Was the sentence she remembers from her childhood

She walked around the class finding a seat on the far corner regretting her decision. She shouldn't have stepped into this place and chosen this university from all the other that was her only escape.

She was already humiliated like every day already but then that was a daily routine.

She sighs.

She just hoped she could end this misery and run far away. The most she wants is her death so she can have her wings back that was taken from her 11 years ago.

She looked out of her house window remembering the day she had stepped into this house for the first time. Maybe, she shouldn't have prayed for what she wanted those days so she wouldn't be stuck in such a place. Maybe, it was all her fault.

"You love to see me suffer, don't you?". She said looking at the elderly woman in front of me

The woman (Humna) smirks even in her late 50's it was enough to scare her off but she had learned to hide her emotions completely for anyone to look through.

"You have no idea how much fun it is to have someone who you can break every single day". The woman replied puffing her cigar

The woman was no ordinary she had a stand-in community's services for years building a rather strong image with one divorce and the second husband died she had remained the most amazing woman in people eyes.

However, she was nothing like that.

Her first marriage ended when the man found her true nature and the second ended when she killed her own husband by slow poisoning. In the end, she received a good amount of property from the dead man and along with that, she had managed to purchase her too.

She walked inside the university gate somehow as she imagined she wasn't the centre of attention for everyone instead they have a new toy she found about in the middle of the day. She has no friend so news reaches her a little later. A new fresh toy or boy was the reason for receiving nothing.

As much as she knows, he is rich, handsome and transferred here. She just wondered why would someone enter this place she wishes to leave the most.

She turned startled when she found a shadow over her. She frowned when she found someone sitting beside her who was unfamiliar but as soon as her mind cleared the previous conflict emotions she realised he was the new toyboy of here.

She looked around and found everyone glaring probably imagining her murder.

"What are you doing?. You can't sit with me". She said

He turned his head towards her with a charming smile on his face, "Why is that?".

He placed his hand on the table and his head on it looking at her with the utmost attention. She looked into his eyes which seems to hold a different kind of emotions that she had never seen in anyone eyes before.

"You just can't. Leave". She said scared

His eyes flickered from anger to softness, "Well, this seat belongs to no one so it will belong to me from now on".

"What are you doing?". She asked as she takes hurried steps to her next class

He shrugged casually joining her steps, "Going to my next class".

She abruptly stopped causing him to bump into her side, "You have the same class?".

He nodded as she forwards her hand asking for his schedule. Her eyes widen as she noticed he was in every class she was in. She looked at him who was curiously looking down at her.

At that moment she knew one thing, "He is trouble".

"You always tell me I can't follow you but you never told me any reason". He said eating his sandwich in a deserted place

She watched sighing people gathering around her hiding spot because of the spotlight she had beside her.

She sighs again.

"You can stop looking so irritated by me. I mean look at everyone else". He said softly

"Exactly, there are so many people around why can't you go to them?". She said irritated

"I have my reasons". He said shrugging

She groaned.

For a month, he was stuck to her like a leech and something she really wishes to push away. Well, she did try at any time by changing her ways but he would always be standing right in front of her.

In this time, she realized she was abused like she was usually but somehow she didn't notice anything at all.

She briefly wondered how it would be if he was even absent for a day or worse if he leaves too like him. The thought had her shiver in fear she had locked down for years.

How come she remembers it now?.

If anything, her brain had completely forgotten or hidden the memories from her just the suffering or the effects of it remained in her nightmare every night.

Her crying and begging for him to stay.

She clenched her hands on either side of her as the pain started appearing again and not wanting herself to travel to that dark valley so early in the day. But, the sun that was shining brightly wasn't bright enough to stop the darkness to overtake her.

She found a shadow of someone blocking the light.

"Sarah". He said softly

Then, slowly, like a stop button being pushed her memories retrieved back and his voice registered in her head. Him calling her name.

She opened her eyes tilting her head looking at his concerned filled eyes, "Are you ok?".

"I am perfect". She said hiding her emotions away

"You don't look-". He started

"No, I am fine and done". She said walking away

"What do you mean by that?". He asked following her

"It means, stops following me, stop talking to me and stop everything that you are doing. I already know what you are trying to do and I am not falling into this again". She said angrily

"I don't understand". He said unsure

For that exact moment, her heart thunder in pain, for him. She thought and feel the genuineness in his voice by her mind didn't allow it to stay.

She shakes her head, "Stop, just stop".

"You actually thought he would ever want to be around you?". Her best enemy- Hania laughed

She looked at herself in the bathroom mirror smirking, "Well, I don't see him around you too".

"What did you just say?". Hania said taking a threatening step near her, "You are nothing but a child whose mother left her".

She remained unfazed looking at her emotionless exactly not how she actually wanted her to see.

She shrugged, "That's all you have to say?. Come on, I have been hearing that for years it really getting old".

She watched as they marched out of the bathroom angrily leaving her behind. She looked at herself in the mirror and only she could actually look at herself.

She walked out of the bathroom adjusting her bag when she bumped into someone. She balanced herself looking at the man she absolutely doesn't want to see now. But, she stopped when she saw how his eyes were flashing with emotions.

She watches him standing in front of her with different emotions in his eyes. Even when they were too young for emotions she was hit with something that had her grown in a tender age to understand other people eyes. Because it was always the eyes that would speak more.

Her eyes widen as the memory of that day appeared. She looked in his eyes finding the familiarity too close to someone she had long for years.

"Who are you?". She asked

"Heard you were with a boy. I think your past experiences with them should be enough for one life". Humna said as she enters inside

For some reasons, her lord had granted her with money which she also never liked from the start. What was the use of luxury when there is no peace?. Even with house worker at each station, she feels even they suffocate her with overly sweet and them wanting to do every single work of her.

She couldn't even deny because it wasn't in her authority. But, she could hate, at least.

"Experiences such as you abusing me?. I think you are too old for that now". She replied rolling her eyes as she holds the glass of water from a house worker

"I might be old but that doesn't mean I would let you be. Not even when I am dead I will ever let you be anywhere near happy". Humna said gritting her teeth

"Then, I will have to show you that I can be happy". She said smirking

She walked in her brand new car towards the mall entering to buy the things she needed for the day.

"She is rich so she can buy anything here". She heard someone say, "All she come here for is to show her money".

"These rich people are the ugliest inside". Another say

She looked around the shop buying most of it only to torture the woman who had done even more.

"Why would you buy so much?". He asked suddenly appearing behind her, "Even if you have money shouldn't you be spending it somewhere good".

She turned startled hearing him and then registering his words once the shock wears off. She should have known that no person would ever be able to look through her. Then, why do his words hurt her?.

"That is what people are trying to say but are scared to come near you because of your higher influence". He said shrugging, "So, what are the special occasions?".

She frowns confused gesturing her guards and man to step away from them.

"These are mine". She said stubbornly

He smiled genuinely at her, "I know they are yours but just not yours".

"What does that mean?". She asked tilting her head with a frown on her head

"A girl once said the more money we have the more greedy we are. I like the life of a simple man he always dreams and work for money but even when he doesn't realise it he already have something bigger than money, he has peace". He said walking away

Her eyes widen as she remembers the words she had once said to someone. She stepped forward to go after him but was blocked by her guards. She glared at them walking back.

"Forward your hands". Humna said angrily

She smirks forwarding her hands. Humna raised the stick in her hand hitting hard on her hand leaving a red mark. She looked around bored at the employees who looked to be wincing at each hit that she received. She just stayed like a stone not moving or showing any emotions.

"We have guests". Their worker announced

Humna glared at her but then they walked towards the door to receive whoever it was that had magically appeared to save her.

This house had no guests since the death of Humna's second husband since she blocked everyone a way to have her and Sarah in her own sick world.

She had watched people leave but never come into this house. The one person who managed to sneak in was sent away from her too. She looked down at her hands in her thoughts that seem to appear a lot these days.

Her dream started coming more and more often leaving her feeling the void all alone at night with no saviour this time.

She sighs.

The one thing that always was constant was the sick-minded woman who had her in her hands. She wished she wasn't that excited to be with this woman that day.

She had no idea she would be called something even worse.

A killer.

"What are you doing in my house again?". She heard her yell breaking her stance

She frowned since she had never seen her yelling beside at her. She looked at the people who stood at the door and her eyes widen at watching the older version of people she had seen many years ago for the last time and had wished to watch them every single day.

She recognizes them at once but then she looked for the one she had actually hoped to find all along.

Him.

"Ahad". She said looking at him wide eyes
