3rd person POV:

It was just a normal day in Amphibia bugs trying to kill you the frog mob trying to find something or someone to destroy. You know average Amphibia things! Well apart from Anne hanging out with Maddie. Anne usually hangs out with Sprig or Polly just anyone in her frog family but I guess not today. "So uh Maddie what does that yellow thing do?" Anne asked

"That yellow thing is well orange and its honey. Its Not ordinary honey though its Firebee honey a supplement that is cold at first taste but it slowly heats up till the point your on... FIRE!" The blue frog said in a creepy tone.

"Ohhh- wait what. If it sets you on fire WHY WOULD YOU PUT IT IN A POTION AND WHY IS IT NOT ILLEGAL?!" Anne screamed

" Well firebee honey Is a key part to this potion. It heats it up so much the rest of the ingredients leak their pinky reddish colour inside of them so I know the potion is ready! But you do have to step at least 10 big steps away from it after you add it... and it's not illegal because it just isn't you'd be surprised about how much stuff her should be illegal but just isn't." Maddie responded

"Wait why do you have to step back 10 big steps?" Anne asked confused

"You see the firebee honey makes it have a temporary fragrance and that fragrance gives you the same effect the potion would have." Maddie replied

"Ohhh so what potion you making?"

"I actually don't know... someone just requested I make this for them... they gave me the page number in my book and its still unnamed. Maybe it wasn't the best to make a potion I don't even know the name of huh... Well I'm too far to stop!" Maddie said aggravated because it was a question she didn't really have an answer to.

"Right Anne I'm about to add tge last ingredient firebee honey. Get ready to step back!" Maddie thought her instructions where clear and they where just not to Anne. "STEP BACK NOW!!!" As soon as maddie said that she hopped to the equivalent of 10 big steps. "Anne?! ANNE?!! STEP. BACK! YOU'LL GET AFFECTED BY THE POTION IF YOU DO-" Maddie was cut off by Anne fainting

"" Maddie said as she ran towards Anne luckily the potions fragrance had faded the time Anne passed out.

A few minutes later Anne woke up but she was different... Flower petals started to Bloom on her head next to the leaves in her hair

Her eyes where no longer a calm brown colour but a vibrant pink

"Anne? You okay?" Asked Maddie in a calm tone

"Where's Marcy?! I need Marcy?! MARCY?! WHERES MARCY?!" Anne shouted in a panicked tone not to mention she was breathing really fast

"Anne... Marcy left a couple days ago to go back to Newtopia." Maddie

said confused

"" Anne said in a serious manner.

"Uh... you know what! I'll take you to the Plantars and while your there I'll get Marcy!" Maddie nervously squeaked out

"Great!!! Don't be too long though... I Marcy!" Anne said with a grin as the two walked to the Plantars house Anne kept blabbering on about Marcy.

*knock knock*

"Coming!" Said the voice of a elderly frog coming from inside

"Maddie? We didn't order any bread?" Hop-pop said

"It's not bread it's Anne! She's under the effect of a potion!" Maddie said

"Hop-pop shouted with clear distress.

"Hop-pop what's wrong? WOAH ANNE?! YOUR EYES!" Sprig and Polly screamed.

One the 2 calmed down Maddie explained what just happened to Anne.

"Wait... MADDIE YOU MADE A POTION YOU DIDNT EVEN KNEW THE NAME OF?!" Polly asked

"I know it was stupid. But I now have to stop this. And Anne wants Marcy so I have to write a letter to her now anyone got a pen and paper?" Maddie said with a lot of resolve

"Yeah got one right here!" Sprig said

Dear Marcy Wu

It's Maddie here but not with good news. You need to return to Wartwood instantly. Anne has been put under a potion and it's all my fault and your the only person that Anne wants to see right now besides you are my apprentice so it may help in your future of the "Dark" arts. Please come as fast as possible -Maddie Flour.

"Go take it to Newtopia!" Maddie said to the messenger Bird

"Chirp!" The bird chirped and flew away.

"Now we wait..."

Marcys POV :

"Huh? A letter? Why would anyone send me one?" I said really confused

After reading the letter

"WHAT?! IS ANNE OKAY?! I NEED TO GO BACK TO WARTWOOD ASAP!"

I then whistled to get Joe Sparrow

"Joe we're going to Wartwood but you need to get there in like half and hour so go super fast got it?" I asked

"Chirp!"

"Now what are we waiting for let's save Anne!"

"Hm what potion could she be under... and why does she want me specifically... I mean I'm not complaining seeing as I have had a big crush on Anne since we where like 6 but what does that have to do with anything?"I thought to myself

"Chirp!"

"We're here?! Already? Thanks Joe!"

I run towards the Plantars house then I bust open the door "ANNE??" I shout not even a second later a see a figure dash at me and pull me into a tight hug. It was Anne

"Marcy!!! I missed you so much!!! And you look super cute right now! Not that you never were cute..." she completed

I blushed at that Anne thought I was cute?! MY CRUSH THOUGHT I WAS CUTE?! Marcy concentrate. Taking a look at Anne I saw flowers blossoming I her hair that was never there before and Hot pink irises instead of that chocolate brown eye color she had. "What..." I said drifting my eyes to a nervous Maddie and Plantar family.

"Marcy I can explain it all for you." Maddie said

"Please do! I may be able to find out what this curse is." I said as Anne and I stood up.

After the explanation

"Hey Anne your holding on too me a little tight there..." I say looking down at Anne clinging onto me for dear life

"I-I'm sorry! Did I hurt you?? I just " Anne said with a worried expression

"Guys I think the potion Annes under is a ..."
