for a moment not realising that she is taken over by his presence and his beautiful face that seems to lure her heart to him in a few seconds.

"What deal?". She asked confused looking at her tablet then she looks back at him, "Oh! Do you mean finding you a perfect bride?. I can do it. Give me until tomorrow-".

"I don't want anyone else". He said stern

She frowns, "Why?".

"Why not you?". He asked again

"I told you why". She said looking at the beach frowning when she realised that it was getting late, "What do you want?".

"I told you I want you, do you want me to write it down or something?". He asked

"No". She said standing feeling her legs wobble as she tries to maintain herself from falling and she watches how his hand outstretched immediately to hold her however she didn't allow that, "I want you to leave me alone".

"Have dinner with me. I know you didn't eat anything since morning". He said with his charming smile that would have melt people not her

She sighs because now her headache is increasing with staying with him and she knows if she were to say hungry any longer her head will blast so she nodded her head following him to his car.

She didn't speak.

All through the ride, they stayed quiet while she remains working on her documents. She heard the car stop and then opening of her door by him as she stepped down feeling her heart leaping out at the mere sight of him holding the door for her. She shouldn't feel this way, this is wrong.

She doesn't deserve this.

She follows him inside the restaurant not caring enough to look at people or the restaurant itself. However, the place was completely empty which she knows is he's doing because he cannot be in public with a woman like this.

Yet he is doing it for no good reason.

"We can have this deal in two ways". Adam said as they were done ordering and her crystal blue eyes look at him curiously, "The hard or the easy way".

"I never liked easy ways so what are you going to threaten me into submission now?". She said rolling her eyes looking at the soft cloth on the table that seems to interest her with the design on it as she moves her fingers on it

He notices how the simplest thing can interest her even when the palace didn't manage to do that.

"I might". He said shortly

"I don't think it suits the Prince to do that of all people just because he is desperate to marry". She said raising her eyebrows looking away from the cloth but then look back at the cloth

"Why don't you look in my eyes?". He asked curiously

Their food arrived.

"Do I need to?". She asked shrugging holding a fork in her hands with no appetite

"I suppose so. It's weird when your beautiful eyes are focused everywhere but my eyes. Am I that bad looking?". He asked

"Maybe average". She said nonchalantly as she looks at her food hoping somehow she doesn't have to eat it

"You wound me". He said obviously taken back by her words

He wasn't average.

She lied.

He was a well built handsome hunk that everyone swoon on but her mind is everywhere to care about mere looks that won't stay forever. She plays with her food trying her best to find something distracting beside his face.

"Ok. Since you are not cooperating I will stop being a gentleman". He said placing his fork down

She smirks, "All it takes a women's rejection for men to stop being human".

He clenches his hand, "I don't wish to be inhumane. But, this is a matter of my country and I cannot continue to play with you for a long time".

She shrugged nonchalantly.

"Your sister's husband is dealing with some of my recent projects which makes 80% of his income". He pauses allowing her to digest that information, "I will cancel all my contract with him".

Her heart stilled.

The fork in her hand falls down from her hands knowing he is speaking the truth. Her father had tried many times to have her sister husband involved with their company to have Prince contract too.

"What do you want from me?". She said plainly knowing she can never hurt her sister anymore

"We can discuss this deal tomorrow. My chauffeur will pick you from your hotel at 7 AM sharp". He said

"You will regret this". She said angrily

She stands from her place starting to leave not wanting to be here anymore. The more she tries to have a normal life she couldn't, the more she tries to run away from everything the worse it gets.

"Why are you after her?". Omar asked occupying the seat she left

"She is a leader". He commented looking down at his drink as he moves it between his finger, "And interesting".

"She can be harmful". Omar insisted

He raises his eyes looking at his friend concerned, "Or she could be the one".

She walks back to her hotel room tired from the day and her headache taking every bit of her energy. She immediately changes falling on her bed to stop her never-ending thoughts.

The next morning she heard her door banging but she didn't want to open her eyes just yet. It was almost hard for her to close her eyes the whole night because of her inner fears and she barely had any sleep.

She sighs.

She opens the damn door looking at his guards at the door waiting for her and she remembers that he had asked for her to come with them. She looks at the time and it was half-past seven already and she hurriedly changes into her new pair of clothes tying her hair in a bun and running out of the room to his car.

He looks at the clock to find it's already 8 and there was still no sign of the woman who is all attitude and nothing more. Or maybe she is much more he isn't just sure yet. He had asked his secretary to forward his schedule by an hour since he had to deal with her first.

He moves to stand on the full-length window of his study and he was glad that his parents live in the other quarter so he can deal with her without having much trouble. He watches the car entering and the moment the door of her car opens and she exits the car his breathing hitched.

He felt his heart racing a little faster and if it was any other moment he would have diagnosed for his heart but knowing that this fierce woman is perhaps the reason behind it he didn't do much other than drinking the whole glass of water to calm his nerves down.

It's been only two encounters and she is able to have sweep him off his feet. Obviously, he had encountered million of woman since childhood who was after his fame and money and some didn't even hide it. It is hard to be a Prince because every single person around is looking for their own benefit.

He chooses her because of the fire in her eyes when Omar mentioned money and things to her. That fire and knowing that none of these things truly matter is found in very few people. She doesn't even look the least bit interested in his reasons and anything for that matter.

Anything beside her sister.

She wanted to drag him away by his sister but he wasn't that simple. He could still remember the way she was shivering when she spoke to her own sister. The way she was trying so hard to speak hearing her sister's voice and that guilt, agony and repentance in her eyes that she was begging for her sister mercy had him quietly observing her.

He had learned to judge and understand people in his 29 years of life because in the place he works at he needs to have that skill. He heard the door opening and in walks her in confident stride towards him standing right in front of him making it hard for him to catch his beating heart.

Her vanilla scent invaded his senses at once as her fierce eyes deep into his eyes not allowing him any peace to do the work he wanted to and not do the work he shouldn't, at least not yet.

"If you will move back and sit down so we can start". He said clearing his throat

She nodded heading to his another set of luxurious couches sitting down with her legs crossed.

"It's simple. I would want to have a deal-". He started

"For how long?". She asked

He closes his eyes taking a deep breath, "Forever. We will marry to live forever not just days, weeks or few years".

She sighs, "Why do you want me as your wife?. Do you have any idea that I can end in Jail and have a long history of all wrong things that can harm your empire?".

"I would like you to stop talking about that". He said stern taking a deep breath, "The rules are simple- you will have to behave and not get into fights no matter what, with anyone. You will have to be polite and attend some of the events with me to make good public appearances. We need to assure everyone that our relationship is genuine and you are not to speak about this deal to anyone".

"I will not have anyone pointing fingers at me and I stay quiet in that fight". She said angrily

"Great! So I can ask my security to cancel the contracts". He said shrugging

She growled angrily wanting to slap him once if possible.

"You cannot have any other relationship with any man-". He started

"That's cheap. I am not someone who doesn't value a relationship to cheat like that". She said feeling angrier by the minute, "It applies to you too".

He raises his eyebrows leaning on his seat as she speaks, "I don't need your money or any other luxuries except the one that we need to show people such as the dresses. I won't accept anything that I don't like and will not lower my standards to set in. Last and the most important point I don't care how many women are around you the only rule that you will follow is that you will not have any extra-martial affair and I don't want to ever feel less than anyone when I am in public or anywhere for that matter. I don't like sharing what's mine".

"On paper or by heart?". He asked

"Both". She replied nonchalantly

He smirks looking at her, "Deal".

"Send me the necessary information needed". She said standing when the door opens and in walks Omar and a woman about her age raging in anger

She feels him moving to stand behind her and his body heat radiating from him surrounds her securely and he leans closer to her eyes and his breath fanning on her earlobe making her heart thunder.

"Let's add a rule that you need to protect what's yours". He said softly pushing her hair away inhaling her scent, "Your duties start right this minute, my lady".

"Don't call me that". She replied wanting to appear angry but failed because her body starts to crave things it shouldn't

He chuckles a low huskily chuckle making her shudder both of them forgetting the new arrival who one was glaring at them (woman) while Omar was grinning.

"You should have called me too. It's so fun when she is here". Omar said moving towards her standing beside her

But Adam didn't like that so he pulls her hand standing in between them.

"I wanted some private time with my fiancee". Adam said smiling charmingly

Everyone ignoring the woman who was still raging.

"What is the meaning of all this, Adam?". The woman screeched

"My God! Do you have an ear problem?". Izra asked Adam

Adam shakes his head innocently and she resists the urge to pull his cheeks. Her eyes look at him for a moment longer and he did the same when Omar clears his throat breaking their eyes contact getting a glare from both of them.

"Right! Why is she screaming then?". Izra said

Omar chuckle making the woman angrier while Adam hides his smile looking at her.

"She is my cousin- Alina". He introduced

Izra shrugged nonchalantly, "What's she screaming about?".

"You won't like it". Omar said nervously

Alina throws the newspaper in front of them and she holds the newspaper having her heart stopped.

"The newspaper has taken your pictures from yesterday and making stories on both of you". Omar explained
