《HIS REAL LOVER| MAGNIFICENT CENTURY| ✔️》CHAPTER 7

Hurrem barged into the room before the doors could close after a doctor walked out, we all followed her worriedly. The sultan stopped her from walking in any further.
"Suleiman don't tell me that my son is died," she said shaking as she looked over his shoulder at Mehmed.
"He's alive," the sultan said making her sigh in relief before she ran over to their son and sat down beside the bed and started patting his head.
Sultana Mahidevran walked over to Mustafa who stood beside the bed looking down at his brother worriedly. I stood on the other side of the bed beside Mihrimah sultan, she leaned into me, I wrapped my arms around her and held her as she cried into my shoulder.
I looked up to see Mustafa looking at me with worry in his eyes, I sent him a smile to comfort him which I hope helped a little as he threw a small smile my way.
After a while, it started getting dark so everyone left leaving Hurrem alone with her son. I walked back to my room feeling drained of all my energy first Fatma and now Mehmed so much stress made me almost exhausted.
After I walked in, in minutes the doors opened again and Mustafa walked in and immediately over to me and before I could bow to him he pulled me in for a hug.
"Are you okay?" He asked. I pulled away and looked at him in confusion.
"Am I okay? Mustafa, it was your brother who got shot not mine. I should ask you if you're okay" I said placing my hand on his shoulder and the other on his bicep.
"I'm not talking about Mehmed. I'm talking about Fatma, madam told me what she did today" he said placing his hand on my cheek.
"Mustafa she didn't do anything, she was only mad and threatened me a little that's all. And to be honest, I understand her, if anyone tried to steal you away from me I would be just as mad" I said smiling slightly up at him.

"I heard she tried to hit you," he said worriedly.
"Keyword tried but she didn't I stopped her," I said kissing his hand that was on my cheek.
Mustafa smiled before pulling me in for a kiss, a very heated one that is. In a matter of minutes, I was being laid down on the bed with him hovering on top of me.
"Don't leave Manesa?" he said placing his forehead on mine.
"I won't," I said pulling him back into the kiss as I flipped him over on his back.
The next morning I woke up alone in bed, Mustafa must've left early to not be seen here.
I changed my clothes before sitting down for breakfast with madam. There was a knock on the door earning my attention.
"Princess, prince Mehmed woke up," a maid said making me shoot up and run out for the room and over to Mehmed's room.
I walked in to see Hurrem with Mahidevran and Mihrimah. I walked over to the bed and looked down at the prince with a small smile.
"Are you okay? Are you in any pain?" I asked him hurriedly not worrying about bowing and the customs. Mehmed was like a brother to me, he kept me company in the last couple of months before we came here.
"I'm fine don't worry princess," he said placing his hand atop mine on the bedpost.
The doors opened again to show the sultan and Mustafa run in. Mehmed pulled his hand away as I bowed to the sultan and got out of the way and stood in between Hurrem and Mahidevran, Hurrem threw me a look with a small smirk which I didn't understand so I just threw her a small uncertain smile.
I looked up to see Mustafa looking at me with a smile, I blushed smiling back at him before we both turned back to Mehmed.
"Who were those people who tried to kill my brother?" Mehmed asked making me freeze and my eyes widened.

"They weren't trying to kill your brother they were trying to kill you, my son," Hurrem said making me look at her.
"No mom, when I was walking with my brother I saw someone shoot an arrow at my brother and as I tried to get him out of the way and it hit me instead" Mehmed explained. I looked up at Mustafa as he bent down a little and took his brother's hand in between his.
"Mehmed I owe you my life brother," Mustafa said smiling at his younger brother.
"You would have done the same if you were in my place" Mehmed answered him making Mustafa nod a couple of times as his smile grew bigger.
"Love you must rest, don't tire yourself," Sultan Suleiman said patting Mehmed's shoulder. He looked at Mustafa with a smile which he returned but he had a look on his face that I knew too well, he thought Mustafa tried to kill his own brother. We all then left the prince to rest.
"Your majesty" I called after the sultan making him stop and turn to look at me, when our eyes met I bowed to him, he walked closer to me with a smile on his face.
"Your majesty I wanted to ask you something" I started uncertain as Mustafa joined us.
"Ask anything Thyra you've been Mehmed's best friend for a while and I will grant you anything," he said smiling at me.
"Your majesty, I wanted to ask for your permission to stay here for a longer while," I said nervously.
"May ask why?" He asked raising his eyebrow.
"Well you see I really love art and drawing and prince Mustafa and sultana Mahidevran told me of the beauty of Manesa and I wanted to draw that beauty and as you know it takes a while to draw" I explained finding a good excuse and I was not lying, not entirely I do love to draw.
"If Mustafa agrees to have you here then I don't mind," the sultan said turning to look at Mustafa.
"Your majesty, the princess is welcome here as long as she wants," Mustafa said smiling at me a smile that had a secret hidden behind it and I was the only one who knew what that secret was.
"Very well then I'll let them send your things here, but I must ask you for something," the sultan said.
"Anything" I smiled brightly at him almost bouncing.
"Send me those drawings I want to see how good you truly are," he said smiling before leaving me and Mustafa in the hallways.
Before we could say or do anything Hurrem walked out of the room and over to us. I bowed to her as she reached us.
"Thyra I heard what happened, not by meaning and I can tell you that Mehmed will be very sad knowing you won't be coming back with us," she said smiling at me. Not with meaning my ass, she was eavesdropping on us and I'm sure of it.
"I will s-send him l-letters," I said stuttering a little as I felt Mustafa's fingers brush against mine in secret behind the skirt of my dress.
"I'm sure he would want you to be there more physically," she said smiling at me knowingly which I had no idea what she meant.
"I will come back as soon as I'm done with the drawings that I want and promised the sultan," I said trying to hide the blush on my cheeks as Mustafa's hand fully engulfed my much smaller one.
"Thyra are you okay? You look red" Hurrem said with a smirk. She must've thought I was blushing because if Mehmed, oh no what if she gets any ideas.
"Nothing sultana, I'm just a little tired. Excuse me" I said and hurriedly let go of Mustafa's hand before bowing to both of them and walking back to my room almost in a run.

How will their completely different lives allow, or prevent them from getting what they want? Expect some drama, flirty lines, steamy scenes, funny best friends, and perhaps, an overall epic love connection. ~Carter came around the corner as his eyes darkened with a predatory gaze. Oh no. He took a step forward, minimalizing the distance with every dominating stride, as I froze in my spot. My breath hitched as his arms finally encircled my waist and his eyes locked with mine. In one swift motion, he flipped my body so my back was pressed against his chest and hands gripped the curve of my hips. "What game are you trying to play at Valerie?" he spoke in a husky voice. Goosebumps danced along my skin as his hot breath fanned against the shell of my ear and his fingertips lit a trail of blazing heat along the length of my arm. Mentally shaking myself from the trance of that which is Carter Bryson, I tilted my head towards him and whispered; "One where you'll lose." Quickly escaping his hold on me before the tension became unbearable, I spun on my heel to face him and slowly backed away towards the exit. "Good luck though." I added mischievously. With a smirk and a devilish glint in his eyes that could even give hell a run for its money, he replied; "I'm not a player though, baby. I'm the gamemaker."~❗️Mature content.
