It's nearly ten in the night when Jungkook reached a small hill beside a semi-urban neighborhood of Seoul. He sighed in relief as his eyes fell on a familiar pulse orange Audi parked there because if the car is there then it's owner too must be here and the owner of that car is none but his best friend Jung Hoseok.

This is the first place that came to his mind when Soomin had asked him to find Hoseok because this is Hoseok's secret place. After knowing everything that had happened Jungkook knew that Hoseok is very much hurt and somewhat confused and would want to isolate himself from everyone, especially hide himself from Soomin. And what could be the better place to do so than this place because no one is aware of this place being Hoseok's secret place. Even Jungkook himself didn't know about this place until a year back.

It was one of the days before his marriage when Jungkook was feeling quite anxious and restless thinking about the future. If he was doing the right thing by marrying Tae while the boy was clearly in love with someone else, if he would be able to take care of Tae as he had promised to his parents, if he would be able to keep Tae happy, if Tae would ever accept him in his life? All these questioning thoughts had made him anxious, stressed and restless making it hard for him to concentrate on anything.

Hoseok being the best friend that he is, had noticed the restlessness of Jungkook and that's when he had brought Jungkook here to help him relax.

And it did help Jungkook to relax his mind. The hilltop was covered in green grass making it look like someone has spread a green carpet to welcome them. One can see the whole city below from there. The sight of the city glowing in lights with the night sky in the background was indeed a pleasing sight. The whole ambience was really peaceful and it had helped Jungkook to calm his heart and mind and sort his jumbled up thoughts. And that's how he came to know about this place.

Jungkook reached the hill top and found his best friend sprawled on the green grass with his hands behind his head and staring at the moon with a forlorn look on his face.

Jungkook plopped himself down beside his friend as he said, "I knew it, this where I'm gonna find you."

"What are you doing here?" Hoseok asked without taking his eyes off the moon.

"What else but looking for you" Jungkook replied, "Your Soo asked me to find you and take you back to her."

"Hmm My Soo" Hoseok gave a bitter chuckle.

"Yeah Your Soo" Jungkook said, "your Soo came to our place, asking and literally begging me to get you back to her. She was crying so hard" he informed his best friend.

The moment Hoseok heard Jungkook saying that Soomin was crying, he sat up with a start and looked at Jungkook with panic filled eyes, "Crying! She was crying?" He exclaimed, "but isn't supposed to cry, she gets…" before he could complete his words,

"She gets breathing problems if she cries too much" Jungkook completed his words.

Yes Soomin starts having difficulty in breathing if she cries too much. She had that problem from the very childhood and because of that everyone in her family always tries to keep her happy and not to give her any reason to cry. And it's the same with Hoseok, he listens to everything she says, bears all her craziness.

"Is she, is she okay?" Hoseok asked anxiously.

"I guess she is, well I hope she is," Jungkook answered.

"What do you mean?" Hoseok looked at Jungkook with puzzled eyes.

"Well I tried to make her stop crying saying I will bring you back to her and when I was leaving home Tae was trying to comfort her. So I'm hoping he is able to make her stop crying" Jungkook said and then chuckled, "but knowing Tae, there is a chance that he too has started crying with her" he looked at his best friend who was looking quite bothered, "and I called Dr Choi before leaving, I guess he must have already visited and taken care of her leg" he informed the man.

"What leg? Doctor?" Hoseok exclaimed with shock, "what happened to her leg? Why does she need a doctor?" He inquired.

"She hurt leg while trying to run, that's why I called the doctor," Jungkook informed him.

"What! She hurt her leg while trying to run? Why did she even need to run? God what do I do with this careless girl?" Hoseok blabbered worriedly, "she never takes care of herself, she al…" He stopped his blabbering as he heard his best friend asking,

"If you are so worried about her, then why did you leave her?"

Hoseok stopped talking at once and looked wide at his best friend as he realized what he was doing, getting worried about Soomin who doesn't want in her life anymore. And then with a sigh he lowered his eyes, "what else I could have done after hearing that she doesn't love me anymore, after hearing her calling that boy as her true love, after hearing her saying that she can't live without him?" He asked back in a pained voice.

"So you just ran away, hmm? You heard her saying those things and left from there. You abandoned her, you abandoned your seven years worth relationship, just like that, hmm" Jungkook said in a serious voice.

Hoseok mindless plucked some grasses as he asked Jungkook without raising his eyes, "then what would you have done? What would you have done if you were in my place? If you heard Tae saying something like that?"

"What do you think I would have done?"

Hoseok finally looked up as he heard his best friend's question and found the man smiling gently at him.

"Tell me what do you think I would have done?" Jungkook once again asked, his smile getting replaced by a solemn look, "What do you think you think I did when I heard him saying something like that?"

"You didn't abandon him. You didn't leave him even though you were hurt" Hoseok voiced out in whisper as if talking to himself as it finally dawned on him that his best friend had gone through a situation like this before and maybe even a worse situation than this.

"Yeah I did not" Jungkook said, "and why do you think I didn't? Do you think I was being selfish by not letting him go even when he said that he loved someone else?" He again asked his best friend.

"No, you weren't not" Hoseok shook his head,"you weren't selfish, never. Your name and that word 'selfish', they can't even be used in the same sentence" he said and Jungkook smiled softly hearing his best friend's words.

Hoseok paused for a moment and then continued, "you didn't leave him because you wanted to make sure he was okay, that no harm can come in his way. You didn't leave him because you already knew that guy wasn't right for him. I know you would have left him for his happiness if you would have felt that guy was right for him." He told his best friend.

"You know me so well, don't you?" Jungkook chuckled and Hoseok too smiled hearing it but soon his smile fell as Jungkook asked, "so are you sure that guy is right Soomin? Shouldn't you have stayed there and made sure that he is right for her before abandoning her? Then why didn't you do so? Why did you leave so hurriedly?"

"Do you think I didn't want to do that? Do you think I wanted to leave before making sure that he is the right one for her?" Hoseok asked back.

"Then why did you leave?" Jungkook questioned.

"Because she wanted me to leave." Hoseok said, his voice trembling, "she wanted me to leave. She doesn't want to see me anymore. I was making her feel suffocated. Apparently now she dislikes me so much, that she didn't even want to talk to me. She sent her new lover to me to tell me that it's over between us, that she doesn't want me in her life anymore. That she has moved on from me and I should do the same. That I shouldn't wait for her because she doesn't want to see my face" he let his best friend know as tears rolled down his eyes.

Jungkook frowned deeply hearing Hoseok's words, "what do you mean by she sent her lover to say those things to you?" He asked, "it's true that she sent that boy behind you. But she did it because she had hurt her leg while trying to run behind you and sent him to stop you from leaving. But when she reached the parking lot you have already left and that boy told her that you left from there saying that you are freeing her from yourself and you would never show her your face again" he informed his best friend who was beyond shocked hearing his words.

"What! No, I said nothing like" Hoseok vigorously shook his head.

"She won't have to feel bothered because of me from now on. I will not make it hard anymore. I won't tie her with me anymore. Tell her that she is free from today. From this moment she won't have to see my face ever again. I'm leaving her so that she can live her life with the true love of her life, that's what you said, that guy told Soomin" Jungkook told his best friend.

"No, I didn't, please Jungkook trust me I didn't say anything like that. I was going to wait for her in the parking lot but then that guy came and said all those things to me and that's why I left. But trust me I never said all those things." Hoseok said, his voice pleading.

"I trust you" Jungkook said and Hoseok looked wide eyed at him, "you do? You believe me that I didn't say anything like that?" He asked and Jungkook nodded, "yes I believe that you didn't say anything like that. Just like you know me very well, so do I and I know you would never say something like that to Soomin." Jungkook answered. "You know I already suspected it and now after talking to you I'm sure something is fishy about this whole thing that happened today" he further said.

"Something is fishy? What do you mean?" Hoseok asked with a frown.

"I mean that whatever happened today, it feels like it's all planned and if I'm not wrong it's planned by that guy named Noel" Jungkook said and Hoseok's frown deepened.

"I'm not understand what you are saying Jungkook. What do you mean by it's all planned by that guy? What are you trying to say?" He asked.

"To understand that first you need to know what exactly happened today" Jungkook said and then he let Hoseok know everything Soomin has told him, from that Noel guy talking her into practicing the dialogues from that script with him to what that guy told her at the parking lot and also whatever happened after Soomin came to their home. The more Hoseok heard the angrier he got. By the time Jungkook was done telling him everything, he was livid, ready to go and kill that Noel guy with his bare hands.

"That bastard, how dare he do that? How dare he try to trick and separate my Soo from me. I won't leave him. I will kill him, I will fucking kill that bastard." Hoseok growled angrily and tried to get up and ran to his car but before he could do so Jungkook stopped him by holding his hand.

"Hey stop, where are you going?" Jungkook said.

Hoseok looked back at his best friend with burning eyes and, "Leave my hand Jungkook, I need to find that fucker and kill him" he growled.

"Do that later but first you need to come with me. I promised Soomin that I will bring you back to her, so yeah you need to come home with me" Jungkook told the man.

All anger left Hoseok's body hearing Jungkook's words, getting replaced by an anguished look, "oh my God Jungkook, Soomin, my Soo, I hurt her so much" he fell on his knees, "She kept calling me but I didn't listen to her. I didn't wait for her. I left her alone. She cried because of me, she got hurt because of me. I promised that I would never leave her but I didn't keep my promise. I hurt her, I didn't trust her. She is never going to forgive me, Jungkook, never" he started sobbing.

Jungkook felt his heart getting heavy seeing his best friend like that. He too kneeled before the crying male and hugged.

"Hey, hey it's okay, it's okay don't cry hmm" he said as he patted the crying male's back.

"No Jungkook nothing is going to be okay. I hurt her much. How could I do that to my Soo? She must be so angry at me. I'm sure she is never going to forgive me." Hoseok cried out.

"Hey do you really think so? Don't you know your Soo? Do you think she would have asked me to bring you back to her if she was angry at you?" Jungkook gently asked.

Hoseok broke the hug and looked wide eyed at his best friend, "so you mean she is not angry at me?" He asked.

"No, I don't think she is angry at you. But I know for sure that she is hurt, like really very hurt and you need to make it up to her. You need to apologise and ask for forgiveness because you have hurt a lot by leaving just like that." Jungkook said.

"Yes I will do so, I apologise to her. I will ask for her forgiveness. I will make it up to her." Hoseok said determinedly but then, "do you think she will forgive me?" He asked Jungkook in an insecured voice.

"Yes" Jungkook nodded, "I'm sure she will forgive you. She loves you too much to not forgive you. But for that you first need to apologise to her and for that you need to come with me." He told his best friend with a smile, "So now come on, get up and let's go, I have a promise to keep." He urged Hoseok, who finally smiled a little after hearing Jungkook's last words.

The duo got down from the hill and sat on their respective cars and drove away to their Loves who were eagerly waiting for them.

Nearly fifteen minutes after Jungkook left, Yoongi and Jimin had reached TaeKook's home. Apparently they were having a dinner date when Jungkook called Yoongi asking him to bring Jimin at their place and that's why they could reach there soon. Another five minutes later doctor Choi had come. He had checked Soomin's leg, informing them that it's a sprain. He had bandaged her leg and said that they should take an x-ray to check if she has any fracture. The doctor has left after giving some painkillers for the hurt girl and after lots of coaxing Tae and Jimin had somehow managed to feed Soomin the medicine.

Currently Soomin is resting in the guest room and Tae, Jimin and Yoongi are sitting on the couch in TaeKook's living room. It's nearly twelve now and they are waiting for Jungkook and hopefully Hoseok too whom they are hoping that Jungkook would be able to bring back with him.

Suddenly they heard the sound of the door unlocking and Immediately rushed to the door with Tae in the lead.

As they reached the doorway, the door opened and they found Jungkook standing there.

"Kookie" Tae rushed to his husband, "Kookie did you find Hoseok hyung? Did you bring him back?" He worriedly asked his husband who smiled gently in reply.

"Yes baby I found him" Jungkook entered the apartment, "I found him and brought him back just as I promised" he told his husband and then turning to the door, "come on Hoseok, get in" he called his best friend who entered the apartment with his head hung low.

Tae, Jimin and Yoongi sighed in relief seeing Hoseok entering, "oh thank God Hoseok you came back. We were really worried for you and also for noona. She was crying so much, it hurts to see her like that" Tae said out in a small voice and Jungkook immediately wrapped his hand around his waist and pulled the boy close to himself feeling his sadness and placed a chaste kiss on his temple.

"Yeah, she isn't even letting us stay with her saying that she wants to stay alone" Jimin too said, his voice sad.

Hoseok who was already feeling regretful now felt even more guilty hearing their words.

"I'm sorry guys, I'm really sorry for making you guys worried and also" Hoseok bit his lips, "also for making your noona cry" he said.

"You don't need to say sorry to any of us." said Yoongi, who came and stood beside his boyfriend, holding his shoulder.

"Yes Hyung you don't have to apologise to us. The one you need to apologise to is not us but noona. She was very hurt, crying so much when she came here. So go and say sorry to her and make it up to her" Tae told Hoseok who nodded his head.

"Yes I will do that, I will apologise to her and make it up to her" Hoseok said, "where is she?" He asked.

"In the guestroom" Tae answered and Hoseok again nodded his head, "I will go to her then" saying so he walked to the guest room while four pairs of eyes looked at his retreating back with anxious eyes, hoping everything will be okay between the lovely couple.

Soomin was lying on bed back facing the door. Though her eyes are closed, tears could be seen leaking from their corner and occasional sniffs could also be heard indicating that the girl wasn't sleeping.

Soomin heard the sound of the door opening and someone entering the room. But she didn't turn to see who it was knowing it would be Jimin who came to check on her just like he did a few minutes back.

"Minnie," Soomin said, her voice raspy because of all the crying she did, "Minnie I told you I'm okay, you don't have to…." Before she could complete her words,

"S..Soo"

She heard a very familiar voice shakily calling her name, a voice she was dying to hear.

Soomin sat up on the bed with a start hearing the very familiar voice of her fiance and as her eyes fell on the love of her life standing there near the door with a guilty look on his face,

"S..Seokie" she whimpered and jumped out of the bed and tried to run to her fiance forgetting about her hurt leg.

"Ah…" she whimpered, feeling the shooting pain from her leg. She stumbled and was going to fall down before that could happen Hoseok rushed to his fiance and caught her in his arms before she could fall.

"Careful Soo, you are hurt, please don't run like that" Hoseok worriedly said.
