The new perfume launch was a success as expected and not only that Taehyung also successfully achieved three big projects which would bring vast amount of profit to the company. Taehyung proved his capability to his father and the board members within just 2 months of his position as CEO. He made sure his father won't regret giving him the position but rather regret for not acknowledging his talent earlier.

Jungkook's pictures went viral like wild fire and he has been trending in all social media platforms. His raising popularity brought numerous reputed brand offers and he couldn't be more pleased by the outcome.

And J.Fashions have been thriving like any other business of the Jeons. Minho and Yoongi was so happy that they gave all the credit to Jungkook.

Taehyung and Jungkook were trending as the power couple and people even gave them multiple sweet ship names and has been demanding for them to be together in front of the cameras.

But Taehyung was a shy baby and politely refused for such an offer. Jungkook didn't forced him either, because he would never make Taehyung uncomfortable in anything. But he was really expecting to have a couple shoot in near future if Taehyung agrees willingly.

The situation at kim mansion was also stabilizing as the day passes by. Yejin doesn't bother jungkook much nor acts rudely or hate him but wasn't all sweet as well. Hyunbin generally remains silent and talks only when necessary. He too was neutral about jungkook's modelling. Neither he likes it nor he would deny any longer for Taehyung's sake. Also he saw how much effect jungkook has on people, so he just forced himself to accept it. Other than that he doesn't have any problem with jungkook. The younger never really misbehaves unless you trigger his nerves which was taehyung and himself. And honestly hyunbin was happy that his son and son-in-law was happy with each other.

And as per taehyung, hyunbin was so proud of his son. He really does regrets for neglecting his hard work and talent but not any more.

The topic of jungkook's abortion was also never brought up again. Taehyung was still giving cold shoulder to his parents and they didn't want to mess up their relationship more than it already was.

Somin tried her best to get back to her innocent obedient daughter-in-law act but yejin doesn't even glance at her any longer. And jongin's anger was increasing day by day seeing taehyung's success and ignorance from his parents. Both were really getting the taste of their own medicine.

Mingyu and Taeri's relationship can be considered as healing. Mingyu didn't forgive taeri, but still they were working on their relationship with slow and steady steps. Both of them visited mingyu's parent's and Taeri had apologized sincerely, so did mingyu. They eventually accepted them back.

Tehyung was slowly melting for taeri because she was sincere this time and acted like her younger self with taehyung, both were really close when they were younger. He still needs time to completely forgive her though but at least he doesn't walk away now a days, just replies shortly and jungkook being himself, didn't plan on giving any second chance to her or any of the family members.

The younger couple insisted the older two to at least stay untill the party and they agreed. Mingyu and Taeri planned on leaving the Kim mansion after taehyung and jungkook's success party which the jeons have arranged.

Jimin and Yoongi announced their pregnancy few weeks back and surprisingly jungkook was the one happiest and excited. He even threw a small get together with friends and family and also promised to arrange a gender reveal ceremony to Jimin. He knew his brother hid their happiness for his sake and he wanted to return it back to them.

Only Taehyung knew about the sorrowful tears that soaked his shirt that night. No! Jungkook wasn't envious, just sad that he couldn't enjoy his own happiness.

The couple arrived at the party venue which of course was a fancy resort, much to Jungkook's dismay but everything was arranged by Jimin and Yoongi, thus he didn't protest.

Taehyung was clad in an all black suit giving a powerful aura as CEO, looking stunningly as always. And jungkook was clad in a black and white loose, deep neck blouse tucked in a fitted high waist jeans, a Gucci belt adoring his small waist and high heeled calf boots.

As soon as the couple walked down the red carpet camera flashes and cheers were the only thing resonated the place. After giving what the media wanted, the duo went inside the venue.

Everything was elite and perfect as expected. Expensive drinks, delicious snacks, soft music and peaceful vibe, everything was overwhelmingly good.

Jungkook and taehyung greeted the Jeons before they mingled themselves among all the guests. Taehyung was holding onto jungkook's waist like a proud husband he was and jungkook's charm was gaining everyone's heart within seconds. No wonder they were the definition of perfect couple.

Minho gaveva speech about how proud of a father he was and the explains about the thriving company in a projector.

Taehyung has been wanting for this moment ever since he understood what life actually meant. His heart was beating at a fast pace as his breath was uneven at the amount of emotions he was feeling, at once.

Jungkook smiled softly as he rubbed taehyung's chest feeling his fast beating heart, wanting to provide some comfort to the younger.

The crowd cheered at the speech and seeing taehyung so effected by the words made them adore him more. It was clear that he wanted his father to be proud of him. And the older male saying it in front of so many people and media, meant a lot to taehyung.

Hyunbin descended down the stairs and went up to taehyung.

"I know you didn't forgive me, yet.. And I am willing to wait.. But remember, I meant everything I said.. It wasn't for any show", he said softly before patting his shoulder like a proud father and walked away.

The Jeons was smiling at the interaction. Shinhye sighed in relief seeing their taebear finally getting what he deserved. Minho didn't know everything in details but he was proud that his son-in-law was a CEO that he deserved to be.

Yejin and Taeri hugged side ways with a satisfyingly smile on their faces and mingyu smiled adorably. They were so happy for the father and son duo, and hoped one day everything will be alright.

Taehyung ducked his head down trying to control his tears.

"Hey baby", jungkook whispered chuckling through his glossy eyes because he knew how much taehyung craved for this moment.

"He is proud of me", taehyung whispered.

"As he should", jungkook giggled when taehyung looked up at him, his puppy glossy eyes making him more adorable. Jungkook hugged the taller male dearly, feeling taehyung heaved out a sigh of relief against his shoulder.

"Good evening, people", a sudden voice in the microphone grabbed everyone's attention towards the stage again. Jongin was standing there with an usual grin on his face.

Taehyung and Jungkook pulled back as they frowned in bewilderment thinking what that devil was planning now. The rest of the family was also confused at the sudden appearance.

"As this party is dedicated to my dear brother and brother-in-law's success.. How can I not express my happiness", jongin smiled again as taehyung and jungkook rolled their eyes at the fake enthusiasm.

"This bitch will never change", jungkook mumbled as he glared at the older male. Taehyung rubbed his waist to calm him down..

"Just let him be.. He has nothing else to do other than seeking attention", Taehyung mumbled with a sigh.

"Right", jungkook chuckled mockingly.

"First of all congratulations to both..

Don't you all think they are such a perfect couple... They are married for just one year but behaves like they have known each other for years.. Oh! Such understanding they have between each other", jongin said smiling a little too excitedly and the crowd agreed with smiles and cheers.

Taehyung didn't give it a thought but jungkook frowned because jongin's voice clearly held mockery. Why would he compliment their relationship anyway? it was out of the blue.

Jungkook turned his gaze just to be met with somin's sharp eyes, who smirked at him like the evil bitch she was. Jungkook got the hint that these two were planning something but his face remained calm, and instead he smirked back at her, taking somin off guard who glared at him before looking back at jongin.

"Taehyungie.. Something is off.. They are planning something", jungkook whispered and taehyung frowned but he could say something, jongin continued to speak.

"Every family have some strict rules, right", he stated as the crowed agreed.

"My family has too.. And one of the most important rule that we have been following since my great grandfather, that is, Love marriage is prohibited in Kim bloodline", he said and the crowd started whispering.

This rule wasn't really surprising because every other family believes in arranged relationship. Of course some people didn't find it fair where as some didn't give it a mind. Anyway arranged marriages are common among the elites because of company merging or partnership.

Taehyung and Jungkook stiffened before they stared at each other as if communicating through eyes.

"What the hell?", jungkook mumbled just for taehyung to hear.

"Did he somehow find out?", taehyung asked lowly trying hard not to panic.

"Kookie.. What's going on?", jimin whispered.

"I don't know", jungkook whispered back smiling at the guest to act as normal as possible.

"Should we do something?", yoongi mumbled.

"That will only make us more culprit..", jungkook reasoned receiving a nod.

No matter how strong taehyung tried to be, this rule was something their ancestors followed. He didn't have any problem with it either, untill jungkook came into his life. Just now he found the happiness he craved for, he didn't want to see the disappointment in his father's eyes again.

He was literally trembling inside if not for jungkook holding on to his arms for comfort, he would have collapsed. And jungkook so wanted to punch the shit out of that fuck face.

"You know, Taehyung studied in Harvard University and Jungkook studied in Boston.. They were just one year apart which means they were in US somewhat at the same time", jongin made a fake thinking face. Hyunbin and Yejin had a frown on their faces trying to understand what Jongin was indicating. They didn't want to believe him though.

"Jeon Jungkook, whose personalized is what we call as badass, a strong willed who never listens to anyone or compromises, an independence, self-centered male, agreed for an arrange marriage with someone of complete opposite personality, just like that? Even agreed to whatever we ask him to do.. It really surprises me, you know", jongin shrugged with a fake amused expressing.

"Please no.. Stop him", taehyung mumbled breathing heavily.

Minho and shinhye wanted the male to stop because they could see taehyung was at the verge of panic attack. Hyunbin and Yejin also had an unreadable expression on their faces.

Taeri and mingyu clearly understood what jongin wanted to exposed, oh! so innocently, she was surprised would be an understanding, she never in her wildest dreams thought taehyung would break such a rule, so was mingyu.

"What are you saying, jongin? Just stop this nonsense", hyunbin said sternly.

"Dad.. I know you don't trust me anymore but I have proof this time", jongin smirked at taehyung whose eyes were pleading him to stop. But whom was he kidding anyway, the older never cared about him.

"Will you please", jongin gestured a worker to play the projector who did as instructed.

And taehyung and jungkook felt like their four years of togetherness was played in the projector without even their consent, since day one of their dating till the day they got married.
