[park]
♡ ♡ ♡
There's a sharp rap at the window, a stone tapping against the glass. You thought of dismissing it, maybe the tree's towering above your house were the culprit, but it came again.
Curious and tired, you scrambled out of bed. There's only one person who would be dumb enough to throw rocks at your window at dumb-O-Clock in the morning.
You pull the curtains back and sure enough, standing on your lawn was Kokichi ouma.
He wore a frustrated look as if he's been there for ages. Not like you cared, he just woke you up from your peaceful slumber. Nonetheless, you found yourself climbing out the window and onto ur windowsill, leaping off and onto Kokichi.
"I didn't ask for a fat slug to land on me today."
"Yeah? Well I didn't ask to be woken up by rocks thrown at my window." You huffed, climbing off of the boy you fell onto.
"Where are we sneaking off too this time?" You asked, brushing the dirt off your pj's. Kokichi only smiled at you before lacing his hand with yours. You found yourself gazing at his hand that was laced in yours. The warmth was rather contradictory to the weather and his hands were remarkably soft..it felt perfect.
"We're going to the park." He spoke happily, a light skip in his step. You laughed at his antics. Although it was 2-4am in the morning, the tiredness you were feeling earlier quickly disappeared as you felt a rush of adrenaline.
"Only if you push me on the swings."
"No promises, y/n."

Lone: The Wanderer [Dropped Version (includes original draft of the rewrite's first volume)]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? [Goal of 2 chapters per week, the only exceptions being announced breaks or emergencies] A/N: This story is in the middle of a rewrite, so please forgive any noticeable plot holes and wonky chapter numbers. I am working on it every day, so understanding would be greatly appreciated. The new cover art is a courtesy of the very kind and talented ssddx. This novel is a participant in The Writer's Pledge

The Rules of Dungeoneering
The First Rule of Dungeoneering: This will kill you Sylvester Bayes, the 4th son of a small baron, has suddenly had his head filled with the memories and work of someone who had dedicated their life to memorizing every dungeon they could find and designing a new RPG system. Not about to waste these gifts, Sylvester quickly sets out to get rich quick and discover the reasons behind his sudden knowledge. (Please note, this is dressed up actual play from my testing of a tabletop RPG. It is actually how the game has gone and there is a very real chance that anyone, including Sylvester, could die in any encounter. To help make my job easier I am using dungeons written by other people, which is why I have listed this as a fanfiction. I put links to all of them in the chapters where they are relevant.)

How To: Survive Teenagehood
There is a stage between childhood and adulthood that makes us all want to bang our heads into a concrete wall as if that will somehow make us forget the things we did in that cringe-worthy stage of adolescence. That golden era of bad haircuts, first and last dates, and that undeniable feeling of wanting to fit in. Teenagehood. Surviving it is a feat in itself, and the memories you make may haunt you forever. So this is my guide to the good, the bad, and the ugly of surviving teenagehood. Yes this will include anecdotes.[Highest Rank: #1 in Non-Fiction 16.10.17]
