Daniel POV
I sighed, thinking, staring at the phone while the F.B.I were investigating. I was about go show them but it immediately disappeared. I stared at it, confused. What on earth is going on.
Nayani POV
I stared at nothing, laying in the futon. Kozuke kissed my cheek, wrapping his arms around my waist. "Come outside baby. Let's go eat some food. I'll make you your favorite". He said. I shook my head. "..i'm not hungry baby". I whispered. He stared at me. "..you shier". He asked. I nodded. We gave each other kisses before he left. I sighed, staring at the ground. He was right..what am I kinding. I don't belong in this world. He reminds me of mom...she would say things that mom would..funny how he reminds me of her..it...kinda feels nice..
Hijikata POV
I was eating breakfast with everyone. I stared at the food I was gonna give to nayani as an apology since I heard she liked food. Then Kozuke came in, making me raise my head but he immediately shook his head, only seeing him come in. I looked down, staring at the food, saddened. Oh my baby girl..what do I do...what do I say to you.

Nayani POV
I was staring at the katana Hijikata gave me. I don't think I deserve it..I don't think I need it at all. Then someone knocked at the door. "..Nayani". I heard his voice. I stared at the door. "I know i'm the last person you don't want to hear from but just please..open the door so I know your okay". He said. I sighed, grabbing Chizuru katana and opened the door. He smiled at me. "There's my sweetums". He said. I just looked down, holding the katana. "..look..i'm sorry i'm a disappointment..just take CHizuru Katana..I now know I don't deserve it..or deserve your respect..". I said, tearing up. He shook his head, holding my arms. "No. No. No. No". He said, hugging me. I started crying, tearing up. "..listen your right..I mean what am I even kidding..he's too perfect for me..and I don't belong in this world..it wouldn't work out anyways..it was a dream come true when i found him...but it won't last. I know it won't last..so that does make me an idiot..so disgusting wanting to fall in love so quick..try to have a family". I said but he shook his head, rubbing my head. "No. No. no. Your completely wrong". he said. We sat down. I sniffled, hiccuping and stared at him. "..Look it was wrong of me to say those things..it wasn't my position..and I wanted to apologies what I said..it's non of my business what you and him do..if you hug..make out..fuck each other to death it's non of my business". He said, making me laugh and grin. He smiled, wiping my tears away. "look..how about we got to the village. There's a bunch of cool things I wanna show you". He said, making me smile. "Is there". I asked. He hummed. "Yes. There's games, food, and music. It'll be fun". He said. I smiled. "..I think that would be wonderful..plus..it might clear my mind about..everything". I said. He chuckled. I smiled. "...alright..well it's a date". He asked, making me giggle. "Yes. It's a date". I said. "Pick you up at 3". He asked. I stood up, smiling. "No later then that". I said. He smiled. "Got it boss". He said and left. i giggled, smiling. He really does remind me of my mom..funny how there kinda a like.

We were at the festival. I gasped, seeing lights and games and food everywhere. I grinned, excitedly. "This is how it was back in the 1800's". I asked.d He chuckled. "Ya". He said. I giggled, looking around, excitedly. "Where do you wanna go first. My treat". He said. I giggled, pointing at one of the games. "oooh. That one". i said, rushing over to it. He laughed, rushing over to me.

We were eating noodles, talking about each other. Strange..we have so much in common. Turns out he loves to write. i mean I knew he loved writing poems..but I didn't think he loved writing in general. He loves art as well and music and books..it's so crazy how much we have in common..we even finish each other's sentences. We laugh every time we do.
(Time skip)
We were walking around, eating cotton candy until I saw fireworks, making me gasp. "I didn't think fireworks exist in this time either". I said. He chuckled. He then looked down at me, staring at me. I looked up at him, confused. "Is there something wrong". I asked. He smiled. "Your really beautiful. You know that". He asked. I rolled my eyes, pushing him. "Shut up". I said. He chuckled.
(Time skip)
We were walking back home. He sighed. "...Your mom would be excited to see you back home huh". He asked, sadly. I sighed. "Talk about being dead for dinner". he said, too his confusion. "What do you mean". he asked. I sighed. "I live with MY MOTHER. She's very over protective of me. If i'm gone for at least an hour without responding to her then I'm grounded. Don't even get me started when I tell you what she would do to me if I don't return home". I said. he chuckled. "I would do the same". He said. I looked up at him. He then cleared hs throat. "I-if I ever had a kid. You know because..you know dad's are always there for you kids..and there the man in the house".He said, making me look down. "..not always". I whispered. He stared at me. "ever since my dad left..my mom has always been the man of the house..ever since my dad left I felt as if I grew distant with him..feeling our connection grow less and less..and with my mom I feel like our anger rages more and more and the littest things..liek for example my grades. She called me stupid for having two b's. I was gonna retake my test for two classes. It would've changed my grade. But I mean..she's impossible". I said. He smiled. "She just want's the best for you". he said. I sighed. He smiled, stopping in front of my room. "Hey listen. If your mom tries to kill you. Do like I always do. Hide behind a tree". He said, making me giggle. "Goodnight Mr. Hijikata san". I said and went inside.

The Perks of Immortality
This story will no longer be updated. After living decades and dying hundreds of times, Kegan has learned that he has finally passed some test that the cruel spirit had given him. Now, Kegan has the ability to gain “perks” that can make his life much easier. He is looking forward to finally having an easy life with the new perks he has earned. Rules to keep me honest for the perk system: Spoiler: Spoiler 1. The purpose of perks is to help the MC live longer and do new things each life. 2. The perks can be unlocked by getting hurt or killed. 3. The perks can be unlocked by putting in a lot of effort that isn’t easily duplicated in a new life. 4. Perks are generally beneficial enhancements to the MC’s body. 5. Perk costs can be lowered with more impressive achievements to unlock them. 6. Perk costs can be lowered by repeated death or injury from something the perk protects against. 7. Perk costs are increased for quality of life improvements that don’t benefit survival. I want to avoid one of the pitfalls I see for other LitRPG stories where the game elements barely relate to the story, or offer very little information. If people are skipping over and not reading the perks then I'm doing things wrong. So I promise to try and make the perks interesting, sometimes humorous, informative, and relevant to the story.Cover art by http://dertypaws.com/

Silvergates: Northworld (Book 1 complete)
Five years ago, the first Silvergate was found. At first, they called it a hoax. But since then, more and more people have entered the alternate dimension called Northworld, received their Interface, and going on to real adventures. As it gained momentum, they called it a problem. Now, they call it a crime. But for nearly a half a million people, it's now their real home. Yearning. Escape. Duty. The reasons to go are many. Despite the criminalization of the Silvergating, people still seek out their ticket to Northworld. But for new Gaters Jasper Hill, Erika Haglund, Henry Esteban, Northworld has surprises in store. Not every rumor are false, not every conspiracy theory is stupid. When the veil lift for them, showing truths about Northworld that no one suspected, they may have a hard time making themselves heard. And being trusted may mean the difference between life or exile forever. Northworld is a litrpg story where people enter an actual world, submit to an RPG-type Interface, and discover an alternate reality. You could describe it as a reversible Isekai since people alternate between Earth and Northworld. The characters are usually casual about it, which means casual talk and the not-infrequent profanity. Four letter words dropped in conversation (or internal monologue). Warning: one potentially horrible theme and one implied sex scene. Book 1 is complete, as the title says. Book 2 is expected to start in 2022 (hopefully).

Am I The Only One Who Is Not Forced to Migrate Across Worlds....?
A random isekai adventure might not be random. Underlying conspiracies, not-so-kind world and most importantly two-faced characters. Only time can reveal the flaws of the so-called Migrators! *** I am rewriting the novel. All this time, I have honing my skills as a writer. As my first novel, this novel served as a self-reflection of how much I improved later on. This doesn't have the most unique of plots but as a first novel, I still have some aspirations and memories.
