I'm putting a as there is a mention of attempted sexual harassment.

Whatever Zach and Luna had fought about at Saturday's party must have been well behind them now, because they were getting along quite fine today. In fact, they were pretty much inseparable.
"Babe, I'm gonna go to the bathroom," Zach spoke up, moving to push Luna off of his lap.
"Wait, I'll come with you, baby." Luna responded.
"But... it's a men's bathroom."
"Okay?"
Zach tried to explain to her why she couldn't come, but gave up soon after, and they both walked off.
"God, they weren't even this clingy when they first discovered what holding hands was in seventh grade," Jason said, rolling his eyes, after the couple was out of ear shot.
"Anyone else feel like throwing up their lunch?" Carson cringed.
Dylan shook his head, "I don't think I can stand it anymore."
I rolled my eyes, "Please, y'all are just as bad as they are."
Jason looked offended, "How so?"
"Yeah," Dylan agreed. "How so?"
I huffed, "All you three ever talk about is your latest conquests. If it's not Bella giving Carson a blowjob, it's Ryan and Jason making out in the locker room, and if it's not that, it's Dylan having car sex with Lacey. That gets just annoying as Luna and Zach being lovey-dovey all the time."
Dylan scoffed and Carson just looked amused.
"Hey, that is not the same thing," Jason exclaimed. "At least our stories are different every time, or involve different people. We keep it fresh and spicy."
I rolled my eyes, "Yes, Jason. And on that note, let me just cancel my Netflix subscription because clearly 'fresh and spicy' stories are the only entertainment I need."
"One day, when I settle down in a mansion with a closeted billionaire whose way below my standards but buys me nice things, you're gonna miss these stories," He said. I laughed and shook my head.
"Hey, we're back!" Luna smiled, sitting back down at the table, holding Zach's hand.
"How was the bathroom?" Carson said, trying his very best, but failing miserably to keep a straight face.
"Unpleasant," Luna grimaced. "Seriously, what do you boys do in there?"
"Piss," Dylan responded.
"Have tea and talk about our outfits," Jason added.

"Have sex," Carson said.
By now, Luna wasn't even listening. She was too busy sticking her tongue down Zach's throat.
I rolled my eyes, "We get it, Carson. You love bringing up sex to compensate for your small dick and fragile masculinity."
I really thought that would shut him up for once. But I instantly regretted picking a fight when I saw his face light up in a mischievous way.
"How could you possibly know the size of my dick, Madeline? It's not something you've seen before, now is it?"
Okay, so knowing how horrible of a liar I am, this probably wasn't the smartest move. Not when Dylan and Jason were eagerly tuned in.
"Please," I said in a tired tone. "It doesn't take a genius to figure out you're lacking. Why else can't you get a girl to have sex with you more than once?"
I knew this was kind of a weak come back. I was well aware that Carson could have any girl in this school as many times as he wanted. Me and Luna excluded, of course. I expected him to have something bitter to say back, and prepared myself for it.
But, no.
He just stared me down, his eyes narrowed, taking a sharp inhale. And in one swift movement, he had stood up and stomped away from us.
I felt my body relax as he moved out of sight.
I looked over at Dylan and Jason, who exchanged a look and then sighed.
"What?" I asked.
"I really don't know what's worse," Dylan said, turning to Jason, completely ignoring me. "Luna and Zach or Maddie and Carson."
* * *
My eyes were sore. Literally sore.
I wanted to take them, soak them in bleach, and then throw them into burning flames.
"No, no, no," I said, shaking my head dismissively, walking quickly away from the classroom.
"Maddie, wait up!" I heard Jason call from behind me.
"Absolutely not!" I said, continuing to walk down the hall.
He caught up to me quickly, him and his long legs.
"Mads, come on."
"Jason, I really do not want to talk about what I just saw," I exclaimed, turning to him.
His shirt had a bunch of wrinkles, and it was lazily thrown on. His hair was messy and greasy, as well. A shiver ran through me as the image shot back into my brain.

"5, Jason. You told me to meet you in the classroom at 5."
You see, usually I would go home immediately after school ends. But Dylan went home sick after lunch, so Jason was to give me a ride home. However, he had some sort of business after school and said I'd have to wait. Now, I know it would've been better to walk the five miles home.
"In my defense, you walked in at 4:55. You should've known to knock."
I rolled my eyes, "You're disgusting."
"It's not that big of a deal."
"No, but it is, because I really did not need to see you getting railed by TK."
Without waiting for him to respond I continued my quick stride toward the door.
"Where are you going Mads?" Jason called. "I'm driving you home."
"The boys' soccer practice ends in 10 minutes," I called back to him. "I'd rather ride with Carson."
* * *
I really should have reconsidered letting Jason drive me home.
I stuck my hands in the pocket of my hoodie while leaning against Carson's car, waiting for him to be done.
The parking lot was pretty much empty, so thankfully, there was no one there to question why I was waiting for such a demon.
"Hey," a gruff voice said from behind me, breaking me from my thoughts.
I turned around, expecting to see Carson behind me, with just a rough voice from a hard practice. Instead, I was met with an unfamiliar man with shaggy, uncut black hair, and a rather dirty appearance.
I turned back to look at the gate, noticing that it was open and the guard had left for the day.
Perfect.
"What's a pretty girl like you doing by yourself?" He asked, an overly friendly smile on his face.
I shrugged, "Making a list of things to stab with knives."
He stepped closer, clearly unthreatened by me. I, being the stubborn and prideful bitch I am, stood my ground.
"You look lonely. Let me walk you home."
"I'd rather cut off my tongue, grill it, pour garlic butter over it, and eat it, but thanks for the offer. And take one more step towards me and it will be your tongue I'm grilling up."
For some reason, he wasn't intimidated by me. He seemed to think that even though he had a much larger build, I wouldn't hesitate to beat his ass.
He laughed. He seriously laughed. "No need to be defensive, honey. C'mon, let me walk you home, Princess."
Oh now he's crossed the line. I can only tolerate one person calling me a princess.
Before I had the chance to punch him, Carson had come. He was still in his practice jersey, and his face was flushed. As he got closer, I saw him try to figure out who I was talking to. The closer he got, the quicker he started walking.
"Hey," He said in a serious voice as he put himself between me and the man. "What's going on?"
The man answered first, "Just a friendly conversation."
"I wasn't asking you, asshole. Mads, what's going on?"
I shrugged, "Not much. I was just about to test out my new punching bag."
Carson turned back to the man, "Get lost."
"Who's gonna make me, kid?"
I watched the little muscle in Carson's jaw tick, as he let go of his duffel bag, letting it hit the ground with a thump.
The man backed up a little. He held up his hands in surrender, "I was joking, kid, I was joking. I'm going, okay? I'm going."
Carson stayed all tense, watching the man sprint away, not taking his eye off of him until he was out of sight.
Then he turned to me again, "I swear you try to get yourself killed."
I shrugged, "He came up to me."
"That's because you're standing in a dark and empty parking lot, by yourself," he responded.
I chose not to respond as he glowered at me.
"A thank you, would suffice."
"Why would I thank you? I had the situation handled."
He scoffed, "Handled? That's what we're calling it."
He shook his head but let it drop. "Why're you here anyway? I thought Jason would've taken you home by now."
I shivered as the image returned once more and shook my head. "No, that didn't happen."
Carson shrugged, as he unlocked his car and opened the driver door. I made my way to the passenger side.
"What're you doing?" He asked, climbing into his seat.
"You're gonna take me home, aren't you?"
He stopped, as if he was thinking about it. "Nah," he responded. "You seem to have the situation handled."
"Carson!" I said, stomping my foot impatiently.
He rolled his eyes, "Get in."
I huffed as I opened the door and plopped down in the passenger seat. He stayed quiet as he began driving.
"Thank you," I mumbled.
"Huh?" He hummed.
I rolled my eyes, "Thank you for getting rid of him."
He shrugged, "You coulda handled him."
