Yi Tianyun wasn’t afraid of Great Elder Mei’s power, but clearly, Shi Xueyun was worried about Yi Tianyun’s safety. She thought that Great Elder Mei was stronger than Yi Tianyun. Great Elder Mei screamed as she called out her son’s name and quickly flew towards her son’s unmoving body. She immediately checked his condition, which was grave! Yi Tianyun stared at them with an impassive look on his face. He didn’t care about these people, and he already warned them, but they were too stubborn and prideful. “I already said that you shouldn’t block my path before, and now, I’ll warn you again!” Yi Tianyun said as he walked away while holding Shi Xueyun’s hand and passed by Great Elder Mei on the snowfield indifferently.

Shi Xueyun was shocked by what she just saw. She now realised that she didn’t have to worry about Yi Tianyun since he might be at least at Late Stage Spirit King Stage!

“You actually killed my son! I will kill you myself!” Great Elder Mei screamed like a madman and rushed towards Yi Tianyun. She released her full aura, creating a blizzard around her as she ran. She pulled out a giant sword that was a sacred tool that concentrated the cold around her. She immediately struck down Yi Tianyun as she was close enough, releasing all the cold aura that the giant sword has stored.

She had an amazing Ice Origin Body herself, and it was to the point that it could be called Ice Holy Body. She clearly had an advantage as she fought on a snowy field. It was expected as she was the Great Elder of Heavenly Plum God Clan with a long history of Ice spiritual energy user!

But even that much power was still meaningless in front of Yi Tianyun!

“Get away from me!” Yi Tianyun said as he activated the effect of his Desolate Ancient Equipment, which immediately boosted his power beyond what Great Elder Mei could handle!

The huge giant sword on Great Elder Mei’s hand was broken and turned into ice debris as it hit Yi Tianyun’s attack! Great Elder Mei herself was blown away from the impact and took another attack from Yi Tianyun midair, ended up with her falling into the snowy field with a thud.

“Are you dead yet?” Yi Tianyun asked indifferently, he didn’t even release his full power yet, but he knew that a mere Spirit King Cultivator wouldn’t be able to stand against his power now. But after seeing that Great Elder Mei was still moving, he was slightly surprised.

Great Elder Mei tried to stand back up once again. She looked so fragile now as a dim light tried to cover her entire body. Yi Tianyun realised that Great Elder Mei had a protective layer around her body, mitigating the damage from Yi Tianyun’s attack.

“How could you be so strong!” Great Elder Mei asked stutteringly as she finally felt fear towards Yi Tianyun. She was a Spirit King Expert, but Yi Tianyun took her down effortlessly, so she was certain that Yi Tianyun was much stronger than she ever anticipated.

Elder Wan, on the side, was also shocked to see the scene unfolding before her. Her cultivation wasn’t too far below Great Elder Mei, so she realised that Yi Tianyun wasn’t someone they should piss off. She trembled slightly as she thought it could be her lying there instead of Great Elder Mei as she was also guilty of lying to Shi Xueyun.

“Tianyun, you have gotten stronger yet again!” Shi Xueyun said with shock clear on her face. Although she had expected that Yi Tianyun has powered up before coming to Heaven World, she didn’t expect he’d be this powerful!

She was caught in a dilemma as she wanted to catch up with Yi Tianyun, but she realised that it was probably impossible!

“I already said that I would protect you with my life before, aunt. I am a man who would keep his words, so believe in me!” Yi Tianyun said with a boyish charm.

Shi Xueyun blushed as she felt warm and fuzzy after hearing Yi Tianyun’s words. She then realised that the most important thing in her life right now was to stay by Yi Tianyun’s side!

But soon enough, the elders of Heavenly Plum God Clan flew towards the scene as they sensed the fluctuating spiritual energy on the place.

“What happened here?” the elders asked confusedly.

“He is an intruder who tried to tear Heavenly Plum God Clan apart!” Great Elder Mei shouted weakly as she tried to use the entire faction to be her avenger! If she told the truth, there is no doubt on her mind that she would be ridiculed and demoted from the faction’s leaderboard!
