After listening to Caraway’s story, I remembered that we were keeping Lilia-san and the others waiting, so after informing Acht and Eva, we returned to Lilia-san and the others.

After a quick shopping trip, Sky-san led us to a place where we could enjoy the scenery and ride what seemed to be a ferris wheel gondola.

[This is a place where you can take a ride in a floating gondola and enjoy the view of the God Realm. You can enjoy the view of the middle-level and the lower-level, and know that the scenery has been adjusted for this festival.]

[I like this attraction! It reminds me of the last time we rode on a flying dragon!]

Hina-chan looked very happy at Sky-san’s explanation. Indeed, this ride kinda felt similar to the gondola carried by the Flying Dragon Flight we took before.

As Hina-chan said, this certainly looked like it would be fun. I think the God Realm will be quite beautiful when viewed from above because of its beautiful shape.

However, I guess I should have expected this, but there were quite a lot of people here. It’s not every day you get the chance to see the view of the God Realm, so I suppose it isn’t surprising.

Normally, we’d have to wait in line for quite a while…… but I know that with me, who has Shiro-san’s blessing, and Lilia-san, who has Chronois-san’s blessing, that kind of development won’t happen.

Sure enough, we were ushered to a separate area from the normal queue, where a gondola was set up, obviously reserved for us.

[……This gondola kinda feels like it’s bigger than the others, doesn’t it?]

[Yes, the normal gondolas hold 6 people, which would make it difficult for Miyama-san and the others to ride together, so we prepared a gondola big enough for everyone.]

Sky-san really is quite capable. While confirming our number on the middle-level, she probably instructed some people to adjust the gondola as we moved along, putting the shopping trip in between so that we could arrive when it was completed.

She mentioned how she’s under the direct supervision of Life-san, so I guess her position among the High-ranking Gods is quite high?

[……Sky-san, is your position among the High-ranking Gods quite high?]

I was somewhat curious about this, so I asked her as our group started riding the gondola.

[If you’re talking about among the High-ranking Gods, I’d say I’m second from the top. God of Disasters would be the only one higher than me, while the God of Flash, the direct subordinate of God of Time and Space-sama, is one level below me.]

[I see…… By the way, is there some kind of established rule regarding how someone is a person’s direct subordinate?]

When I casually asked this, I saw that the others were looking our way, seemingly curious as well.

[We had several established rules for this matter, but the major factor would be the lineage of our authorities.]

[Yes. For example, the authority of God of Time and Space-sama is limited in what it can do, but the effect itself is immense…… You could describe it as a Specialized-type of authority. On the other hand, anything that is related to life is within God of Life-sama’s authority. She had a Composite-type of authority, which made her capable of doing lots of things.]

To put it simply, Chronois-san’s authority of time was limited in what it can do, such as stopping and accelerating time, but it’s effect was very strong, even if those are the only things she could do.

Meanwhile, Life-san’s authority of life allows her to do many things, such as enhance one’s physical capabilities, heal and revive, and even create life, but others…… I mean, for example, I kinda feel like some of the authorities of High-ranking Gods would be able to do something similar to that?

[……What about Fate-san?]

[The authority of God of Fate is a little special, it’s more of a Conceptual-type. If I were to classify authorities into these three types, the Conceptual-type could be said to be the most powerful. Well, when it comes to the authorities of Low-ranking Gods, there are so many different kinds that it’s difficult to classify some of them, so this would just be generally-speaking.]

[By that standard, would you say that Sky-san’s authority is like Life-san’s, a Composite-type which makes you capable of doing lots of things?]

[Yes. You can think of my authority of sky as being able to do basically anything related to the sky. I can do stuff like flight and weather manipulation, and just being in mid-air makes me more powerful.]

That’s quite an amazing power. She’s always buffed while in mid-air and can do anything related to the sky. I wonder if she can do stuff like move clouds at will? Perhaps, even manipulate lightning and wind?

[That’s a pretty impressive authority.]

[No, it’s nowhere near the blessing Miyama-san received from Shallow Vernal-sama. Shallow Vernal-sama’s blessing is equivalent to the world itself granting its blessings upon you, so just by being in this world, it could be said that Miyama-san is receiving an enormous power-up.]

[……Even with that buff, I’m still pretty weak though……]

[……Ummm, it’s something that empowers your basic ability, so if your basic ability rises…… it would be possible…… for the power-up to also get stronger…… I suppose? That just means you still have a lot of room to grow!]

……It seemed that my basic abilities were so devastating that no matter how big a buff it was that should have been casted on me, it felt rather meaningless. Willing to put in such a gentle follow-up for this weak me…… Sky-san really is a kind person.
