《Shades Of Red | RaNnett》Part 1: Unlucky As Always

*sigh* I sat on the rocks while I put on bandages on my arm, as per usual. It's not like I can really do much about it. Every day, if I didn't either trip, bump into something, lose something important, or something like that, it would be a miracle.
While sitting on the rock, I was also waiting for Razor. 'His class should've ended long ago, where is he?' I thought. It wasn't normal for Razor to be late, and I was there anxiously thinking my bad luck had passed to him. "Maybe I should look for him."
*thud* I tripped on a pebble as I tried to get up.
Was looking for Bennett. Heard person fall. Razor rush, try help. Found Bennett on ground. Razor help Bennett up. "Bennet face red, fever?" Razor put hand on Bennett head, "Very hot, wait here." Razor go look for mist flower. "Now cool." Razor put mist flower on Bennett head. See cut on Bennett. "Wolfhook?"
*sigh* I shouldn't have let Razor notice my wounds. Now he's gonna worry about me for the whole day. I think he saw me blush too... *internal screaming* What is wrong with me? I don't really know, I've got bad luck, so that's one. I barely have any friends, that's another. And... and... uhh... wait, I'm overthinking again.
Anyways, I think I heard Razor coming back, and he brought a whole lot of wolfhooks back with him. "Umm... Razor?" He nods. "Did you... really collect all... that?" Another nod. "wow" That was all I could say, I couldn't make a proper reaction, he just started treating my wounds while I was still processing everything.
He was quiet for most of it, he was very much focused on his work, so I just stared at him. I looked at his pale skin, almost inhumanly white, his long ash gray hair that was messy yet maintained a flow to it, his blood-red eyes that were scary yet made me feel safe, his- "Bennett?" I was brought back to reality by Razor's voice, "Bennett okay?" "ye- yeah" "No lie to Razor, Bennett." He said sternly. "Really, I'm fi-" "Razor say no lie" "But... I..." I couldn't say anything, was I really fine like I said? Or was there something else I was too blind to see?

"I don't really know, to be honest..." I then proceeded to feel the strongest arms wrap around me in a hug. "It okay." We stayed like that for a while, "Bennett sad?" "Umm..." I realized that I was crying, "No *sniff* I'm just really *sniff* lucky to have you as a *sniff* friend." "Razor lucky have Bennett friend too" he smiled. Oh Razor, so innocent and pure~
Razor yawned, telling me that he was tired, so he took a nap. I was fine with it, I could stare at him while he- what is wrong with me? While on guard duty, I heard something...

A/N
Hey yall, was gonna make this longer. But then decided it would be better for the next part. Also, writing in Razor POV is hard, so I basically died when writing his dialouge. Anyways, more music :D

Spirits of Eternity(A cultivation story based on spirits)
There are many after Liv, for what she can do. Spirits flock to her and help her, while the rest of the world captures them and uses their power with abandon. Liv set forth to find the truth behind her parents’ death, after their final message. After hearing their voice, Liv was offered a decision. Live safely, or be the best. Just like someone from the past, Liv decided to step towards strength. The magic system in this world is based on a few types of energy: Note(for Songs), Will(for Thought), Mana(for ordinary magic, because I felt like it), what is referred to as 'energy' here(for talking to spirits), and Dominion(for Aura). This is still a work in progress. Any suggestions are welcomed. This and my other work, Monsters as Men, are set in the same world. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]
