The next day as promised Jungkook came back early from office. As he entered the living room he met with a very excited Tae waiting for him.

"Kookie! You came. See I'm all ready." Tae squealed excited seeing the older.

Jungkook smiled seeing his husband all excited like a child. "give me a minute I'll just be back after changing. Then we will leave." He told the excited boy.

"Ok but make it fast" Tae told him.

After few minutes Jungkook came back all changed & the couple left.

Once reaching near the park, Jungkook parked the car. He got down & went to Tae's side. Opening the door he placed his hand in front of the younger.

Tae looked at the hand in front of him then at Jungkook's hopeful face. He smiled & placed his hand on the older hand who held it tightly. Hand in hand the couple started walking towards the tteokbokki stall.

Reaching the stall Tae looked at the old woman selling tteokbokki & said,

"Hello halmoni"

"Ohh hello Taehyung..sshi, how are you? You came after a long time." The old woman said smiling fondly.

"I'm fine halmoni. I was little busy that's why I didn't come. But I was really craving for your tteokbokki so I came today. Please give a plate of hot spicy tteokbokki" Tae replied.

"Oh sure sure. But who is this handsome man with you?"

"This is Jungkook, my husband" Tae introduced.

Jungkook smiled & bowed to the halmoni.

"Aww he looks like a bunny Taehyung..sshi" halmoni told Tae.

"Yes he does. A muscular bunny" Tae smiled mischievously. Jungkook too smiled shyly hearing it.

The couple had tteokbokki. After that Tae noticed a stall selling fishcakes. He pulled Jungkook there.

After eating three fishcakes,Tae was reaching for the fourth one when Jungkook held his hand.

"Kookie what are you doing? Leave my hand. I want to eat that fishcake" Tae told him.

"No you already had enough. You will fall ill like this. I'm not letting you eat anymore." Jungkook said him.

"No Kookie please just one more" Tae whined.

"No can do. You are not having anymore." Jungkook told him firmly.

"Okay, then buy me ice cream" Tae negotiated.

"Tae you'll catch cold baby," Jungkook tried to make him understand.

"Please Kookie, please" Tae said making some aigoo movement.

Jungkook laughed seeing his childish antics.

"Okay" he finally agreed.

After getting their icecreams the couple went inside the park & sat on a bench there.

Tae looked at a little girl playing in the park with her father. The girl was sitting on the swing & her father was pushing it. Seeing it Tae remembered his own childhood days.

"You know Kookie" he said looking at the father daughter duo "when I was little appa used to take me here. It was our father-son bonding time. He used play with me. I used to sit on that swing & he used to push it"

Jungkook looked at the younger's wistful face. He stood up & held his hand out in front of Tae "come let's go"

"Go where?" Tae questioned.

"To the swing" the older answered.

"What! No Kookie, I don't want to go on it. I was just remembering old days that's it."

Jungkook pulled him up holding his hand "come on come on" he took Tae to the swing & made him sit on it. Then he started pushing it, slowly at first then faster.

Tae giggled like a little kid & kept saying "faster Kookie, faster" Jungkook smiled affectionately seeing the younger enjoying himself.

After sometime Jungkook stopped pushing the swing. "Tae it's getting late we need to leave for home" he told his husband.

"Okay let's go" Tae said & got up from the swing. But then he whined "Kookie why did you park your car so far, we have to walk so much, I'm tired"

Jungkook looked at his face then he crouched in front of him "come on hop on I'll give you a ride"

"No Kookie you don't I have to. I was just joking. I can walk fine." Tae protested.

"But I'm not joking. Come on hop on or do you want me carry to you like the other day?" Jungkook asked him smiling mischievously.

"No no I'll hop on, don't carry me like a girl." Tae said remembering the day when he sprained his ankle & Jungkook carried him.

Tae hopped on Jungkook's back. He held Jungkook's neck with his hands & put his legs around the older's torso. Jungkook held his thigs to keep him in position & started walking to where his car is.

"Kookie, thank you so much for today. I'll really enjoyed my time" Tae said smiling looking at Jungkook's face from side.

"You don't have to thank me ever. Just always keep smiling like this" Jungkook told him smiling a little.

Tae looked at his face & he suddenly kissed him on his right cheek & then realizing what he just did, he hid his face in Jungkook's neck.

Jungkook stilled for a moment feeling the younger's kiss on his cheek. Then he again started walking. This time a big grin adorned his handsome face.

And just like that the became a little closer to each other.

Tuesday morning when Tae went to have breakfast he thought like always he'll find Jungkook in the kitchen. But the older wasn't there. Tae frowned, this had never happened before.

Tae saw his breakfast was placed on the table, beside it was his lunch box & a note. The note read,

"Tae,

I need to leave early today. I've made your breakfast please eat it before leaving & don't forget to take your lunch box. Take care.

..... Jungkook"

Tae sighed & sat down to have his breakfast. After breakfast he left for his school. He noticed Jungkook's car still parked at the parking of their building when he went to take his car. "where have he gone? He didn't even take his car." He thought.

Tae was in class. It was the last class of the day. He was trying to concentrate on the boring subject that their even boring teacher was teaching when he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He took the phone out only to see Hoseok hyung calling.

Hoseok is Jungkook's best friend. Though Tae knew him even before his his marriage with Jungkook as Hoseok is Jimin's soon to be brother-in-law. Although they did have each other's numbers but the other guy has never called him. So Tae frowned seeing him calling. Nevertheless he excused himself from the class & attended the call.

"Hello" he answered the call.

"Hello Taehyung, it's Hoseok here I actually need to ask you something"

"Yes hyung tell me what do want to know?"

"Tae are you with Jungkook right now?" Hoseok asked.

"No hyung I'm at school. Do you want to talk to Kookie?" Tae asked puzzled. "If Hoseok hyung wants to talk to Kookie then why is he calling me instead of him" he thought.

"Do you know where he is?" Again Hoseok inquired.

"He is in office isn't he?"

I don't think he is there"

"What do mean hyung? If not office then where is he?" Tae was getting nervous now. If Jungkook is not in office then where could he be, and how did Hoseok hyung knew that Jungkook isn't in office, he thought.

"Actually Tae today is kook's birthday and" Hoseok told the younger "his parents death anniversary"

Tae was stunned hearing this. Today is Jungkook's birthday & also his parents death anniversary but he didn't know it. "hyung I didn't know about it. He didn't tell me anything. Today morning he was gone by the time I came out of my room" he informed the older.

"I guessed it that he must not have told you. He doesn't really talks about it. Every year me & Yoongi, we try be with him but this year we are not there. That's why I called you I thought maybe you are with him" Hoseok told the younger boy.

Tae suddenly felt a pang in his heart. Whenever he was sad or depressed Jungkook was always there for him. But today when Jungkook is sad he's not with him.

"Hyung do you know where he is? I want to be with him. He must be really sad & depressed right now. I don't want him to be alone" he said desperately to the older guy.

"Actually I think I know where he could be. But Tae will you be okay going there? That place is in the outskirts of Seoul" Hoseok asked.

"I'll go anywhere for Kookie, please tell me where is he?" Tae requested.

"Okay then. I'm massaging you the address"

With this Hoseok cut the call & massaged the address to the younger boy.

Tae looked at the address Hoseok had sent & said "Kookie just wait a little. I'm coming. I won't let you be alone."
