His grandmother said when he was 10 years old looking at 9 years old girl
"Ammi Jaan (mother), I told you not to move so much you will hurt yourself". Nabiha said narrowing her eyes at her mother
Her mother chuckled, "I am not that old. One day when you are not here someone has to do the work".
"That day is not today so don't move. I will do everything". She said stubbornly
"You remember it's your first day of university?". Her mother said smiling as she saw the realisation coming to her face
"Ammi Jaan (mother), why didn't you say before?". She said running towards the stairs
"So, what are you expecting from the first day?". Her friend Huma asked smiling
She shrugged, "The best I hope is that the teacher is good".
"I hope we are not bullied". Huma said groaning as they entered
She looked around the university she had come before to visit with her mother. After her father's doing, her mother had been overprotective of her in every way. She wouldn't let her go without assurance to any place and that was why even when sick she decided to come to visit this place.
For her, education is important for herself and her family because that will only be able to help her earn in some way. She had worked through most of her time in many different jobs. She just hoped she can have a stable job with good earning.
"Are you daydreaming again?". Huma said shaking her
She chuckles, "Maybe".
"You and your daydreaming. Stop worrying about the future and focus on the present". Huma said groaning looking around for anyone
They walked inside collecting their schedule which was different from one another. They separated after a brief hug walking towards their destination.
"Excuse me, can you help me with this box, please?". A short woman said smiling
She looked at the heavy box and nodded even when she was late for her first class. The woman directed her to the third floor which was empty and towards a corner inside a room that had a little too much sunlight.

She placed the box on the ground which caused a loud sound to echo through the room.
"Who are you?". Someone said
She frowns looking behind looking at him stepping back.
He narrowed his eyes at her, "You didn't answer my question".
"I am a new student here". She replied looking around the place that looks like a storage
"Great! I guess you are the new victim". He said walking towards a couch laying down
She frowns walking towards the door opening it but it didn't open.
"Why would you close the door?". She asked
He raised his head, "I didn't lock it. It is locked from outside. If you haven't figured it out then I will tell you that you were prank into coming here".
"How long are we going to stay here for?". She said impatiently, "Do you know that this place is not for anyone to stay?".
He rolled his eyes, "If you are scared just say it".
"I am not scared". She said quickly and he smirks, "Ok, maybe a little. I don't want to have panic attacks".
His eyes widen, "Panic attacks?".
She nodded merely, "Yes, I have them sometimes when I am scared".
"This is getting so much better". He said groaning, "What's your name?".
"I am not telling you". She said stubbornly
"You are impossible. You know what?. I am not helping you anymore". He said smiling to himself as he saw her beautiful eyes widen
"Ok, fine. My name is Nabiha. You?". She said softly looking around
"Shehryar". He said smiling at her sitting properly, "I am just a year ahead of you".
She made an 'O' shape thoughtful then speaks, "Were you pranked?".
He chuckles, "Maybe, maybe not".
She pouts looking away not wanting to speak to someone she barely knows even in need. It is not permissible and she would rather have an attack.
"Why is your voice gone?. You were not stopping when I asked you to. Why now?". He insisted after watching her sit silently for a few minutes

Somehow, he was scared she might have attacked or is having one.
"Come on, you can talk to me". He said trying to make her look at him once more
She looked at the texts she sent to her friend who hadn't replied nor she respond to her call. She knows she must be in a class or busy to not reply.
He watched her looking at her phone probably trying to reach someone.
They sigh.
"Do you read?". He asked again by now he was angry at the people who placed her here
"I cannot believe you will be bullied like that on your first day". Her friend said angrily as they sat outside after her being locked for hours
She sighs, "I just want to go home".
"But, you won't because your mother will question you and you won't lie". Her friend stated
"Very funny, Huma". She groaned, "I have to go to my class I will see you after classes".
She walked back home tired of the day and everyone pointing at her stupidity. She later came to know she managed to be trapped with someone who everyone wishes to be trapped with. Of course, she would trade anyone besides her being in that room at any given moment.
The next days, she managed to remain under the radar and not jump into a problem. The only problem remains was the boy with beautiful eyes usually watching her. She almost felt self-conscious but she didn't allow it to show.
She came to know, that the boy was no ordinary he was like a celebrity for the school. She refrained from ever being in his but he always finds his way to her. Unfortunately, they share two classes and to have him sit somewhere around her was not what she likes. He took those two classes again this year.
She looks around in the corridor for that one person she sighs when she found no one.
"Hiding from me?". She heard his voice from behind her
She jumped a little in fright looking at him, "I don't like that you are following me and trying to talk to me. It is not permissible".
He looked at her walking away in shock. Everyone wants to speak to him there is absolutely no way anyone would reject it especially when he does it. But, he smiled knowing that she was no ordinary.
He watched her walking with her friend laughing to something she says causing his heart to skip a beat.
"Are you daydreaming?". His friend- Israr said
He turned his head towards him, "N-No, I was just thinking".
"Sure, you were". His friend said rolling his eyes, "I heard you will have a 'talk' with your mother today".
He shrugged, "Yes, she seems serious about it so I am imagining all the wrong I have done".
"So, you are telling me that grandma took a decision when I was just 10 to whom I will be married to?". He asked his mother sharply, "I will not marry anyone someone else chooses for me".
"Beta (son), she studies at your university. She just joined in maybe you should see her picture once". His mother said forcefully placing the picture in his hand
He didn't want to see but as he was about to give back the picture his hand stopped. He looked down in his hand when he whispers the next words, "It's her".

Wulfgard: The Hunt Never Ends
In the civilized world of humans, 'monsters' have all but passed into legend. But when something goes bump in the night, when people begin to disappear, when a dark mystery begins to haunt even the most peaceful villages, there is only one organization to turn to: the Hunters. The Venatori. Having lived a life of discipline and service, former soldier Caiden Voros finds something even worse than the wars of humans: the monsters that hunt them. Horrors yet unknown even to him and his many scars await in the claws, talons, fangs, and mysterious powers of creatures so far beyond humans that he must dedicate himself entirely to the art of slaying them. Harboring a secret of his own and in a constant struggle to find answers while maintaining his sanity, however, Caiden begins to ask the age-old question... Who is truly worse, the monsters or the Men? Wulfgard: The Hunt Never Ends is an episodic collection of stories, each of which stand on its own, but they also build upon each other in a consecutive order, bridging a gap between a novel and short story collection. These stories follow monster hunter Caiden Voros and his partner Gwen Vergil as they embark on tales of mystery, horror, and adventure to track down monsters - the living dead, beast-men, shape-shifters, spirits, and many more - that would do harm to innocent lives and, by whatever means necessary, put a stop to their terrors. Their motives, however, are not always what they seem.

The Legend of Fanaura: Cursed
'Hey, need some help there?' An unfamiliar voice echoed through her mind, and she startled, losing her grip on the red phial. It rolled through the grass, away from her. "Oh shoot!" she yelped, and her focus diverted from her opponent for a split second, but it was enough to prove fatal. The beast took advantage of her distraction and lunged towards her. She tried to back away, but in her haste, she stumbled and fell. She looked at the beast, inches away from her, and shut her eyes in fear. She raised her arms to cover her head, even if she knew it was futile. Yet seconds passed, and no pain came. Then she heard the beast let out a pained yelp. She opened her eyes to the familiar sounds of battle before her. A tall man stood before her, locked in battle with the beast. He wielded a sword as long as his height, yet it didn't seem to hinder him in the slightest. She watched in awe as he swung the obviously heavy sword around as if it were light as a feather. His movements were swift and precise, and it didn't take long before the beast fell to the ground, motionless. “You alright there, miss?” The man sheathed his sword across his back, before turning to her. Her eyes widened when she heard his voice. It was the same voice who had that had spoken into her mind and the cause of her almost-fatal distraction. "You...!" she hissed.***She was the chosen one to end the war between the Goddesses when they were supposed to take care of the world balance.
