Little to his knowledge, the diner is frozen in time. Only the Doctor, the TARDIS and two killer robots who are currently responsible for the freeze are able to move. The robots have timers set to freeze time permanently on Earth. The Doctor must stop the robots without attracting too much attention to prevent exposure alongside a time crash.
