《Pipe Dream || Timothée Chalamet》20

I sigh as the cold New York air rushes to my face as I exit my dorm building.
I turn the music up in my AirPods and start my journey to Timothée's apartment. I leave back to Maine tonight for thanksgiving break so I decided to spend my last few hours here with my boyfriend.
After a few minutes of walking, I stop to grab a coffee and continue my walk.
I smile at the security guard, as usual, and make my way into the elevator. Luckily today, I am alone in the elevator as I tap my foot, waiting for the machine to bring me to the 15th floor.
Once I get to the floor, I walk down the long hallway and just as I'm about to knock on Timothée's door it flies open and a girl brushes past me, clearly upset.
She had medium length, dirty blonde hair and brown eyes, my mind searching to find where I've seen her before. And then it hits me.
Lily Rose Depp.
She doesn't say a word as she walks past me and down the hall. All she acknowledges me with is a dirty stare. I catch the door with my hand and walk in, only to find a very angry looking Timothée.
"What was that?" I ask, confusion written all over my face.
"Lily" is all he says in response.
"No, I know who she is but why was she here?" I ask, trying to keep my calm.
I'm not a very ill mannered or vile person. I always try to keep my mind calm and clear, but when it comes to jealousy I become a bitch. It's my worst trait.
"I don't know she wanted to talk about things" he huffs, running a hand through his hair.
"What things Timothée?" I respond, my voice raising slightly.

"Can we please not talk about it?" He asks, clearly getting frustrated.
"Did you know she was coming?" I continue to press for answers.
"I literally just asked that we didn't talk about it, so stop" He snaps, causing my eyes to widen.
"And I asked Santa Clause for a dad for 15 years in a row, we don't always get what we ask for" I snap back.
"She wanted to talk things out. She just showed up, trust me I didn't ask her to be here" he finally explains, lowering his voice.
"Did you talk things out?" I ask, lowering my voice as well.
He shrugs. "Yea until she said she wanted to get back together and I told her that I had a girlfriend"
"Interesting" I mutter, not daring to look away from my shoes.
"Adeline please don't be mad" he begs as I watch his feet walk towards me.
I lift my head to finally meet his stare. "I'm not mad"
He glares at me, clearly not believing me. "Yea okay" he responds sarcastically.
"It's just weird Timmy. Imagine you come to see me at my dorm and just as you walk up my ex boyfriend is leaving and I tell you that he was there to try and rekindle our relationship" I try to explain my view.
He nods, wrapping his arms around my waist. "Your completely right" he agrees. "And I'm sorry I don't want you to leave for break being upset with me"
"I'm not upset" I lie.
After our mini argument we went to lunch, only saying a few words here and there.
Timothée seems so drowned in his thoughts that he can't even hold a conversation with me. And I know exactly what he's thinking about. Or should I say who he's thinking about.

I bite my lip hard as I walk up to my dorm. I meeting Ashley and Adeline at the dorm since they are riding with me to the airport. I don't like ubering alone so they offered to tag along.
I open the door and slam it shut behind me. I walk into the room, aggressively grabbing the sweats I laid out to wear to the airport.
"Adeline what's wrong?" Ashley asks, observing my agitated state.
"Lily Rose Depp was at Timmy's today. Apparently they talked things out and then she tried to get back together with him" I say angrily as I strip from my clothes and change into my sweats.
"Lily Rose Depp as in his manipulative ex?" Ashley questions with a raised eyebrow.
I nod, just getting more and more angry. I told Timothée that it was fine but it's clearly not fine. The thought of Lily even being in his apartment makes me want to throw up.
"And it's not even just that. It's the way he was acting. He was snapping at me and being so condescending" I continue as I throw my belongings into my suitcase. "And then at lunch he wouldn't even speak to me he was so busy thinking about her"
"You have to remember that she probably brings back a lot of bad memories for him" Eden tries to find an explanation.
"I guess but still. If he really wanted her out of his life like it seems, then he wouldn't have even let her in his apartment much less actually 'talked it out' with her" Ashley intervenes, putting air quotes around 'talked it out'.
"Exactly and he was just acting so weird and I hated it. He wasn't being himself." I sigh zipping up my suitcase.
"Are you worried?" Eden asks causing my mind to spin.
Am I worried?
"I know I can trust Timothée, its her I don't trust" I answer, still chewing on my bottom lip.

MERTICORE
Meet Ian. Ian is an IT consultant who accepted a supposedly impossible job for an incredible amount of money. However, he quickly learns why his colleagues avoided that gig like the plague. Ian now hates his job, and wants to be fired to get severance pay. However, things don’t go as planned when he downloads MERTICORE, a mysterious program that popped out of nowhere. After that, the life of Ian has changed drastically. Gone are the days of drinking bad coffee while staring at a screen. His days are now filled with magic, fighting weird creatures and even weirder people. Let’s not even mention the comrades he collects along the way, which are more often than not worse than the (numerous) enemies he makes as he bumbles through alternate dimensions. There’s also a disturbing number of laundromats for some reason. Release Schedule: One or two long(2.5k+ words) chapters per week, maybe more depending on real life.

The Harrowbird's Crown
(Formerly: Tales of a Harrowed House) Synopsis: This is the tale of an exiled royal family who, after their bloody reunion on the island of Providence, return to a war-torn homeland where once more, powerful forces pit sibling against sibling in a bid for the crown — and once more, the magical streets of Auctor echo their infamous motto: “Fire will Reign as Harrowbirds Soar!” From his humble beginnings as a shoemaker’s son, his year spent as a daringly brazen orphan caught between rivaling Houses and a mad ghost, and his fight for the crown after his return to Auctor, Corbyn faces a coming-of-age story unlike any before him as he discovers magic and birthright are two things he never knew he had. From the intimate narrative of a childhood that was never her own, her year spent struggling to find the person she is rather than the person her family needs her to be, the secrets she hides, and the truths she finds, Halle discovers herself on the fabled island of Providence as her House collapses around her, bids to enter a legendary school of magic in her homeland of Auctor, and fights for a crown she never knew she wanted. A high-action, character-focused story written with a poet’s styling, The Harrowbird’s Crown is a tale that will transport readers into the conflict and conquest of a royal family back on the rise. General Information: This story is more traditionally plotted. While the beginning may seem to start out slowly, when shit hits the fan: the action is constant, the mysteries are satisfying, and the character development is rewarding. Chapters are usually between 2.5-3.5 thousand words (though some, like the first and second chapters, can run up to 5k words). When it’s long it means that the chapter will just have that much content in it. There’s Action, Mystery, Fantasy, Comedy, and some Psychological undertakings. Romance hasn’t come up yet, but it may in future chapters. I try to have chapters out every Sunday at 7:00 CST Book One: The Ghost of Providence
