2:03 p.m.
Key grabbed ahold my hand to help me out of the car. "You look beautiful mamas" he said spinning me around, taking in my outfit.
"Thank you" I said blushing as he helped Amerie out the car. He pulled out his phone to record me and Amerie as she held my hand.
"Y'all look at my princesses, i'm one lucky man" he said recording us, with our matching dresses, as we both giggled at his foolishness.
After ending the video, he grabbed ahold of Amerie's hand, as we all walked up to the building hand in hand with Amerie in the middle of us.
Alani walked out the building smiling as she seen us walking up. "Aww, you look so pretty" she pouted, fanning her eyes. "Stoppp your going to make me cry" I said, walking up the steps.
"I'm so happy for you, I just know your going to be the best mommy" she said sniffling. "Aww, Lani" I said pouting, pulling her into a hug.
"I need a drink" Lani said pulling back from the hug, patting her face dry as I laughed at her.
"Y'all ready" she asked with her hand on the door. "Yesss" I said nodding my head as she held the door open for us to walk in as everybody started cheering.
"Woww it's so pretty" I pouted looking at all the decorations.
Key walked up, wrapping his arms around my waist as Amerie ran off to play with Sky. "Why you crying mamas, you gone mess up your makeup" he said patting my face dry, with the tissue Lani gave him, being gentleand careful.
"I'm just so happy" I sniffled trying to control my tears. "Yo Glock" Trey said calling him over. "Go, i'm fine" I said controlling my tears.
"You sure" he asked. "Mhmm, i'm going to take pictures" I said scanning the room for my mother. "Ight, I love you" he said, placing a short passionate kiss on my lips.
"I love you more" I said smiling as Lani walked up.
—————
"Wassup" I said dapping up Dre, before doing the same with Trey. "Round two nigga, you ready" Trey said, sipping from his double cup.
"Hell yea" I said rubbing my hands over my waves. "Tryna roll up" Dre said nodding his head out back. "Nigga that's a dumbass question" I said leading the way outside.
"You know this nigga have to smoke everyday" Trey said as the followed suit. "Nigga a feen" Dre said laughing. "Y'all niggas ain't no better then me" I said.
"Wassup unc" I said walking up to my Uncle Chris who was on the grill, he was married to my Auntie Faith.
"They got unc on the grill" Dre said recording him. "Unc let 'em know what you going on" he said laughing. "Neph we got the pork chops on this one" he said opening up the grill.

"And we got th-them got damn ribs on this one" he said lifting the other grill.
"Fuck y'all talkin bout unc got two grills" Dre said as we started laughing.
"Let em know unc" Trey said hyping him up more. "Nobody do this shit like I do it" he said popping his collar as he wiped the sweat off his forehead with a rag, that he slung over his shoulder.
"Roll up bitch ass nigga" I said to Dre while taking a seat. "Unc let me get a rib" he said opening the grill. "Man, look at this begging ass nigga" I said smacking my lips.
"Roll up nigga" I said to Trey who was sitting down next too me. He reached in his hoodie pocket pulling out four pre rolled blunts. "My nigga" I cheesed dapping him up.
"That shit smackin neph" Unc asked Dre who was smacking on a rib with barbecue sauce on his face. "Hell yeah, let me get another one to see if it's okay to eat" he said reaching for another one.
"Get yo begging ass on nie" Unc said swatting his rag at Dre. "Nigga you ain't wasting no time" Trey said to me as I fired up the blunt.
"A nigga been stressed" I said after taking two long pulls from the blunt. "You nigga, me. Think I got a baby on the way." he said taking a pull from the blunt, shaking his head in disbelief.
"Word, nigga you know if you got a bitch pregnant or not." I said licking my lips. "I know she ain't like these hoes outchea" he said.
"Aye twin, dis nigga got a baby on the way" I called out to Dre who was walking back outside, nodding my head to a stressed out Trey.
"Nigga stop yelling" Trey said smacking his lips. "You slipped up bitch boy" Dre walked over slapping the back of his head laughing.
"Fuck you laughing for, like you ain't got no baby on the way" he said mugging me. "Nigga i'm having a baby with someone i'm in love with, fuck you talking bout" I said as Dre laughed.
"Neph said he in love" Unc said walking up laughing. "Hell yeah" I said confidently.
"Love? A nigga never been in that before." Trey said shaking his head.
"Nigga that shit changes you" Dre said. "Facts" I co-signed. "Love is one of the best things you can receive in life" Unc said as Trey passed him the blunt.
"Being in love with a person, is peace I guess you could say. Your with the person dat brings out the best in you. The person dat gives you an aurora feeling, you know when they aren't okay. You can feel they pain, they feel yours. They understand you. Inspires you to do more. Accept you for being you. The person dat shows you life, you never knew existed. The person dats been there since day one, and never left. And when their gone, you feel empty. You only get one, you gotta cherish them while you can." he explained as my mind drifted to Lyric.

I was in love. I found love. I loved her more than life itself. I needed her, forever. I can't live without her. I have to marry her.
Trey nodded his head taking in everything he was saying. The only thing was he didn't know how to accept it.
"Imma fuck y'all young bucks later, i'm finna go find my wife" Unc said taking one last pull from the blunt before passing it back to Trey who was in deep thought.
"Who the nat" Dre asked Trey as I passed him the blunt. "She ain't on that" he said before pulling from his blunt.
"Since when you start fucking with, good girls. Nigga must got tired of playing step daddy." I said laughing.
"He gone break dat' damn girl heart" Dre said. Everybody knew Trey could never be committed to one person. He doesn't care to show it either.
"Fuck off my case" he said mugging us. I laughed taking the blunt back from Dre as he started to roll up.
"Ready for tour nigga" Dre asked sparking up another conversation. "Yeah and no. Not ready to leave my girls, especially with Lyric being pregnant. What if i'm out of town and she goes in labor, nigga imma lose my shit if I can't get here in time." I explained.
"Nigga deadass thinking about backing out" I said pulling from the blunt. "Ion think you should do dat bro, it's gone be hard to be away but you know we going to step in" Dre said as Trey nodded his head in agreement.
The thought of Lyric having my baby was amazing. But the actual thought of me being there when she gave birth was hard. A nigga was deadass traumatized.
I knew with everything in me that she wouldn't do something like Brielle. But it was hard for a nigga to actually process it.
"Fosho, I just don't want her to feel alone with this pregnancy shit" I said. "Don't stress it nigga, shit gone work out" Trey said.
"Yeah" I said letting out a sigh as I finished off the roach, standing up. "Let me head in, and show my face before Lyric beat my ass" I said dappin them up.
"Beating yo ass is crazy" Trey said laughing as I started walking to the door. "Her ass crazy and with her being pregnant d- hey mamas" I said as she slid the door open.
"I was just coming to see what you was doing" she said. "I was finna come see you" I said wrapping my arms around her waist.
"This nigga was just talk-Fuck up" I said cutting Dre off as they laughed.
"Come on we need to take pictures" she said pulling me inside. "Really mamas" I smacked my teeth.
"It won't be long" she said leading us to the backdrop where a photographer was standing with a camera.
—————
"Dat nigga was sucking out the bottle, like he done did it before" Trey said, talking about Dre, who had won the bottle chug game as we all sat down eating.
"Nigga always trying me on dat gay shit" Dre said mugging Trey as we all laughed. "Beat his ass" Key said instigating as he laughed.
"My pretty ass friend" India said recording me across the table. "And her gangster ass nigga" Key said hopping in throwing up gang signs.
"Wanna be ass gangster" Dre said sipping from his cup. "Test it nigga" Key said. "Y'all niggas always arguing" Alani said rolling her eyes at the two.
"Stay out of it golf club" Key said. "You not finna talk about my bestie" I said pointing my finger at him. "Nigga gone have to see me" Dre said as Tae and India was dying laughing at what Key said.
"Nigga said golf club" Trey said throwing his head back in a fit of laughter. "I'm choosing peace today" Lani said sipping from her cup that had Casamigos in it.
"I'll be back" I said standing up from the table. "Where you going" Key asked. "Damn nigga let her breath" Lani said. "Say sum slick nigga" Dre said waiting on Key to make a joke about her.
"Fuck you gone do" Key said. "I'm going to check on toot" I said walking off towards Amerie who was sitting with Sky, Willow, and Shanice as they started going back at it.
"Mommy Auntie Indy said I can spend the night, can I pleaseee" she said with pleading eyes. "Mhmm, let's go tell your dad" I said as she stood up from the chair, as Sky and Willow followed in suit. The three has been attached at the hip ever since they met.
"Daddy" Amerie yelled running to the table where Key was. "Lyric" someone called out for me, causing me to turn around. "Mom" I said with a shocked expression.
"Heyyy" she said clenching on to her purse as she smiled. "You look beautiful" she said smiling proudly of her daughter, breaking the silence.
"Umm, we can s-step outside to talk" I nervously said nodding my head to the now empty backyard. She nodded her head following behind me as I lead the way outside.
"Everything looks really nice" she said as we stepped outside, seeing the decorated backyard. "Thank you" I said with a tight lip smile.
"Does he know your here" I asked cutting straight to the chase. "L-lyric" she said stumbling over her words.
"Does he know" I sternly asked. "No" she said putting some of her hair behind her ear.
"Wow, he doesn't even care to come show me and his grandchild support" I said in disbelief. "I'm not even disapp-he doesn't know" she said cutting me off.

The Little Black Umbrella
Gillean had just lost his best friend and is feeling utterly miserable and lonely. Being smart doesn't fend off loneliness. If nothing having the combination of smarts AND the lack of forward planning got him into the state he currently was in - rejection and the feeling of being a failure. Cue in the sounds of angelic trumpets. RaRa, his best friend, returns to "save the day". Well. What she thinks of as saving the day that is. Corny ideals, lame ideas. The two get into one last patch of trouble together as they sneak back into RaRa's home. Just what kind of family secrets has RaRa been keeping from Gill. In blood and thunder, Gill finds out. Please read the content warnings (there may be spoilers within though) if you have triggers. Also there is a slight mention of LGBTQ+, so please don't read this short story if even a short mention bothers you. ======================= My first short story (It's short - 5 chapters, 10,000 word-ish kinda short! And also completed *self pats* that I will be releasing in mini chapters (of 500-800 words each) on Fridays and Saturdays.). Happy to hear actionable and constructive criticisms on how I can improve, but please don't be too harsh okay? :) I know it's not perfect. But hey, we all have to start somewhere.

Rise of an Undead in a Fantasy World
Have you ever wondered what would happen if an undead being that doesn't know what it is like to be alive got free will? What would that undead creature do? How would they think? How would they view the world around them? Would they see life as futile and conquer the world, making it a lifeless danger zone to all living beings? Well, none of that matters, because that's not happening. Our main character is your average gamer from the modern world, yada yada yada... gets transported to a fantasy world through obscure means, blah blah blah... you know how this works. What separates him from the masses, however, are his views on ethics, and world politics. ... Oh, and the fact that he doesn't need to breathe. Message From Author! Accept?: Yes No This is only my second novel, so keep that in mind. I will try to keep the quality of the story to an acceptable level. This means something that I, myself would read. The quantity, however, may put some people off. Adding onto the whole "villainous lead" thing, I will make sure to have the character develop into that perfect little villain over time, instead of starting him out as a bloodthirsty murder-hobo. Of course, there will still be a lot of murdering and he may be a hobo for some of it, but it will mostly not be out of malice in the very early chapters. Last but not least, I have decided there will not be a defined release schedule for this, as I have lost interest in forcing myself to upload x amount of times a week. I will upload whenever I get a good idea, and take my time. That is, if I even feel like writing in the first place. Instead of taking breaks from this novel to do my own thing, I will take breaks from my daily life to post on here. Also, I'm lazy. Thanks for reading, and if you're alright with everything above, feel free to give it a read, and without further ado, have a good one! - Your Author P.S.: I will have little to no romance in the story, as I can't bring myself to writing it, so you don't have to worry about harems.

The Strangers
Brian Jeffries wakes up in a bed that is not his own, in a room dimly lit, surrounded by a large group of others just like him. This group of twenty-five finds themselves teleported to the land of Exandria, a world of swords and magic, of elves and orcs, of dungeons and dragons. A strange old man informs them that they are the newest members of the Adventurer's Guild, a group that takes contracts all around the world for gold and glory. For these normal humans the choice is simple: Serve or be executed. The captives are split into parties and sent out on their first jobs. Follow Brian and his newfound allies as they learn to become professional adventurers, complete contracts for the Guild, and maybe find a way home. To honor the source material's Dungeons and Dragons roots, I will be rolling dice throughout the development of this story. Everyone has a character sheet. From combat encounters to social interactions, everything that can be rolled will be rolled. See how a natural 1 can turn the tide of a battle, how a successful intimidation check can subvert a fight, or how deception can reveal critical info. No one is safe and anything can happen when you put your fate in your hands, take a chance, roll the dice. A Critical Role Fanfiction
