Taehyung had just woken up. He didn't feel the warmth from Jeongguk's side of the bed so he reached out sleepily for him but didn't feel anything.

Now, you may be wondering what's wrong about that. After all, Jeongguk was the one that told Taehyung that they wouldn't be sleeping together anymore until everything gets fixed. Yet, ever since that night where they cuddled until they fell asleep, they've been sleeping on the same bed. Yesterday was no exception. What Taehyung did to Jeongguk tired him out a lot. What both only wanted was to sleep in each other's embrace to get rid of all those bad thoughts.

"... Koo?", Taehyung called out sleepily, yawning right after.

'Kitchen?', Taehyung thought, slowly getting up from bed as he was still quite tired.

He went downstairs and checked the kitchen, expecting Jeongguk to be there making breakfast but he wasn't there.

"Jeongguk?", he called out louder this time but there was still no answer so he checked the rest of the house.

"Did he perhaps go out to do some grocery? What time is it anyway?", Taehyung asked himself and went to go check his phone. It was 8:14 am.

'It's still early. What if he left? Nah. I'll just go back to sleep. Maybe he'll be back by then. Yeah, that sounds good', Taehyung thought as he made his way to his room, tripping at some point since he was exhausted.

He then collapsed on his bed and let sleep take over for him with Jeongguk on the back of his mind.

"Tae..... baby? Wake up"

Taehyung's eyes scrunched. He was still very sleepy and didn't feel like waking up but the words and light shaking continued. He slowly opened his eyes, adjusting once more to the light in his eyes and saw Jeongguk.

"Koo, you're back?", Taehyung asked sleepily.

"Oh, you were awake before? Sorry, baby. I went to go deal with all the transfer thing to go back to school. It was hectic and it took way too long. I would've let you tag along in my trip to misery but you looked so peaceful sleeping and I didn't want to wake you up", Jeongguk said as he stroked Taehyung's hair.

Taehyung let out a sigh of relief.

"Something wrong?", Jeongguk asked, sitting next to the other boy who was still lying in bed.

"Want me to be honest? Koo, I was worried when I didn't see you next to me when I woke up. I thought the gay gods took you away and made you straight again", Taehyung said half joking, earning a laugh from Jeongguk.

"Straight? Again? With you in this Earth? No, you're mistaken. How dare you doubt my love for you. Keep it up with those thoughts and we're gonna have problems", Jeongguk jokingly warned.

"Shush. I'm not doubting anything", Taehyung lied as he sat up on the bed.

"Yeah, sure", Jeongguk played along.

"What time is it?" Taehyung asked.

"Uh.. it's... 12:17 pm", Jeongguk said, checking his phone.

"Shit. Didn't we plan to go out with the gang today?", Taehyung said, low key panicking.

"Oh, yeah. That's right. It's fine, though. There's still time. We can meet up at the park or something at twenty to thirty past one. How does that sound?", Jeongguk said, getting up.

"Yeah, that's fine with me. I'll call them. Where are you going now?", Taehyung said, reaching out for his phone.

"I'll take it that you haven't eaten breakfast. I'm gonna go make you something. What would you like?", Jeongguk said as he crouched down in front of Taehyung, smiling.

"I.. I.. I'd like uh, cereal? Just pour some in a plastic cup and I'll eat it on my way", Taehyung said, stuttering at the beginning due to Jeongguk's close proximity.

"Darling, why are you getting all shy around me?", Jeongguk teased.

"I- uh, you see..."

"I'm kidding. You're simply the cutest", Jeongguk said as he leaned in to give Taehyung a peck on the cheek. Soon, leaving downstairs to go get the cereal.

'Stupid', Taehyung thought, getting up from bed to go get ready; completely forgetting to call the others.

When Taehyung finished, he made his way downstairs and saw Jeongguk on the phone; his back facing Taehyung.

'Who's he talking to?', Taehyung thought.

"That sounds like fun. I'd like that. See you then", Jeongguk said on the phone.

'Huh?!'

Jeongguk then hung up to go get Taehyung but it turns out he was right behind him.

"Tae, baby. Guess what we'll be doing today", Jeongguk said, pulling Taehyung towards him by the waist.

"What?"

"I was just on a call with Hoseok and the rest. We were talking about a good place to go to as a group", Jeongguk said, smiling wide.

"I had completely forgotten to call them! Thank you. You agreed on a destination?", Taehyung said, tilting his head a bit to the right.

"Yup", Jeongguk answered, nodding his head like a little kid.

"Where?", Taehyung asked, giggling at Jeongguk's childlike behavior.

"You'll see. I'm gonna go grab what I'll need for it. The cereal is over there on top of the counter", Jeongguk said, pointing to the kitchen counter; proceeding with running upstairs to go get what he was talking about.

Taehyung walked over to where the cup of cereal was at and started to eat from it .

Not long after, Jeongguk rushed downstairs holding something.

"Oh, so that's what we're going to do? Wait, I don't have one. That ain't fair. How will I have fun then?", Taehyung whined.

"Shh. What's mine is yours. We'll just share. Now let's go, love", Jeongguk said, holding Taehyung by the hand and dragging him out of the house; not forgetting to lock the door and grabbing his car keys.

"It's always the same bullshit with those two. Always late", Yoongi stated.

"I don't really see that much of a problem. They show up, don't they? I think that's all that-", Namjoon said, only to be interrupted.

"Be quiet. You're giving me a headache", Yoongi said dramatically, rubbing his forehead.

"Welcome to another episode of 'A Side of Yoongi That You Don't See Every Day' ", Hoseok said, laughing.

"Shut up", Yoongi told him.

"Why do you two always fight?", Jin asked, totally done with both of them.

"We're not fighting. This is how we show our love and appreciation for one another", Hoseok stated proudly.

"That's kind of dumb", Jimin said honestly.

"You're dumb", Hoseok said, not knowing how to do a proper comeback.

"Excuse you?! You don't call my boyfriend dumb, you ugly piece of shit", Yoongi said, defending his boyfriend.

"Hoseok isn't ugly", Namjoon stated.

"Exactly. How dare you-"

"It's fine. I don't care what people think of me. At least mosquitoes find me attractive", Hoseok said, interrupting Jin and flipping his imaginary hair.

"First, I was just trying to get under his skin by calling him that. I know he isn't. Second, are you serious, Jay? 'At least mosquitoes find me attractive'? The savage personality doesn't suit you, you know?", Yoongi said with a judgmental expression.

"Why are you looking at me like that? You look like you're judging me", Hoseok said as he pouted.

"That's because I am judging you. I am not responsible for what my face does when you talk", Yoongi said nonchalantly.

"I- How do you do it?! I want to learnnnn", Hoseok said, extending the 'n' in learn.

"Hobi, that's kind of impossible. Yoongi's just a natural when it comes to the way he talks", Namjoon said.

"What about you, Jin? You're good at roasting and can be savage at times. Although, that was like last year", Hoseok said to the black haired man.

"I wouldn't call it savage. I'd say sass but I only roast those bitches that get all over me, telling me they're prettier or more handsome and such when they're not. Plus, you shouldn't change. We love the way you are", Jin said.

Hoseok sighed.

"Jimin, how do- Jimin?!", Hoseok called out but got no response, catching the attention of the others; especially Yoongi's.

"Jimin?! Babe?!", Yoongi also tried to call out but got no response, making him very worried.

"I'll call him through his phone", Namjoon said, reaching out for his phone.

"No, Yoongi has it", Jin stated.

"The fuck?! Where'd he go?!", Yoongi kept asking, very angry at the fact that he wasn't paying any attention to his boyfriend.

"Relax, Yoongi. Maybe he-"

"Relax?! How could I possibly-"

"GUYS! LOOK WHO FINALLY SHOWED UP!", they heard someone yell. Whose voice belonged to the one and only Park Jimin.

They looked over to the direction it was coming from and saw Jimin with Taehyung and Jeongguk, not that far.

Yoongi let out a deep breathe of relief.

When the trio made it towards the others, Yoongi made his way towards Jimin and rested his forehead on Jimin's shoulder.

"What happened to him?", Jeongguk asked.

"Babe? What's wrong? Tired?", Jimin asked softly but Yoongi only stayed quiet.

"The poor boy panicked when he didn't see you near him. Probably thought something happened to you", Jin said.

"Awee, Yoongi. I'm sorry. I saw Tae and Kook from afar so I ran over to them from excitement. Will kisses make you feel better?", Jimin said, chuckling.

"Tch. No, it won't. No more cuddles for you", Yoongi said, standing straight.

"Huh?! Why?!", Jimin asked, not liking what Yoongi had said.

Yoongi didn't answer and walked towards Hoseok.

Jeongguk bursted out into laughter. He held onto Taehyung for support.

"What was that? I thought I heard the person who doesn't have the balls to ask his best friend out, laugh at me", Jimin said angrily.

"Shut up. At least I still get kisses AND cuddles from him", Jeongguk said.

The words only made Jimin feel even angrier.

"Is being cuddle deprived that funny?", Taehyung asked, making Jeongguk laugh even more. At this point, everyone thought Jeongguk had gone crazy.

"Alright, then. Jeon Jeongguk. As payback for what you did to Jimin, I ain't kissing or hugging you", Taehyung said. All of a sudden, Jeongguk stopped laughing.

"Tae, baby. You wouldn't-"

"BAHAHAHAHAHA"

Everyone turned their gaze towards Jimin who was laughing at Jeongguk.

"Why the fuck are you laughing?!", Jeongguk asked Jimin angrily.

"Now, you won't be just cuddle deprived. You'll be kiss deprived, as well", Jimin said, laughing once more.

"Tae. You're joking, right?", Jeongguk asked.

"Does it look like I am?", Taehyung questioned seriously.

"That's on Karma", Jin stated, blowing his non-existent acrylics.

"Jimin. Jeongguk. Hoseok. Should we start skating first and then lend the others your board?", Namjoon said, trying to lighten up the mood.

"I'm down", Hoseok said.

Jimin and Jeongguk were still glaring at each other.

"Uh, guys? Let's skateboard?", Namjoon asked, finally getting their attention.

Jeongguk and Jimin didn't respond. Instead, the two just walked over to the obstacle course, staring at the sight.

Hoseok and Namjoon started to board. Soon, performing ollies, fackies and more tricks.

This made Jeongguk and Jimin roll their eyes.

"Think you can do any better?", Jimin asked cockily.

"Oh, please. In my sleep", Jeongguk replied.

"Let's test that out", Jimin said, going in for the obstacles and doing heelflips.

As Jimin was riding his skateboard, Jeongguk passed him at a fast velocity; doing a kickflip not long after.

"You better step up your game, Jimin", Jeongguk said, smirking.

"Oh, it's on"

"I knew Jeongguk was good at skateboarding but I didn't know your boyfriend was so good at it, too. I never would have thought that cute and innocent Mochi would be able to do suck tricks", Jin said, staring at the two that were competing.

"Really? I think it suits Jimin", Taehyung said.

"Jimin is... well, good at practically anything. He used to skateboard a lot in middle school and freshman year. Looks like he's still got it", Yoongi said smiling.

Jin took notice and asked, "Why don't you join in and skate with him?"

The smile left Yoongi's face. He then responded sarcastically.

"You're so funny. If I were to step foot on that thing, I'd land face plant on the cement."

"Same. What about you, Tae?", Jin said but Taehyung wasn't listening. He was looking at all the skaters. While looking, he saw Hoseok riding the board for a while before doing a laser flip.

"Woah! That's so cool!", Taehyung exclaimed.

"Right. Hoseok is also a natural at this. Why do you think he's the one that suggested this?", Yoongi said, not surprised.

"How come Namjoon isn't doing that many tricks?", Taehyung asked.

"No, it's not that. He simply just likes riding the board", Jin stated.

"Oh my god! Joon just did a fakie beta flip", Taehyung said, staring in awe.

"You see? He's really good, too", Jin said smiling.

"We're getting nowhere. We're both just as good. Should we just keep riding?", Jimin said.

"Sure", Jeongguk replied, getting on the board to ride it. Jimin, doing the same.

While riding , the two laid their eyes on a couple. The guy was teaching his girlfriend how to skateboard and they looked absolutely cute together.

Jeongguk was so focused on the couple that he ended up not paying attention and tripped as a result somehow. He almost fell on the cement but managed to stand up.

Jimin stopped riding and said, "Stupid! The hell were you doing?!"

Jeongguk stayed quiet. His gaze landing on the couple again.

"Babe, don't let go! I don't wanna fall", she said, kind of afraid.

"Relax. I've got you. I won't let you go", the guy said with an amused expression.

"If only my boyfriend would let me teach him. We'd make the rest of the couples look like outcasts", Jimin said pouting but Jeongguk only stayed quiet. He just kept looking at the couple.

"Just bend your knees a bit. You're stiff as a board", the guy laughed.

"I'm trying! I've never skated before. Can you blame me for wanting to do something that my boyfriend loves as a hobby?", the girl said.

"Can you get any cuter?", the guy asked as he squished her cheeks.

"Stop! I'm gonna fall!", the girl lightly yelled.

"I have a fucking boyfriend and I feel single just by looking at the two!", Jimin said, crossing his arms. He wasn't liking that feeling.

"Boyfriend", Jeongguk muttered.

"What was that?", Jimin asked.

"Nothing. We should head back and let the others ride", Jeongguk said, trying to change the subject.

"Oh, right! Maybe I can teach Yoongi to ride!", Jimin exclaimed as he grabbed his skateboard and ran off. Jeongguk, following along.

When they reached the others, they saw Namjoon and Hoseok already with them.

"You guys done?", Jeongguk asked.

"Yup. I was just about to teach Yoongi", Hoseok said.

"Wait. I don't-"

"Teach him?! I was going to teach him", Jimin said, interrupting Yoongi.

"I said that-"

"I got here first", Hoseok stated, interrupting Yoongi as well.

"I said I wasn't going to ride that!", Yoongi said.

"Typical", Hoseok said, rolling his eyes.

Jimin looked down at the ground due to disappointment. He really wanted to teach Yoongi to ride.

Yoongi noticed his boyfriend's sad state which made him feel a bit guilty. He brought Jimin into a hug, making Jimin widen his eyes. Jimin then relaxed himself and hugged back; happy that Yoongi wasn't serious earlier when he said 'no cuddles'.

Next to Taehyung, was a very stiff and awkward Jeongguk.

"What's wrong with you?", Taehyung asked, sort of understanding why Jeongguk may be acting like that.

"Nothing", Jeongguk lied.

"Doubt it. Tell me what's wrong", Taehyung said softly.

"I want kisses... Cuddles, too", Jeongguk said nervously.

"Yeah, no", Taehyung said smiling.

Jeongguk looked away pouting.

"Look who's still kiss and cuddle deprived", Jimin teased, sticking out his tongue while still hugging Yoongi. The younger wasn't planning on letting go anytime soon.

"Don't be mean, Chim. Yoongi might deprive you again", Namjoon said. Jimin immediately stayed quiet after.

"Poor Kook. Can't relate. If I go up to Tae, I'm sure he'd cuddle with me", Hoseok said grinning.

"You have five seconds to run before I beat you up", Jeongguk said, glaring at Hoseok and Hoseok took that opportunity to run far away. Jeongguk, chasing him.

"Should we help?"

"Nah. Let them be. It's entertaining to watch. In the meantime, why don't we go grab some boba smoothies?"

And that my friend, is how they spent the rest of their day at the skatepark. Play fighting, riding boards, joking around and eating/drinking; going back to their freshman and sophomore years of high school. As young teenage kids :)
