Hank in his full gear had arrived at the location where Ferdinand told him they had hidden the cannisters, aiming for the stealthier approach. He used his grappling hook to pull himself to the top of the building and began to make his way into the building but was brought to a halt when he heard sounds indicating there were people in the building.

Being careful the phantom snuck in through the skylight and silently landed on a beam looking down at the people who were moving the cannisters his eyes narrowed when he saw the familiar outfits. The people below where from the house of Thanatos which meant that she was here.

As though on cue Hank heard the voice that had been disturbing his sleep for the past few nights, there she was Jessica giving orders to the men on what to do with the cannisters. Deciding to confront them Hank sent a knife each into the throats of the men carrying a cannisters. *Clang* a loud sound disturbed the quiet atmosphere as the cannister fell from their hands and unto the floor.

With a quick look at their wounds Jessica knew who her attacker was causing her to spot a grin, “you really can’t seem to stay dead huh, just like the old times.” A thud was heard as the Phantom jumped down from the beam landing before the men who all had their weapons out ready to send him oof into the underworld.

“You are going to answer some questions of mine?”

“Again, with the questions really? *sighs* boys kill him”

The men charged straight for Hank who first moved out of the way to avoid a stab from one of the men before disarming him with two moves and spinning him round to use as a shield against two other attackers who did not hesitate to kill their comrade. Wasting no time Hank took to the air sending a knife each into the knees of the men who had just killed their comrade.

Landing in the midst of the assassins, The Phantom took a few of their feet with a quick sweep kick before swiping the weapon out of another’s arms and sending it right into the incoming fist of another. A scream escaped the man’s lips as he fell to his knees holding on to his arm, grabbing one who tried to grab him from behind Hank flipped him into a group taking them down.

Rushing in the Phantom took out the guy on his knees. In another minute Phantom stood in their midst with the assassins sprawled out around him with one unconscious and being held up his throat. Dropping him Phantom turned to focus on Jessica who was now standing at the door.

“I’m going to take it that there is no chance you are going to tell me where the driver I’m looking for is, is there?” Phantom ignored her and attempted to run straight for her but came to a halt when he saw her put on a gas mask, “I’m curious, for just how long can you hold your breath” saying so she pressed a switch which caused popping sounds to be heard. Turning around to the source the phantom saw mist escaping from the cannisters, his eyes behind the mask widened in realization as he began running straight for a wall as the mist continued to fill the place.

Sending one of his knives into the wall it made a beeping sound before a loud boom was heard a hole was made in the wall allowing the Phantom to jump out. *gasp* taking of part of his mask Hank took in a few deep breaths but snapped his head to look behind him as the building was now on fire. Taking one last look at the burning building Hank left the scene before the first responders arrived.

The next morning the Lakeside Police department had the entire warehouse on lockdown, well what was left of it anyway.

“You finally made it” Jarred called out to Naa when he saw her making her way towards him. “yeah well I don’t get why we were assigned to this. I mean it’s not like we are the only detectives in this city” Naa complained to Jarred as she looked around getting a better view of her surroundings.

“I’m not sure but if I had to take a guess it’s probably because of that” Naa followed where Jarred was pointing to with her eyes. They narrowed immediately she saw the symbol she swore she would never forget, flashbacks of what that man had done to his city and her family flashed through her mind.

All the pain and hurt he put her father through, “Is he back?” Naa asked in a barely audible whisper after she barely regained her composure. “We are not sure is either that or someone is using his stuff either way neither option is a good sign.”
