THIRD PERSON POV-
''MOM!! WHERE ARE YOU?'' Taegguk shouted at the top of his lungs making Jungkook chuckle to himself. It was Sunday and as planned, they were going to shopping mall. Jungkook was sitting on the couch and going through some mails as he waited for Taehyung to come down while the brunette was so excited that he couldn't just sit and wait patiently and that's why he had been walking to and fro in the living room to pass his time.
Taehyung just finished one of his painting and that's why he got a little late making his son impatient. The blonde combed his hairs messily and picked up his phone after spraying his perfume a little in hastle to go out.
Taegguk's eyes lit up as soon as he saw the blonde walking down the stairs while Jungkook forgot to breathe for a moment.
Just when he think that his husband can't look more breathtaking, Taehyung prove him wrong without even trying.
The ravenette didn't feel like blinking, too afraid that Taehyung might vanish as he looked like an angel walking on earth.
Wearing a black t-shirt paired with black jeans and a blue denim, The blonde looked so beautiful that Jungkook wanted to thank God for sending the blue eyed angel into his life.
Taehyung waved his hand at his son when he saw the brunette looking at him with so done face, beautiful lips curled into an attractive smile and Jungkook could hear his heart thudding against his chest.
He stood up slowly, locking his phone as if it was just a time waste while his eyes roamed on Taehyung's beautiful face, trying their best to take up as much of that beauty as they could.
Taehyung was so perfect that even his imperfections were beautiful.....they made him 'HIM' ...
Different.
Unique.
Out standing.
"Mom!! We are late because of you!" Taegguk complained pouting and Taehyung looked at him in disbelief.
Was he the same boy who used to be so mature, responsible and understanding?
Because looking at him right now, Taehyung could only see him whining like a baby. He had started behaving like he was a kid again.
Was it because now he had a father who was there to bear his responsibilities, to take care of his small needs, to understand him while before, he felt like he was obliged to be the guardian of his mother too?
But whatever it was, Taehyung was so happy seeing his son behaving his age....in fact, younger than his age.
The blonde chuckled and ruffled Taegguk's hairs making him whine.
"Mom! Don't mess my hairs...."
"W-What?" If there was a scale to measure disbelief, it would have reached its maximum limit looking at how Taehyung's mouth opened wide in shock.
"Gguk.....are you really worrying about your looks? " He asked teasingly making the boy pout.
"Am going with you, Mom, I need to make sure that people look at me, not eye my mother..." He stated casually making Taehyung roll his eyes.
How can he think that his son can change??
"You started again?" The blonde asked fed up now.
"Let's not talk about it, Mom.... We are already late." Taegguk changed the topic very smoothly making Taehyung nod his head.
"Yeah... let's go." The blonde said and both of them looked at Jungkook who was standing in his place staring at Taehyung with his eyes filled with admiration, love, adoration and appraisal for the ethreal beauty.
The blonde licked his lips when his husband kept looking at him intensely while Taegguk looked at his father to his mother blankly.

"Ahem!" The brunette cleared his throat but no use. Jungkook was lost in the blue eyes that hypnotised the ravenette and made him a prisoner of those oceanic eyes that held a depth deeper than any sea and Jungkook wanted to get drowned in them.
Taegguk raised his eyebrow just a little before looking at the blonde standing beside him only to catch him fiddling with his fingers as he looked at the ravenette with his innocent, nervous, confused doe eyes.
Before Gguk could say anything, Jungkook's phone rung flinching the ravenette. He jumped a little and cleared his throat when he realised what he was doing.
Looking around himself, he rejected the call without even feeling the need to see who was calling him and licked his lips, his heart beating like crazy inside his chest as Taehyung licked his lips and looked down.
"Shall we go now?" The brunette asked again when the environment became too awkward making Jungkook nod.
"I-I'll be waiting outside." With that, the ravenette walked out glancing one more time at Taehyung who was trying his best to not let his stomach do the weird thing again.
"Let's go, Mom!" Taegguk's voice made the blonde look up. He nodded with a hesitant smile and both of them walked out.
Jungkook was already waiting by the car. As Taehyung walked towards the passenger seat, Jungkook took long steps and opened the door for his husband making butterflies erupt in Taehyung's belly.
The blonde hid his smile and went in. The ravenette closed the door and came around to slide behind the wheel. Locking the seatbelt in its position, Jungkook started the ignition.
The car drive was silent, Taegguk put on his headphones but he clearly noticed Jungkook stealing glances at the blonde while Taehyung not even once dared to avert his eyes from the view outside even when he could feel his husband's eyes on him.
Taegguk didn't know what was going on but he might had a vague idea.
They reached the mall after a drive of fifteen minutes. Taehyung and his son waited for Jungkook as the ravenette went to park the car.
All of them went inside. The mall was not much crowded as it should had been on any normal Sunday for some reason.
''So...From where do you wanna start?'' The ravenette asked his son who looked around himself before looking at his father.
''Clothes first....toys later.''
''Alright...let's go then.''
The three of them went to the clothing section and all of them started looking for clothes. Taegguk would pick up the fabrics one by one and look at it thinking if it will look good. Taehyung also searched for some clothes of his choice while Jungkook's attention was grabbed by a hoodie. He immediately walked over to it and picked it up to have a better look at it.
The ravenette looked at his son who was busy selecting some best clothes for the kids in the orphanage and walked over to him.
''Gguk....how is it?'' He asked showing the maroon hood to his son who looked at his father in disbelief.
''Its bigger in size, it will not fit any kid in the orphanage.'' The brunette replied looking at his excited father in disbelief.
''But I wanted to buy it for you!'' The ravenette defended himself. Taehyung looked at Jungkook and smiled a little as he went to look at other clothes.
''We are here to buy clothes for kids in Orphanage, Dad...not me. I have a lot of clothes.'' The brunette replied going back to look at the clothes in front of him. The ravenette smiled hearing his son calling him dad so casually. He was so happy that he felt like dancing but stopped himself thinking that he wasn't a kid anymore. He was the father of a sixteen year old kid now.

Jungkook looked at the hoodie and placed it to one side. He picked up another sweatshirt and called his son again.
''How is this one, Gguk?'' He asked looking at his son hopefully.
''Dad! You forgot we are here to buy clothes for kids in orphanage?" the brunette asked again with a done face and he frowned when Jungkook only smiled sheepishly like a bunny.
''Why are you smiling like that, Dad? you are looking so creepy.'' The brunette asked looking at his father with confused eyes. Jungkook's smile vanished immediately and he walked away pouting.
He only wanted to hear his son calling him Dad once more. Why Taegguk had to scold him like that?
The brunette chuckled to himself when the ravenette walked away and his eyes met his mother's who was also smiling subconsciously. The blonde looked at his son for a moment before smiling once again and walking to other side.
''Gguk?'' Jungkook called him again making the brunette look at him.
''What about this one?''
''DAD!!!!!!!"
''O sorry.... I'll stop now.'' The ravenette said laughing and immediately walked away. The brunette looked at his father's retreating back and shook his head in disbelief.
The ravenette was walking still smiling and looking at the three pieces of clothes in his hands. In no way he will leave them behind. He shook his head and looked up only to halt in his steps. His hold on the clothes tightened when he saw a male helper talking to his husband.
He walked towards them slowly and stood just a few feet away from both of them as he tried to control himself from walking ahead and showing that man who the blue eyed beauty belong to.
''Sir.....You can try some of our fresh arrivals. They will look so good on you.'' The man said to the blonde who shook his head.
''No..Thanks! Actually I am here to buy clothes for kids....not for me.'' Taehyung denied politely making the man nod.
''Oh...no problem. You can have a look at these. They are limited in our stock.'' The man said and the way he walked closer to Taehyung to pick up the clothes from behind Taehyung, it made the blonde uncomfortable. He immediately stepped away but smiled at the man hesitantly when he showed the clothes to the blonde.
''Fucking asshole!''
The ravenette cursed under his breathe, clenching his fists tightly to control himself as he didn't want to go and claim Taehyung in front of that man. He had done the same mistake years ago in order to show Taehyung who he belong to. Now, he didn't want to claim his husband, he wanted to win Taehyung back.
''Or you can have a look at these.'' The man said pointing towards the other clothes. The blonde smiled out of courtesy even when he wasn't liking the presence of that man even a bit after that helper had tried to touch him very subtly when he was showing other clothes to him before Jungkook came there.
As Taehyung focused on the clothes, the salesman eyed the blonde from head to toe and the way he licked his lips boiled Jungkook's blood. All the strains broke when that man walked to stand behind Taehyung, inching closer to him very subtly as the blonde focused on the clothes.
Just when the salesman raised his hand to touch the blonde by his waist, Jungkook came striding towards him and pulled him by his wrist. The sudden forceful jerk made the man lose his balance and the hard punch that landed in his face made him see his surrounding rotating and a sharp hiss with what sounded like a curse left his mouth as he held his nose.
Taehyung flinched and immediately turned around only to see Jungkook huffing in anger as he looked at the man like he wanted to kill him, his brown eyes burning red in anger.
"You fuc-....Ah shit!!" The man hissed again as another jaw breaking punch landed on his face busting his lower lip.
"J-Jungkook!!" Taehyung called in horror when the ravenette tried to walk ahead towards the salesman. The ravenette looked at the blonde with his eyes still burning in fury making Taehyung lick his lips nervously. The ravenette looked at the man in front of him with deadly eyes making the man shiver in horror.
''I'll deal with you later, you fucker.'' He said coldly, his voice sending shivers down Taehyung's spine.
Jungkook held Taehyung's wrist and walked away pulling the blonde with himself. Taehyung looked at his husband nervously as Jungkook walked angrily, trying the take Taehyung away from that man's filthy eyes while the blonde was confused what was happening.
The brunette looked at his father when he saw Jungkook walking towards him with Taehyung following him confusedly.
''Stay with us.'' The ravenette said coldly, leaving his wrist, not meeting Taehyung's eyes as he was very angry at the fucker who tried to eye his husband. He felt like he will do something wrong if he didn't calm down. Taehyung looked at Jungkook in disbelief. The ravenette's behaviour offended the blue eyed boy.
Why does Jungkook always does that?
Why does he think that he can do whatever he want with Taehyung?
He doesn't have any right on Taehyung anymore.
''I am not a kid!'' the blonde replied annoyed. Jungkook looked at his husband narrowly as he walked a step closer to the blonde but Taehyung kept standing unaffected.
''Mom!'' The brunette called confused but he was ignored.
''Then you should fucking know with what intention anyone is looking at you.'' The ravenette said irritated.
''Dad! You can't talk to Mom in that tone.'' Taegguk said sternly, his eyes getting sharp as he looked at his father warningly. The brunette could tolerate anything but not someone talking to his mother in that tone.....not even his father.
''I don't want to, Gguk but your Mom is naïve. He don't know how to walk away if someone is making him feel uncomfortable.'' The ravenette defended himself, his eyes glued to Taehyung's blue once. As their voices grew louder, a few people gathered around them to see the family drama.
''I can take care of myself. I don't need anyone to protect me.''
''Then why didn't you punched that shit when he was eyeing you?'' Jungkook asked sharply making Taegguk's ears perk up.
''Who was eyeing him, dad?'' Taegguk asked, his deadly tone grabbing Taekook's attention. The ravenette closed his eyes for a moment and pinched the bridge of his nose in defeat.
''No one....I took care of him.''
''You took care of him? Why didn't you kill him on the spot?'' The brunette asked throwing the clothes in his hand to one side.
''Stop it Gguk....he was just helping me.'' The blonde tried to calm down his son. He didn't want to ruin the day for his son.
''Don't lie to me, Mom!'' The brunette warned making his mother look down and lick his lips.
''Gguk....Calm down. I taught him a lesson already.'' Jungkook said making Taegguk look at his mother.
''Stop being so polite, Mumma. Just learn how to show their place to douchebags who try to make you uncomfortable.'' The brunette said defeatedly making Taehyung's eyes tear up. He felt like it was his fault even when the blonde wasn't to be blamed even a bit.
He can't just go and beat everyone who look at him. It wasn't his nature. He had always behaved politely with everyone, no matter what other's did with him.
Taegguk got angry at himself when he saw his mother trying his best to stop himself from sobbing. The boy smiled and hugged the blonde making Taehyung sob silently.
He didn't know why it happens with him only. Why can't he enjoy a day out with his family like any other normal family?
''I am sorry, Mom....I know its not your fault. I am so sorry for yelling at you.'' Taegguk apologised still hugging the blonde tightly while Jungkook cursed under his breathe for behaving so reckless with his husband.
He was angry at the bastard who eyed his husband but he let it out on Taehyung even when he knew that it wasn't his fault. No matter how many times he try, he knew that he will never be able to control his possessive self but his intention was never to hurt the blue eyed boy.
''Please don't cry....Ggukie is sorry, Mumma!'' The brunette said making his voice extra cute and just like he planned, Taehyung chuckled hearing his son speaking in third person like he used to do when he was a kid.
Taehyung pulled back and wiped his cheeks.
''Its okay....'' He said making the brunette smile. Taehyung's eyes met Jungkook's and he immediately looked down which made Jungkook feel like someone squeezed his heart.
''Gguk.....I wanna talk to your Mom.'' He said not looking at his son as his eyes were glued to the blonde. Taegguk looked at Taehyung who nodded making the brunette leave both of them alone. Jungkook looked around himself to gather himself before he looked at Taehyung who was standing in front of him with his head hung low.
''Tae...'' The soft voice of the ravenette made Taehyung look up at him blankly.
''I am sorry......'' Jungkook apologised sincerely and Taehyung had never wanted to cry as harder as he wanted right now but he bit on his lower lip to stop himself from breaking down. He may not accept but he had always wanted to hear that from his husband.
''I know it wasn't your fault. I was just angry and let it out on you. I am really sorry for that.'' The ravenette continued.
''I didn't like when that man was trying to come too close to you. I couldn't control my anger when he was about to touch you. I know you are very polite, very humble....you don't have it in you to see negativity in anything. You are an angel, Tae...but this world is full of devils. I don't want them to even eye you with their filthy eyes. I lost my cool and end up hurting you.....I am so sorry.'' The ravenette confessed looking straight in the blonde's eyes.
Both of them held eye contact for a moment as Taehyung tried to believe that what he just heard was actually said by Jungkook while the ravenette looked into the blue, helpless eyes in search for something.....but none of them noticed the rhythm in which their hearts were beating in sync.
'' I know its hard for you to forgive me....But I am really trying.'' Jungkook said and Taehyung became confused. He didn't know what his husband was talking about right now.
Was he talking about what he did today?
Or was he talking about what he did years ago?
''I can't even think about hurting you, Tae.....''
''You are right....you have hurted me enough for this life. I won't give you another chance to hurt me again.'' Taehyung replied sharply when his mind started functioning properly.
In no way he will let his emotions win over his determination.
''Tae, I-''
''Thank you for what you did today, Jungkook...but you really don't need to bother yourself.'' The blonde cut the ravenette and was about to walk away when Jungkook held his wrist again stopping Taehyung in his steps.
''Can't you just hear me once?'' The helplessness and the desperateness in those brown eyes made Taehyung avert his eyes. He removed Jungkook's hand from his wrist to free himself.
''Its very late to hear anything... We should go, Gguk must be waiting.'' With that, he left. The ravenette kept looking at his husband's retreating back with vulnerable eyes.

After All
This is not my story. My story was of a world I forged by my raw will, and of you, my children, forged of my dreams. That story has long since ended. Our world was not alone. Another deity came from beyond my sight, and despite our resistance rent our world asunder. In the end, all was lost and you were gone. That I survived your passing is a testament to the cruelty of existence; I cannot forgive existence for the monstrous crime of making me go on without you. This is the story of a new world, forged by the hands of fools. That it is made from the bones of that which I most hated will bring this place no absolution. In the fullness of time, I will seize the reins of this new narrative, and I shall end it. You are lost to me, my children. I will make a funeral pyre of all reality for you, and be with you in oblivion after all. --- DocSumac here. This is a story that has been rattling around in my head for years. It's not complete, but I'm not going to let it haunt me anymore. I'm uploading what is ready, and I'll add more as I can. --- Addendum May 20, 2020: I've added the Sex tag. Not because of actual smut, but becuase of what will probably devolve into an ongoing parade of dick jokes. No point denying my nature.
