Chapter 1061: Switch to Another World to Catch a Breath, Get Ready for the Wedding
The surprising turn of events, and how the Chinese server started being suspicious of each other because they were not too united caused Class One Hall’s prestige and Wild Wolves’ power to grow to their peak in the world three years later, to the point that even Happy felt suffocated from all sides.
When she heard Happy describe the devastating war in the other world, Xu Xin went along the conversation and asked, “That’s why you ran over here to catch a breath?”
“True. When I look at the current Mu Clan, my mood gets better. At the very least, Wild Wolves can only dream about getting close to the Chinese server. Class One Hall can also just gasp for breath at West Region.
“…Heh, I was only joking with you. I told you that no matter what happens on the other side, half a month later, we will organize the grandest wedding over here between you and me.”
Happy’s serious answer finally turned Xu Xin’s angry huff into a glare.
But when she saw Happy’s tired gaze, Xu Xin could not help but feel her heart go out for him, and she said, “I know that you’re going through a lot of pressure at the other side. We can actually ask Big Brother Silver Wolf to switch the time. Besides, I might not actually want to get married to you.”
“It’s too late for you to regret your decisions now. We’re getting married tomorrow.” Happy, of course, knew that Xu Xin was being considerate for him. He instinctively hugged the beautiful woman in his arms, and the elegant fragrance of a maiden instantly swept away all the gloomy emotions Happy brought over from the other world. “From tomorrow onwards, we’ll be changing how we address each other. Why don’t we start practicing now?”
“Dream on.” Xu Xin slid off and easily broke free from Happy’s embrace. “The wedding is to be held at Mantuo Villa, outside Gusu City. They said it’s because the scenery there is beautiful and grand, and it’s also easy to control the place. Big Brother Silver Wolf has been urging us to take action a long time ago, and they’ve already completed all preparations over there. If we start heading there now, we should make it in time.”
“Alright.” Happy already knew this long ago when Silver Wolf sent him a messenger pigeon. Silver Wolf had asked his friends from Wudang Sect and Emei Sect to search for the best wedding spot over this period of time. It was said that within just two to three days, news of Happy’s wedding spread through the entire Chinese server, and many non-Mu Clan members proactively provided suggestions as well as gave Silver Wolf videos of possible wedding spots.
He ended up choosing Mantuo Villa not only because the scenery was pretty good, it was also because the island was surrounded by water. The environment was beautiful and unique, and when the place was decorated with lanterns, Mantuo Villa was already decorated into a large wedding site
Also, Happy heard that the number of players who would be going there to congratulate him was astonishing. Even the official developers had been alerted of this. Hence, unless they emptied an entire city or emptied an important sect, it was impossible for them to accommodate so many people. The Murong Clan might be a good choice, but since it was in a city, it was very easy for there to be heavy traffic in there, and there would be multiple inconveniences, which was why Silver Wolf chose Mantuo Villa, which was a sect set up in a wide area.

“Clan master!”
When Happy and Young Yu Yan walked out of the clan prison, orderly and respectful shouts suddenly rose from outside. The entire yard was filled with men and women in red silk clothes. They wrapped their fists and lowered their heads together. The grandiose air from their actions came charging at Happy’s senses, and because of how abrupt this happened, Happy was shocked.
“This is…”
Happy was just about to rebuke them for fooling around when he saw the people at the front row raising their heads, and he did not expect to see Little North, Responsible Hero, the Three Lonely Wolves, NotaRascal, Rampaging Dragon, and the others’ varying grins. The girls at the front row were Phoenix Dances, Wind Chimes, Xu Yao, Glutinous Rice, Black Rose, and Red Coral.
Most of them were students from the University of South China, and some of them were core members and elites of Mu Clan!
“Boss, how is it? That’s enough pomp and grandeur, right?” Little North grinned and waggled his eyebrows while he sent a private message over. Right now, Ten Thousand Poison Duke, who always dressed up in a unique and strange way, was no different from the normal parade sent to escort the bride to the wedding. He looked incredibly ridiculous and hilarious.
Happy’s expression sank.
Little North immediately knew that he said something wrong, and he quickly sent another private message.
“Boss, don’t say anything, don’t move either. You have to pay attention to how imposing you appear, you know, im-po-sing? I’ve already asked someone to be prepared to record the entire wedding, and we’ll be uploading it to the pay-to-view battle replay system—Ack—”
The group giggled when they watched Little North cradle his head while he slunk into the crowd as he made a clamor, “Director, edit this one out! Remember that!”
As Happy watched Little North move in and out of the crowd like a clown, he immediately found himself not knowing what to do with the situation. He just moved his feet and walked out of the crowd.
The red parade actually started following him neatly in all apparent seriousness.
What caused Happy to be even more speechless was that the entire corridor of the branch was filled with red flags. Wherever he went to, he only saw red. When he walked out of the main door of the branch, a red dragon was already following him out of the hall behind him.
There were two rows of people standing at the entrance, and each row consisted of one hundred people, and all of them were there to escort them to the wedding. Two large and handsome white horses could also be found, and they even had a big red silk flower tied in front of their chests.
When he saw this, Happy felt warmth bloom in his heart. He knew that Silver Wolf, Little North, and his group of friends had definitely spent a lot of time and effort for this day.
Under countless earnest and expectant gazes behind him, Happy turned around, and under Xu Xin’s suddenly shy and uneasy gaze, he extended his hand.
The group of girls started egging her on and encouraging her. Xu Xin then twisted her waist and jumped lightly on the handsome horse alone.
“Giddy-up!”
Without another word, she cracked the whip, and the handsome horse charged forward, shocking the people behind and the large parade.
“Clan master, hurry up and chase after her!”
While Little North and the others shouted in surprise, Happy had already released a bark of laughter and jumped on the horse, activated the skill allowing him to become one with his horse, and caught up to Xu Xin, despite the fact that he started later.

“Brothers and sisters, after them!”
Little North shouted in a very flamboyant manner. The red parade made up of hundreds of people summoned their steeds with loud poofs. They jumped on their steeds, and like red waves, they quickly chased after the couple.
The entire city instantly burst into commotion.
In the beginning, many people were puzzled by the red parade that had been blocking the city gates in the entire city, but now, when they saw the joyous red riders excitedly charge out, the entire city immediately rejoiced, and many people discussed what happened among themselves! In fact, some people could not hold back from summoning their steeds to go out of the city and gallop after the group!
“What’s going on?”
“What happened?”
“Idiot! The clan master of Mu Clan is going to get married at Mantuo Villa tomorrow! This is the parade Mu Clan formed! What the heck, isn’t this group way too grand?! They even spilled out of the entire city!”
“Is this parade going to stretch from here to Mantuo Villa?”
“Such a big front…”
Many of the people in the city were stunned silent for a long time by the parade that went out of the city like a tide. They could only gasp in surprise.
“Big front? Let me tell you, compared to Mantuo Villa, this is nothing.” Someone from the crowd immediately caught many people’s attention right when he spoke, and the people around him quickly gathered around him.
“What is it?”
“What happened at Mantuo Villa?”
The player who leaked information saw multiple gazes gather on him, and he cleared his voice smugly. “I can’t really say either. Mu Clan is being very mysterious about the wedding. They cordoned off a circular area around Mantuo Villa, and no one is to come and go as they please. Even the Mantuo Villa disciples have all been asked to leave Mantuo Villa after receiving a red envelope. Over the past few days, they have not been able to carry out their clan quests.”
“How domineering!”
“That’s nothing. All the restaurants and inns in Suzhou have been booked by Mu Clan. I heard that they have been booked for three days, and it’s even difficult for you to rent a ship.”
“…It’s that crazy? Are they really holding a wedding or something else?”
“I can’t say. But Mu Clan already mentioned that they will lift the ban on the wedding day. At that time, everyone can go to Mantuo Villa.” The person who leaked the information said this smugly. Suddenly, he remembered something, and he looked stunned before he looked into the distance.
“Gosh darn it! Why am I still talking to you! I have to follow them and record this! I need to record the parade to my chief-of-staff! I was supposed to follow them and interview them!”
Once he finished speaking, before the people around him could ask any questions, he jumped on the roof as if there was a fire burning behind him, and with a few jumps, he vanished.
His words stimulated quite a lot of players in the crowd.
“Sorry, I won’t be training today! Once I come back from Mantuo Villa, I’ll let you see the video I recorded!”
“Wait for me!”
“There’s no way I’m missing this large spectacle!”
No matter what, World of Martial Arts was not a game that focused solely on training. Many people came here to enjoy the game. When they heard that Mantuo Villa might have multiple people gathered there, and the event would be unprecedented, there was no way they could hold themselves back.
Many people immediately jumped on the roof.
*****
“What’s that sound?”
Many of the people inside and outside the city saw two horses rush out of the city without stop, and they looked behind them in surprise.
The ground rumbled, and they saw red light attacking their eyes.
“Ack!”
“Hurry up and move away!”
Many people at the city gate moved away and let this red cavalry group move past them with loud rumbles.
Quite a number of people thought they had just run into a legendary scene of a sect moving out to encircle and kill their targets, and they were so scared that they dared not move. It was only when they noticed that the horses that charged past them were all from Mu Clan that they snapped out of their dazes.
When they craned their heads to look once more, the countless Mu Clan disciples who charged out of the city had turned into a tumbling, large, red dragon outside. Galloping sounds could be heard in waves, and those rumbles moved to the government-made road in the distance.
“This is…”
Many people found themselves dumbfounded in their shock, but they had a vague feeling that something major had happened.
However, before this group could discuss and think about it, another group made up of all sorts of people rushed out of the city. It was clear that these people’s clothes and equipment were not uniform, but their goal was clear. They chased after the thousands of red cavaliers who rushed out of the city, and they followed them without stopping.
The people at the city gates were stunned once more. They stood by the roadside and just stared at the cavaliers charging majestically into the distant horizon in an endless stream.
*****
“These people sure caused a huge ruckus.”
After traveling several miles away from the city, Happy finally turned his head around to get a clear view of just how many Mu Clan members were tasked with the duty of being part of the parade, and he immediately did not know whether he wanted to laugh or cry. There were more than five thousand cavaliers set up from the branch to the city gate, and the large red dragon that formed behind him looked incredibly lively and celebratory, it was like a bright red ball of flames.
“It’s your fault for being the strongest in the Chinese server, and you’re even the leader of the strongest sect. Silver Wolf said that if your wedding is too simple and monotonous, it won’t be atmospheric at all, and it would destroy how impressive you are as Mu Clan’s master. That’s why…” The resignation in Xu Xin’s voice caused Happy to be stunned.
“That’s why what, exactly?”
“You’ll know if you continue looking.”
Xu Xin left her sentence hanging and did not finish it, causing Happy to have the faint feeling that there might be a greater secret hidden in the wedding.
“Surrounding all of Mantuo Villa and arranging such a grand parade to escort us is definitely not Silver Wolf’s idea. It’s impossible for a person from the military to come up with tricks like this. Who exactly came up with this plan?”
Happy’s attention was subconsciously lured away by Silver Wolf and the group’s arrangement. The grave mood he brought over from the other world gradually faded away.

Pure Unadulterated Violence The Pugilist wants to be a different take on isekai shenanigans. Someone who conformed himself to society, but has always craved something different? In a journey of self-discovery, academy building, god-slaying, and absolutely no harem we follow someone driven by logic, experience, and a smokey goal: to fuck shit up, have fun while doing so, and maybe resume his career as a professor for those strange, magic-wielding, unstable youths that seems to never get enough of his presence. Guys, a few notes, first of all, this is my first time writing long-form fiction. I have a background in psychology, and my main income comes from writing dreary financial articles on SEO blogs. But after a bad break-up, and finding myself falling asleep only while thinking of deus ex machina for stories on this site (and for APGTE) I decided to try my hand at this web series thingy. I'm confident in my grammar, but that's it. Everything else will be a first time, and as such any constructive criticism is encouraged and gratefully accepted. Now, on the story. Romance will be introduced once my little heart is mended, if you are scared of LGBT you may be turned off by the fact that I plan to have no taboo of any kind in my universe, but I won't ever write detailed sex scenes for any characters so don't worry too much. The litRPG part is very light and will take place later in the novel, but it's a key component nonetheless, for world-building and storyline reasons. I already have everything big planned out, so I won't drop it outta nowhere, and I hope you won't find too many flaws in how things pan out. I plan to make The Pugilist an interactive story, with secondary characters created by my audience and introduced after tweaks and careful planning. The main reason I'm writing this is that I want to build a community for myself in this time of isolation. I discovered that exercising, playing the piano or video games means jack-shit when you are utterly miserable, so I hope to give some value to my readers in exchange for praise, fame, money, and companionship. I give full props to anyone who has read this whole mess of a synopsis: I hope to not disappoint too much, now let's write some more steaming garbage that will be in dire need of editing later on.
