《Wolf Bloodline》Captain Barlog

The castle swung strongly once again as if it were taking a blow. It was such a force that it shook us even where we were.
That's when I turned my head to the windows and saw the ship in the air, throwing cannons at us.
The goal of the last ball they threw was the big glass in front of us, when I noticed the incoming ball, I shouted as loud as I can,
"Get down!"
After I shouted, I threw myself on the floor. And a few seconds later, the ball shattered the glass and entered the center of the Hall. Fortunately, no one was hurt by the ball. However, I was gasping for air.
I immediately stood up and looked around, and then again at the ship.
Even though they inflicted huge damage, they continued to throw balls in a row. My father threw himself in front of the window to protect me, and he said,
"Soldiers! Get Mila out of here. I'll hold them!"
I looked at him with a nervous and sad expression,
"Dad. No. Don't do this. A little support in such a big war doesn't change anything!"
Then my father said with a deep voice tone,
"I'd rather die than being a king who can't protect his kingdom or even his own daughter."
Then he looked at me with sad eyes and said,
"Now go. I'll catch up with you."

(At that time, The deck of the approaching ship)
An ordinary soldier entered the ship's captain's cabin and said in a loud voice,
"Sir, it is just like you said. They began to evacuate the palace."
At the time, there was a person sitting in the captain's chair, known by the name "Captain Barlog". He was a very cruel and prescriptive person, and he was a person that even his crew saw irregularly.
He was sitting with his back to the door, as usual. His face was not visible, and he never raised his head, he said in a thick tone of voice,
"Good. Just as I thought. Tell Poison to close the places around the castle and bring down the soldiers. We're now starting."

(At the time, In front of the palace)
My battle with the Knight was over. We were both out of breath, but I had won the war. The Knight was lying on the floor, defeated.

While gasping for air, he then slowly looked at me and said,
"I'm just an obstacle, but you just choose to stand here and look at me. Why?" Why don't you finish me off when you had already won the fight?"
"My goal is not to kill you or hurt anyone else. I'm here to save the Princess...."
At that moment, I saw cannonballs flying in the air and hitting the castle. I turned my head in the direction where the cannonballs were coming from and saw that there was a flying ship. The view was so shocking, at first I thought it was a figment of my imagination, but it wasn't.
The Knight tried to get up slowly, and said,
"Captain Barlog, In a time like this? Now we're in a really tough spot."
I asked him confused,
"Who is Captain Barlog, and why does he have a flying ship?"
"He's the most powerful man among the Elite Soldiers. As you can see, he has a huge ship, and he's not afraid to use it in giant battles. If he attacked us at a time like this, this will not end well."
"Then we don't have any time to lose."
I then added while looking at him,
"Get the princess out of here as soon as possible. I can distract him."
He looked at me with a half-tired, half-surprised expression and said,
"Why are you doing something like this? I see no reason for a stranger like you to help us."
"Because my goal was to help from the very beginning. Maybe it was something we shouldn't have faced and fought, but I didn't have a bad intention when I tried to get past you. If I just leave so many people here, we'll lose dozens or even hundreds of lives. And I will never let that happen. So help me and keep the Princess safe, please."
The Knight remained silent for a minute or two, then sighed and said,
"I'll do as you say. But I'll watch every move you make, and with one little suspicious move, you'll suffer the consequences. Did you hear me?"
Then he shouted at his friends and said,
"Brienne! Irio Stop fighting. We have to go back to the palace, and the people there need us. So hurry up and follow me."
Brienne said,

"Is that Captain Barlog's ship? Akihiko?"
"Yeah, it's probably the most likely. Let's hurry and go to the castle. Or a lot of people will be in danger. Follow me."
As they ran towards the castle, I said to myself,
"Akihiko? So that is his name."
After a couple of seconds, General and Hiroshi approached me.
Hiroshi said while gasping for air,
"It was quite a dangerous move for us to dive into the castle, but a flying ship? I just thought about we'd never see anything crazier."
"Besides being crazy, we have to find a way to stop him. While Mila is getting protected by the knights, we need to divert that ship's attention."
General said,
"The question is, how do we get to that ship?"
"He is right Kid. We can't just hop into a flying ship just like that."
When they said that, I approached the tree in front of me and started punching it. And after punching it multiple times, I pulled the big tree from the root with my fists and took it on my back.
Then I carried it towards the others and said loudly,
"Get up on the tree! I'll throw the tree towards the ship."
Hiroshi said,
"Even if I call your idea absurd, if I want to talk you out of it, we're following this plan, aren't we, Kid?"
Then he sighed and said,
"Then so be it, but if anything happens, you are the responsible one, Kid."
Then they did what I said and went up to the big tree. I knew my idea didn't make much sense, but it was all I could think of right now. So I used all my strength and bent my legs. Then I lifted myself up and threw the tree as high as I could.
When I felt the tree pop off my shoulders, I ran to the other tree in front of me and started climbing on it. I was pretty fast, and I almost got to the top of the tree before I took two steps. I couldn't jump from here to the ship, but I could jump to the flying tree.
So I jumped straight ahead from where I was and tried to jump into the flying tree. But because of my jump, the tree crooked to the side and we stood steady in the air for a few seconds. As we began to quickly fall down and thought we weren't going to make it, the General once again used his "One Inch" power.
It gave the tree speed from the rear, which allowed us to reach the height of the ship. I supported Hiroshi and the General and helped them jump to the ship. Immediately after that, I jumped on the ship. Seconds later, the tree below us fell to the ground and I heard a loud noise. But fortunately, our location wasn't exposed.
I thought so, but I wasn't right at all.
Hiroshi, the General, and I were looking around confused, in the middle of a ship we didn't know. And after seconds later we got on board, a voice from above shouted and said,
"Captain! We have company!"
After he said that, the person above made a quick landing on our side using the ship's ropes. But there was something odd about him. The person who landed beside us was half Fox and half-human. He also seemed pretty strong because of his muscular structure. After the man landed next to us, two more people appeared with him from other parts of the ship. And the interesting thing was, one of them was the four-armed elite soldier I had fought before.
The other one was a woman, with a mask on her mouth and a rather sharp look. "Could it be epic?", I thought. But if it was an epic, it would make more sense for them to call her instead of the Captain. And it would be certain that the general would warn us in such a situation.
As they looked at us, I expected the enemies in front of us to do something to understand what power they had, but they stood there calmly and waited.
After a brief silence, the door to the captain's cabin opened slowly right in front of us. And a man appeared decidedly from the shadows. He wore a general-style outfit rather than pirate clothes. He had a shark tooth hanging around his neck, and I could feel his power even from this distance. He slowly approached us and said,
"Welcome to my ship. I'm Captain Barlog. But you can call me, by what people see as me as. "The Whip of The Sea"."
