as Iris was taken aback by that, it was almost like he read her mind but it was definitely just her imagination, right?

‘I need to work on that.’ Gohan thought to himself, last thing he wanted was to violate his friends mental privacy especially anyone important to him so he just forcefully limited his mental strength and scope to his own mind.

“You’re like the head of all the gods then?” She asked as he nodded.

“Well the gods in this universe when we go out into the multiverse I am responsible for this universe alone if the mortal level drops too low the Grand Priest will ask my Angel what is the reason and if he doesn’t like the answer he will confront me and if he doesn’t like my answer well I will be stripped of my divinity and erased on the spot, the same goes if I do something that endangers this universe but I do have my freedom, if this universe is deemed a failure I can restart it, if an outside force is somehow able to kill me then I am not fit to be a God of Destruction and a new destroyer who is more capable will take my position and if the universe is destroyed by an evil that could kill me well then the Almighty will erase this universe from cosmic history and it will be deemed a failure.” Gohan explained as she just stared at him slack jawed, Barry as well.

“Oh sorry…did I overwhelm you with information?” He asked as she just shook her head.

“No…I just wasn’t expecting that.” As she chuckled. “I don’t know what I was expecting but wow, after what I saw you do I’d be surprised if anyone could even hurt you, let alone kill you.” Barry nodded in agreement but he quickly changed the subject.

“As for how we met, well I saw Gohan in space fighting someone and he ended up in our spaceship and he passed out, after that we took him in and he woke up a year later, I was pretty suspicious of him he looked like he had anger issues.” Barry joked as Gohan just covered his face in embarrassment.

“The poor star behind you took the brunt of your anger.” He said as Gohan just sighed and chuckled.

“Yeah that wasn’t my best moment.” Gohan admitted as they continued eating in silence.

“I wanted to thank you.” Iris started as Gohan glanced up and looked at her, Barry also looked at her and continued eating. “If you didn’t show up and help Barry and the league we would have been doomed but more than that, I saw you had him healed as well…” She said as the image of Barry being crushed flashed through her mind, she was watching the news that day along with everyone else.

“I am sorry for asking Barry to drag you here but I just wanted to say thank you!” She said as Gohan stared at her and smiled slightly.

“I want to say don’t be but that wouldn’t be right to your resolve so I will accept your thank you but I consider Barry a friend, probably the closest friend I have in this universe since I arrived.” Gohan explained. “Even if I arrived late and he died I would have went to the afterlife and brought him back myself.” Gohan said with a smile as she started to tear up and Barry held her hand gently.

“You can do that?” Barry asked as Gohan grinned and leaned back.

“I am the God of Destruction, bringing back one person is as easy as snapping my fingers although the god in charge of judging the dead would think I am playing favorites.” He chuckled.

“But no one would say anything, they are all to afraid of me and my title as Destroyer God of the 21st universe and they trust my judgement, I wouldn't be a destroyer without good reason.” He said as Iris just chuckled in between tears as she wiped her eyes, careful to not mess up her make up.

“What do you do for a living Iris?” Gohan asked trying to lighten the mood and change the subject.

“I am a freelance journalist.” She explained. “Between writing about the Flash and life hacks I am looking for something a little more concrete.” She said as Gohan nodded and got an idea. “I have an idea if you’re interested.” Gohan started.

“How would you like to conduct an interview with me?” Gohan asked as she dropped her knife and fork at the words, even Barry was taken aback by it.

“Obviously people would question how you even got the interview, but I do plan on going back to the general assembly because I am sure they will find a way to bring me back and try and get information from me.” Gohan said. “I don’t really need to but leaving people in the dark could lead to more problems down the line, there are people who will try and use the mystery that is me to spread misinformation and turn the general populace against me, there are naive people out there who can and will fall for that kind of propaganda and it will probably ruin their lives and mental states as well.”

“If you are there when I arrive, somewhere down the line I will choose a random reporter to conduct the interview and that person will just so happen to be you.” Gohan finished as he continued eating.

“Think about it, I would prefer it if the person writing about me knows the facts and I can trust they won’t manipulate my words in a bad light, after all I really like earth, it was once my home as well, I’d like to visit it more often.” He explained as she slowly nodded.

“Of course I would love that!” As Barry smiled.

Back with Vermont and Strix.

“You’re lack of emotions seems to be working in your favor in this regard.” He commented as she held a Ki ball in her hand before dissipating it.

“However it certainly will not do, you are already very strong for a mortal but being able to feel emotion is extremely important for survival, it’s like fighting with a missing sense except the increase to your other senses are negligible.” Vermont explained as he disappeared and reappeared with his hand at her throat.

“You cannot even feel fear for your life and that is what may end up killing you in the future.” He explained as she glanced down at his hand as he removed it.

“How would I be able to fix my problem?” She asked. “I do not mind it but if it is a requirement to be a better tool than I will do anything to grow stronger.”

Vermont frowned at the comment. ‘I am sure my lord doesn’t want a tool.’ He thought to himself as he checked his staff but sighed.

Once the dinner was over Gohan said his goodbyes to both Barry and Iris before flying off into space heading back to his world.

When he arrived he saw Vermont training Strix as he blocked her attack and gut checked her leaving her on the ground gasping. “Your movements also lack depth, you may be able to defeat opponents weaker than you but if you fight someone on your level you would lose instantly.” He said as she sat up.

“It is hard to really get behind my attacks, even though I have a reason to fight I just can’t muster up anything more than a punch or a kick.” She explained as Gohan landed.

“It makes you very easy to predict as well, I fear unless you can overcome this somehow you will never progress as a warrior the emperor simply robbed you of your potential for meagre gains in strength.” Vermont said as he looked at Gohan. “You will never be someone Lord Gohan can truly depend on should the need arise.”

She turned and noticed Gohan as well and bowed. “Welcome back my lord.” She said as Gohan just stared at her trying to think of a solution.

“Unfortunately just as Lord Vermont has said I may be a defective tool.”

Gohan walked up to her with a sad look in his eyes. “Get some rest Strix.” He said as she nodded and stood up and left towards the giant tree in the distance.

Gohan walked towards Vermont and sighed. “There has to be a way.”

“Unfortunately her soul is broken and there are pieces of it corrupted and missing, messing with it could do more harm than good.” He explained as Gohan sighed again.

“Let’s begin our training.” Gohan said as he turned to Vermont who raised his hand stopping Gohan.

“I have a question my lord, I couldn’t help but notice the saiyans from Planet Vegeta all bore tails yet I fail to see yours.” Vermont said as Gohan stood upright.

“Well yeah, it was a weakness and according to Vegeta we can use it to transform into giant monkeys, but with Super Saiyan available it made the form redundant and unnecessary because Super Saiyan is just stronger, better and more efficient.” Gohan explained. “So we had them removed otherwise we would turn into giant raging monkeys every time the moon appears, the risk outweighed the reward.” Gohan ended his explanation as Vermont nodded.

“I did some research on it and I think it would be unwise to ignore a part of your saiyan biology, it may hold more secrets and power than even you expect.” Vermont said as Gohan raised an eyebrow now curious.

“What do you mean?” He asked.

“It may set your training back but I believe in the long run it will bore great fruits to your training.” Vermont said as Gohan nodded slowly.

“Alright, I’ll trust you on this.” Gohan said as Vermont waved his staff and Gohan’s tail returned.

“We first have to train you so that you can remain in control when you transform.” He said as he created a moon in the sky.

“Do not worry I will make sure you don’t go on a rampage.” Vermont assured as Gohan nodded.

“You have already felt my power when I use my Mystic strength with Super Saiyan God so if you think this is better than I will give it a shot.” Gohan turned and looked at the moon.

“Oh I don’t think it’s better per say but I am sure you will be able to figure something out.” Vermont said as Gohan started transforming and releasing a thunderous roar that shook the universe giving all living creatures a fright, the green lantern corp was sent into confusion as everything vibrated around them.

Strix turned around abruptly when she saw a massive monkey in the distance, the roar shook her to the core as she recognized the clothes. “Lord Gohan?” She wanted to go and check but thought against it, he must have been training but this new form was extremely intimidating.

On earth the Justice League was alerted to the cosmic vibration. “What the hell was that?” Green Lantern asked as Batman looked up in the sky.

“I only know one person who can do something like that, something serious must be going on.” He concluded. “Gohan wouldn’t willingly cause a disruption like that.”

“You mean that guy who was here earlier?” He asked as Batman nodded.

Vermont smiled as Gohan swung his giant arm at him but he dodged it and pulled out a microphone. “Lord Gohan snap out of it!” He yelled into the microphone before kicking Gohan’s head knocking him over, this angered the giant monkey instead as he got up and swung again.

Training went on as Gohan couldn’t come to his senses through to the next day trying to squash Vermont until Strix slowly approached but Vermont raised his hand at her stopping her in the distance as he knocked Gohan away and reappeared next to her.

“If you were to become his target now he would kill you instantly, he currently has no control of himself.” Vermont explained as she nodded.

“Why is he a giant creature covered in fur?” She asked.

“It’s a transformation that is part of his species but he never learned to control it.” Vermont explained as she nodded.

“If he can master this he should become far stronger than before if my assumption is correct.” He explained. “And if he can master that than that opens the door to even greater power, but unfortunately this may take a lot of time to master.” He said as she nodded.

“What should I do in the meantime?” She asked.

“Focus on your Ki control, once you understand how to truly manipulate your life force you will be able to grow stronger at a faster rate.” He explained as she nodded. “Currently your physical strength is far above your Ki control, once your Ki size grows even larger you will be able to infinitely multiply your strength so long as you keep strengthening your Ki and increasing it’s size.” Vermont explained.

“I will come back to you later, Lord Gohan will see us in a few seconds and come here for your safety I will leave you to your training.” As she nodded and Vermont disappeared just as the planet shook violently.

On Apokolips. “We need to devise a plan!” Steppenwolf said as Granny Goodness rolled her eyes.

“You think I don’t know? But if Lord Darkseid was bested then we stand no chance against this God of Destruction.” She said as he growled.

“You expect me to do nothing while Lord Darkseid rots in some cell?” He asked as his eyes narrowed at her.

“Yelling at one another won’t change anything.” One of the furies said.

“Everyone has a weakness, we just have to find it.” Another fury pointed out.

“Yeah but someone who can revive the dead as easily as he snaps his fingers is not someone we can even think of fighting, he is on an entirely different level even compared to Lord Darkseid.” Another one pointed out.

“You scared?” She was mocked by her colleague.

“Oh and you aren’t? He finger flicked Lord Darkseid through a small moon and tanked his omega beams like it was nothing, can you do the same?” She was met with silence.

But within the next second a yellow glow entered the planet’s atmosphere. “Bickering among-st yourself now, how barbaric.” The man said as they glared at him.

“What do you want Sinestro? Tired of hiding from the Green Lanterns?” A fury asked as she put up her guard.

“Funny.” He said dryly. “I am here for one reason and one reason only, apparently your leader Darkseid was embarrassed by a nobody.” He mocked as Steppenwolf stepped forward.

“Choose your next words carefully yellow Lantern before you become a corpse.” He threatened as Sinestro raised his hands in mock fear.

“Scary, although I am not here to start a fight we share a common enemy now, even if it pains me to say this it’s one we can’t defeat on our own.” He said as Steppenwolf glared at him.

“So what!? You think we would join forces?” He asked as Sinestro shrugged.

“Do what you wish, but once you are on OA’s super prison don’t regret your decision…because you see, I happen to know something important about this destroyer god, something that can kill him.” He said shocking them.

“What makes you think we will believe you?” Granny Goodness chimed in, she was now curious about this and Sinestro could tell he got the attention of the Furies as well.

“Okay let’s say we believe you, why are you here?” Steppenwolf asked.

“It’s not just you all who face annihilation with this new god that appeared out of nowhere, I too will eventually cross paths with him and luckily I didn’t at least before I knew how strong he is.” Sinestro quipped as a ship that looked like a skull appeared in the sky with thousands of yellow lanterns surrounding it and bright green light shining above it.

“Will you join us before you also become a thing of the past?” He asked with a dark grin.

“Green Lantern’s light? No…that’s not a lantern it’s magical.” Granny Goodness observed as she smirked and glanced at Steppenwolf who clenched his jaw.

“First tell me what this weakness is and then I will consider it.” He said as Sinestro shrugged.

“It’s not like you can do anything with the information either but anyone could be listening here.” He said as he motioned for them to fly to the skull ship. “Join us if you aren’t afraid of going against the very being that belittled your master.” He said as he flew up towards the ship.

Steppenwolf clenched his fist as Granny Goodness waited for his response. “Let’s go, we will have our revenge…but do not lower your guard.” He commanded as they nodded and followed him.
