I sat up from my bed and looked beside me at madam who had a grim face on.

"What is it, madam?" I asked rubbing my eyes tiredly.

"The young prince passed away my sultana," she said making me freeze and gasp.

"You can leave now," I said, she bowed before she left me alone. The poor prince he didn't live long he didn't even say his first word yet.

I got up and got dressed in a black dress with no jewellery as respect to Fatma who lost her son and Mustafa.

I walked to the Harem where everyone stood, all of the maids bowed to me as I walked over and stood beside Fatma who stood beside Mahidevran sultan.

"My poor son," Fatma said before she lost her balance a little as the small coffin was bought into the Harem. I supported her immediately feeling my heart clench as tears left my eyes.

Fatma followed the coffin of her son but was held back as the aghas holding the coffin walked out of the Harem.

After a couple of hours when everything was over with I walked over to Mustafa's room to see him sitting on his own on his bed.

I walked over as he stood up and pulled me in for a hug, a very tight one that is.

"Make me forget" he whispered sadly, I felt like crying again but I held it in for him.

"I can't and will never be able to make you forget your son Mustafa because he'll always be with you, in here," I said and placed my hand over his heart, he placed his soft hand over mine.

"You're my gift from God, you're my only cure to this sadness and so is our small child," he said placing his hand on my still flat stomach.

"We May be your cure but we will never be able to replace Suleiman, he was your first child and he will forever be your favourite because, in the end, he was the one to make you a father. I have no doubt that you'll love our child Mustafa and unconditionally but you will never love him or her as much as you loved Suleiman because now he isn't just your son but also an angel who would want you to remember him but also be happy for him because he is now in a better place with god on heaven" I said placing my hand on his cheek.

"I still don't understand how you cease my pain and comfort me with just your wise words," he said smiling slightly, but before I could answer he smashed his lips to mine.

I walked out of Mustafa's room after I was done comforting him and made sure he was asleep I decided to go to my own room because he probably would want to be alone when he wakes up.

I looked forward to see Fatma marching over to me, oh no please just walk past me and let this night go on without any problems.

"You!" She said angrily stopping right in front of me.

"You killed him!! You killed my son so I'm gonna punish you for that and kill you" she said and before I can say or do anything she had her hand wrapped around my neck and I was pushed against the wall.

"Get *gasp* off me," I said trying to push her off of me but to no avail.

"You deserve your die!" She screamed in my face tightening her grip on my neck as I tried harder to push her off of me.

I started seeing black spots as her image was starting to be wobble and just before I lost my consciousness the pressure on my neck was gone and I fell to the floor taking in deep and long breathes.

I was then held in gentle arms, I looked beside me to see Mustafa, he must've woken up from her screaming.

"What do you think you were doing?" He yelled at her as he helped me stand back up. Fatma was thrown on the floor crying in front of me, despite what she just did I still felt sympathy for her.

"She killed our son, she works for Hurrem and deserves to die" she yelled back at him shocking me that she had the courage to yell at a prince.

"She had nothing to do with it," Mustafa said just as Mahidevran sultan and Giyan hatun ran over, I felt very light-headed and dizzy.

"Mustafa" I was able to mutter before my vision turned black and the last thing I felt was Mustafa's warm arms wrap around me as he pulled me up bridal style before I could hit the floor.

"GET ME A DOCTOR NOW SHE'S BLEEDING" then nothing.

I opened my eyes groggily feeling tired as hell, I looked beside me and saw Mustafa sitting beside me on the bed patting my hair back.

"What happened Mustafa? Please tell me our baby is okay" I pleased feeling tears build up in my eyes at the thought of our baby being gone before it could be born before I could even feel it at all.

"Shhh don't worry, the doctor said that you and our baby are just fine," he said kissing my forehead as I sighed in relief.

"While you were sleeping I got a letter from the sultan asking for both of us to go to the capital," Mustafa said making me tense up.

"I can't stay there for long Mustafa, I'll start showing soon," I said worriedly looking up at him.

"I know and that's why we'll be leaving tomorrow to get this done early," he said before laying down properly and pulling me to his chest and held me tightly probably feeling the extra need to protect me and our child after what happened today with us.

I wrapped my arms around him holding him close to me as we both fell asleep despite it being morning already, but we've had a very bad night last night and we needed the energy for tomorrow too.
