Quick Note:
When you see this symbol 👉🏻ক্ষ it means that part of the story doesn't have any talking or sound. Pretend to be listening to the song Say Something by A Great Big World when you're reading. That's all.
Scourge's POV
I sat on a bench outside my love's room. I could hear his screams of pain and agony. I'd hear him scream my name a few times.
Shadow's screaming came to a stop as he began panting, then the doctor's voice came. "Okay... Calm down. Just a couple of more pushes..." He said.
"I-I want S-Scourge b-by my side."
"I know you do. He can't come in yet. As soon as you're done he'll come in. Now, I need you to push." I was hearing all of this through the door. Soon, screaming came again.
"Ah! A-Ah! Nnnhg!" He stopped and I heard him pant.
"That's it. Just a little more..."
"I can't go on. I-It hurts. I'm tired..."
"You're so close. Just a little more."
"No, I want Scourge!" He yelped. The doctor sighed. The door soon opened.
"Mr. Scourge we're going to need you to come inside." I gladly stood up and put on a surgical mask, gloves, hairnet, and surgeon gown. I entered the room.
My love was a complete mess. His legs were spread opened with his knees in the air. He was sweating and panting hard.
"Scourge..." He said. I took his hand.
"Shadow listen. You have to keep going. The baby needs your help."
"It hurts. It hurts a lot."
"I know it does, but think about the baby." I told him. "Please...do it for me. Do it for the baby. Do it for our family." I told him.
"I-I'll try." The doctor nodded.
"Now push, slowly." The doctor indicated. Shadow's grip on my hand tightened. His loud screaming came again. Groaning as well, his face was turning red. "Okay, okay... Breathe." Shadow took in a deep breath. Tears poured from his eyes. "Now push!" He screamed loudly.
We heard a dimmed cry, wait a minute...that doesn't sound right...
Shadow fell back on his pillow and panted. I kissed his forehead. His eyes were tearful and tired. He extended his arms to see our baby, but one of the nurses took the baby and wrapped him in a blanket, taking him away from us.

"Wait! I want to see my baby! Give me back my baby! I want to see him!" He cried. His heart monitor started beeping like crazy.
"You need to calm down! Your heart rate is not-"
"I want my baby! I want him-" But Shadow passed out. The heart monitor started going off even louder and faster.
"Shadow?" I shook Shadow. "Shadow! Shadow wake up! Wake up!"
"Sir, we're gonna have to ask you to leave the room." One of the nurses started pushing me to the door.
"Wait! Shadow! Shadow wake up! Not me! Not now! Shadow!" I pushed her away and ran to Shadow's bedside. "Shadow please! Be okay!" I shook him.
"Sir I'm gonna have to ask you not to do that." The doctor commanded. I didn't listen and shook Shadow. "Sir please stop!" I ignored him. "Stop! Sir! Take him away!" Two other doctors came to me and took me by the shoulders. The pulled me to the door and pushed me outside.
I ran my hand through my quills, removing my hairnet. "Damn it!" I threw the hairnet on the floor with frustration. I sat down on the bench and broke the mask away from my face, throwing it on the floor. I put my hands to my face.
Hot tears of sadness and frustration streamed down my face. I sniffed.
"Shadow..." I whispered, standing up and pressing my forehead against his door. I promised to never let anything happen to you..." I said as I slid down the door into the floor.
Narrator's POV
That night the emerald furry staid at the hospital. He had fallen asleep in the waiting area across the hallway from his lover's room. He had crazy dreams.
"Ah!" He gasped as he woke up from a nightmare. He looked around. There was nothing. He sighed and crossed his arms, leaning back on his chair. He couldn't go back to bed.
All that occupied his mind was Shadow and their child.
When the green being finally fell asleep peacefully, he was woken up again.
He opened his tired eyes and looked up. A white hedgehog was standing in front of him with two cups of hot coffee.
"Hey Scourge." Silver's voice was loud.
"Quiet White." He groaned.
"Oh, sorry." He pushed a cup to Scourge, and Scourge took it. Then he took a seat next to him. Scourge sipped in his coffee. "So, anything on Shadow yet?"

Scourge stopped drinking and his eyes widen. He swallowed his coffee. He turned to Silver. "You... You knew?"
"I did. I hope that doesn't make you angry in anyway."
"Did that blue rat tell you? I swear if he opened that mouth of his-" Silver chuckled.
"Oh no. I knew all along. I sensed two body signals coming from a certain black hedgehog. It was when we were at the picnic. That was his first week pregnant." His smile faded, and his state took place on the ground. "Sorry about your baby boy though." He sighed sadly.
"Don't you be sorry!" Scourge growled. He got up. "You don't know if he'll make it or not! You don't know anything!" His face showed anger.
"Scourge, calm down. The baby's gonna be fine." Silver closed his eyes. "Hm, he's contained in a glass box, fighting for his life." Silver sighed.
"What's happening?" Asked Scourge.
Silver's expression got darker and more worried. His mind was clouded with dark clouds and death. "I... I can't see...I-Ah!" Silver gasped as he opened his eyes again, full of fear.
"Silver?" Scourge asked. Silver looked at him. "Is he okay?"
"Yes, he's fine..." He lied. "I'll check on Shadow. He closed his eyes again. "He's awake! A nurse is on her way here to tell you. He's trying to get up, he's calling your name. The doctors are telling him you're on the way." He opened his eyes as high heels clopped. They looked at the source of the sound.
"Mr. Scourge, he's awake. You need to see him." She said.
Silver chaos controlled them to the room. Shadow looked at the green light. "Scourge!" He tried to get up, but the green hedgehog came to him.
Scourge's POV
"Shadow!" I ran to his side. I embraced him. "Oh, I was so worried..."
"I missed you." Shadow answered. I kissed his forehead.
"At least we know you're okay." He smiled.
"Yes. I am." Shadow's expression changed. "Silver?" He asked looking behind me. Silver smiled and waved.
"Hey Shadz."
"He wasn't suppose to know-"
"He knew all along." I answered. "He even knew the baby's gender without me telling him."
"The baby." Shadow gasped. "Where's my son?" Shadow asked the doctor.
"I'm sorry, but you can't see him right now." The doctor answered.
"Why not?" I asked.
"It's just not the right-"
"They have the right to know." Silver responded. The doctor sighed.
"Please, all three come with me."

Narrator's POV
Sitting in an empty room on a wooden chair sat a crying black hedgehog. His face was in his hands. The doctor spoke to him. His green lover stood on the right side of the black hedgehog rubbing his back, holding back tears of rage and sadness. On his left was an albino hedgehog who had a hand on the black hedgehog's shoulder, letting go of several tears.
The black hedgehog was sobbing and could not believe what his ears were hearing. The doctor left the room, leaving the three alone. Scourge kneeled down in front of the black hedgehog and took his lover's face in his hands. His lover wrapped his arms around him tightly, soaking his chest with tears. The albino hedgehog soon joined the hug.
Scourge's POV
The car ride back was quiet. All you could hear were the tires of the car running over the black pavement. The radio was off. Shadow sat in the passenger seat, sleeping in complete silence. Silver was in the back playing with his aurora.
"Today was the worst." I commented braking the silence. Silver looked at me.
"Tell me about it. Poor Shadow. He's heart broken, and you too Scourge. Now that the doctor removed Shadow's reproductive system in the surgery, there won't be a family." He sighed.
"Maybe that's a good thing..." I sighed.
"I good thing?"
"That way it won't happen again. The doctor said he wasn't suppose to have children because his body wasn't build for that. He said no matter what we'd try, I'd never happen." I sighed.
"Well, I could-" Silver stopped at the sound of groaning.
"Sh. You'll wake him up-"
"I'm already awake." Groaned Shadow. The car went back to complete silence. Shadow took my hand in his, and stared out the window.
Silver's POV
I stared at their hands. I know this is wrong, but...I'm jealous. Scourge has the one I love. Yes, they've been going for 10 months now; buts it's not like Scourge owns Shadow. They haven't gotten married, and Scourge hasn't even proposed.
At any point Shadow could turn on Scourge, or Scourge could turn on Shadow. I'll keep that in mind...

The Trespasser
Synopsis Following his di—instincts, David finds himself in a weird situation; the next thing he knows, he's in a different world, dying, and manhandled by a big-ass alien. When the Source comes to his aid, granting him the access that—like every other sapient—he's due, David barely manages to get out of the fight with his life intact, but is that enough? Of course it isn't. The very Source giving him powers is also poisoning him to death. Oh, there she is, the petite female alien. Will that be enough to save him? Of course it won't. If he wants to be saved, he has first to save himself. The only way to do so is by getting to know the world around him, but even before that... Why the bloody hell did I have to be called Deviant!? *** Blurb? Blurb. The Trespasser starts slowly, I believe I've written a decent world, and I want you to find out what it's all about, won't just throw it in your face because of *levels*. I do not like stories that don't make sense. David is not a murderhobo, he respects life and answers to the world and the weird situations thrown at him with irony and sarcasm; so you are looking for easy killing streaks, you will not find them here. So, a man finds himself into the wild? It's a different world, and yet he can breathe its air? Finds himself in a lucky-low-level zone? Oh, look at that, people speak English—how likely is that? So, nope, not for me, gentleman. You won't find anything of the likes here. Again, a man finds himself in a new world but only thinks about the system? Yeah, that's not exactly how it works. David will try to find out what it's really all about, what the aliens want, how they work, why is that Fay really helping him? You can kill somebody to get levels, and yet there is not even a form of police? Not gonna happen here. Man becomes suddenly overpowered in a world where people can live for thousands of years by having enough luck to face only lower-level people? Hahaha—nope. Lastly...Spaceships and fantasy with LitRPG... say what!? Well, what's wrong with that? Let's make it happen, shall we? *** You want even more info? Really? Alright... David will start from the very bottom of the food chain, so there will be a settling arc—it's inevitable. David will find true companions, with personalities and backstories, and they will have a life of their own. There will be enemies, and those enemies will have a life of their own, too; there will be no evil just because. The world-building will have true depth; it will not exist just because the protagonist visits it. There will be both Fantasy and (Soft) Sci-fi—yeah, you heard that right. There will be rationality to every action taken, as long as the characters are aware of what is going on. There will be a godly system. You will come to read because of the world-building, but you will stay for the characters. The dead stay dead, and you will weep for them. There will be no action without a reaction. Lastly, there will be laughs. Are you still up for it? Then get in but fasten your seatbelts because it's going to be a wild ride. *** Release Days: Twice a week Release Time: ~09:00 PM UTC Words per chapter: ~3000 This web novel is also available on other platforms.
