THIRD PERSON POV-
''Come with me, Mumma!!'' The brunette said once he saw the blonde and ravenette looking at the entrance to an old building which has a board on which 'New hope Orphanage' was written. Taehyung looked at his son for a moment before looking back at the old nameboard whose letters have lost shine.....as if they had lose their own hope itself.
Taegguk walked ahead making his parents follow him cluelessly. As they walked on the narrow path made of concrete which has small patches of greenery to its either side in which a few kids were playing on the swings while the other kids watered the plants... Taehyung and Jungkook observed everything blankly.
A girl very familiar to the couple emerged from the door of the building and her eyes lit up as soon as she looked at the boy walking with the couple. The blonde furrowed his eyebrows to remember where he had seen the girl.
''Hey Gguk..... You h-'' She greeted the boy excitedly but stopped abruptly in the middle when her eyes fell On Taekook. The brunette smiled his beautiful bunny smile as he walked over to her with his parents following him cluelessly.
''Hey Hana....Meet my parents. My mom.....and my d-d-''
''Dad.....Am his dad.'' Jungkook completed it for his son who was facing difficult to say the word out loud due to his own reasons. The girl smiled and bowed to him respectfully.
''Hello Mr Jeon!'' She greeted making Jungkook ruffle her hairs lovingly and the girl felt herself craving for more.
''Mom....she is Hana...you remember, right?'' He asked and its when Taehyung remembered where he had seen the girl. He immediately smiled at the girl when she looked at him expectantly.
''Oh yes....Hana! Gguk's classmate.''
''My best friend, Mumma!'' Taegguk reintroduced the girl making his parents nod understandingly.
''Hana..... They wanted to meet the kids here....I'll see you later.'' The girl nodded and Taegguk walked towards the corridors which lead to various set rooms. A lady sat in the very first cabin and Taegguk took his parents to them. The lady looked at the brunette and smiled only to get confused looking at the big bunny behind him.
Her eyes widen as she looked between Taegguk and Jungkook in complete disbelief.
''Hello Mrs Lee.....How are you?'' The brunette asked as if he wasn't here just some hours ago.
''Mrs Lee?'' The brunette called again when the lady didn't reply as she was too busy in comprehending whether she was hallucinating.
''Mrs Lee!!'' The boy called again flinching the woman. She immediately looked at Taegguk and back to the couple standing behind him.
''H-Hmm?''
''Mrs Lee.....meet my parents.... My Mom, and My f-father.'' He introduced hesitantly and the lady immediately stood up. Now she realised why both of them looked so similar.
''Mom....she is Mrs Lee......she has been running this orphanage since last fifteen years and have gave a home to thousands of kids till now.'' He introduced and Taehyung walked ahead, his eyes showing gratitude for some reason.
Was it because he was also an orphan and could understand how it feels to be alone in this world?
''Hello Mrs Lee.....Its nice to m-meet you.'' The old lady chuckled as she came around the desk to stand beside Taegguk who was sitting on her desk now with his legs kicking the air excitedly.
''Its nice to meet you too, Mr Jeon... I always wanted to meet the person who gave birth to a kid like Taegguk. He is so mature, so understanding......so responsible that sometimes I become confuse if he hiding his age or something....'' She chuckled at the end of the sentence making Taehyung chuckle while Jungkook looked at his husband with a dreamy smile.

Taehyung was also same in his teen years.
He was so much mature than his age and he was happy that his son got values from his mother.
''But really....Taegguk is a very kind hearted, sweet and caring boy, Mr Jeon.....He is someone who feel other's happiness, sadness, sorrows and struggles even without the one going through them.'' She turned towards Jungkook who smiled nodding and the lady continued ahead.
''While other kids of his age enjoy wasting their money in clubs and parties, your son did what no child of his age can even think about.... Ah! why am I even talking about it, Actually you should see it yourself.'' The lady said scolding herself very dramatically making everyone chuckle. Taehyung looked at his son whose face was by now had turned red in shyness.
The brunette was never habitual of hearing someone praising him even when every second person who Taegguk has come across praise the boy endlessly.
Taehyung's smile immediately converted into something apologetic as he remembered his words from earlier. He should have trusted his son. Instead of saying those harsh words, he should have waited for his son to tell him everything.
He should have listened to Jungkook.
He should have known Taegguk can never do something that can hurt him.
''Shall we go?'' Mrs Lee's voice brought Taehyung back to his senses and he immediately shrugged his thoughts away for the moment. The small family followed Mrs Lee who walked ahead. Taekook felt so proud whenever any helper would praise their son. Their journey ended in a hall, much bigger than any other room that they came across and Taegguk's parents' eyes widen when they looked around themselves.
Looking around, they felt like they were standing in an ocean of books. The shelves that touched the ceiling were filled with different books. The area looked renovated as the smell of paint was still present in the room. The creative drawing and posters at the walls made the place look alive. The tables and chairs also seemed new and kids sitting on them looked at the pictures on the papers with amazed eyes.
As if it was something that they never thought to be existing in the world.
Taegguk scratched his back as he bit on his lower lip to hide his shyness as his parents looked around the room stunned but he looked up wide eyed when a kid called his name. The brunette waved his hand at him with his bunny smile on display and it didn't take long for the kid to come running only to jump at the prepared boy who caught him immediately.
''Ggukie Hyung......I misshed you!'' The boy was not more than five years old by his looks. Taegguk chuckled and placed the boy on the ground only to sit down in front of his on his knees.
''Lying is a bad habit, Minhyuk.'' The brunette scolded the small kid playfully making him pout.
''But I wasn't l-lying, Hyung.'' He defended himself while Taekook and Mrs lee looked at the two boys with affection. Other kids also came to stand around the brunette when they saw their favourite Hyung.
''But we just met an hour ago, Minnie!''
''So what? I still misshed you!'' The boy replied offended.
"You missed me or the chocolates, Minhyuk?'' Taegguk asked teasingly making the boy look at him blankly for a moment before crossing his arm over his chest cutely and Taehyung cooed silently at the little bean.
''You think I am a meanie, Hyung?''

''No...I never said that.'' Taegguk immediately replied.
''Then why do you think that I will say I misshed you when I want chocolate? I will ask for the chocolate if I want that, Hyung.'' The boy asked faking anger and Taegguk chuckled ruffling his hairs.
''Aww.....Minhyuk is a big boy now? hmm?''
''Yesh! I am a big boy like Ggukie Hyung....'' The boy replied jumping on Taegguk again who almost lost his balance but caught the boy on time while everyone chuckled.
''Kids....go back and Study.....C'mon!'' Mrs Lee said clapping her hands. All the kids nodded and went back to sit on their place. Little Minhyuk looked at the old lady with his cute puppy eyes as he held Taegguk's finger tightly.
''Minhyuk.Go and study!''
''Pwease Mrs Lee.....I wanna stay with Hyung....pretty pwease!'' He deliberately said the words cutely making the lady chuckle.
''Alright.....But only for a few minutes...okay?''
''Yay! you are the best, Mrs Lee.'' The boy jumped excitedly making Taegguk laugh.
''You have became very dramatic, Minhyuk..Come with me, you need punishment.'' The brunette walked away with the kid giggling in Taegguk's hold as the boy carried the small bean in his arms.
Taekook looked at their son who was now sitting on a chair with little Minhyuk in his lap as he taught him something with so many emotions. It was hard to word their thoughts right now.
''Your son is a gem. Mr Jeon.'' Mrs lee's voice grabbed both of their attention and they looked at the lady.
''We were trying our best to afford their schooling but things went downhill and a point came where kids have to gave up on their studies but they say that good things comes in the most unexpected ways......Taegguk came in our life like a new ray of hope....A hope which was very much needed. Not many people think about these kids but your son took it as his responsibility to make their life better with his efforts. These kids as well as this orphanage.....we will always be greatfull to you and your son..... He not only created a library here, but also paid for the school fees of the kids who are going to school... I don't know how to thank you for giving birth to a son like him.'' The lady said, gratitude visible in her eyes in the form of tears.
''Please don't say that. You don't need to thank us.'' Taehyung spoke softly, his eyes shining in pride.
''Yes Mrs Lee.....we are happy that our son could help.'' Jungkook added making the lady smile.
''That's nice to hear...Now, I'll leave you to meet kids as I have something important. I am sorry I can't accompany you.'' The woman apologised making the couple shook his head.
''No problem, Mrs lee....we are fine. You can go.''
The lady walked away leaving Taekook standing beside each other, their eyes trained on their son who was now surrounded by a group of kids who were listening to him attentive as the brunette told them something.
Both of them have had never felt so proud in their life before.
''I knew it....''
''What?'' Taehyung's voice made Jungkook look at him confused.
''Huh?''
''You said something.'' The blonde replied and Jungkook chuckled nervously.
''I did not say that out l-loud.....did I?'' He asked only to see Taehyung raising his eyebrow. The ravenette took sighed defeatedly and looked back at his son, his nervousness immediately vanishing into thin air.
''I don't know why, but I always knew that Taegguk wasn't doing anything right. Yes, I was afraid a little but somewhere, I had a deep trust on our son......on the person who raised him....'' His eyes came back to meet with blonde's blue once.
''I trust that he can never do anything wrong because Its you who raised him.'' The ravenette finished and both of them held eye contact for a few moments. Taehyung couldn't believe his ears.
Did Jungkook just said he trust him?
Trust? He actually used trust word....right?
Why was it so hard to believe that his husband trust him?
And the answer lie in what happened seventeen years ago. The blonde immediately averted his eyes and looked nowhere to be exact when his heart started doing that weird thing again.....
Can't it just stop beating that fast whenever Jungkook look into his eyes?
The ravenette smiled watching Taehyung fiddling with his fingers and looked back at his son who was now walking towards them.
''Mom!'' The brunette called bringing Taehyung back from his misery. The blonde looked at him only to regret being so rude with his son back at home when his eyes met Taegguk's brown ones.
''We should talk somewhere else.....kids are studying here.'' Jungkook suggested and they went out.
Standing under the tree, the brunette fiddled with his fingers when he saw that Taehyung wasn't ready to even look at him. The boy feared making the blonde mad at him while in reality...Taehyung wasn't looking at him because he was guilty.
''M-Mom!'' The brunette called after a good moment of silence while Jungkook stood just a few feet behind the blonde.
Taehyung looked at his son blankly.
''I am sorry, Mom......I shouldn't have hide it from you. I know my decision of lying to you was wrong. I never wanted to hurt you.....its just that, when I came here, I saw these kids living such a miserable life and I couldn't stand that. Everyone deserve to be happy. I know I can't make everyone happy, there are many people who are in need but I wanted to do my part. You taught me that changes start with us....right? If you wanna change the world, change yourself first and then contribute what you can in the revolution....I just did that, Mom......'' He paused looking down guiltily.
''I am sorry for lying to you. I am ready for any punishment but I didn't tell you this because I wanted to give you surprise. I thought I will bring you here on this Sunday. I was so excited to see you proud of me....but things didn't turn out that way.....I- I am sorry.'' Taegguk apologised guiltily.
The blonde looked at his son, a hesitant smile appeared on his lips looking at his baby looking down with his lips forming a pout.
''Gguk!'' He called. The brunette looked up guiltily.
''You don't have to be sorry about it. In fact, I am so proud of you. Really......you made me so proud baby. You did a great job but you should have known that lying to us wasn't a good decision, Gguk....your exams are approaching and you are bunking classes....that's not a good thing. Your intentions were good but your way of doing things was wrong. I know you wanted to surprise me but if you had told me then you wouldn't had to bunk your classes.... I would have helped you with this.''
''I know Mom....I am sorry!''
''Gguk....look at me.'' Taehyung called when the brunette kept standing with his head hung low while Jungkook watched both of them silently.
''What are you sorry for?''
''For bunking classes.'' The reply made Taehyung smile. He ruffled his son's hair lovingly before looking down guiltily.
'' I am sorry, Gguk....I shouldn't have been harsh with you. I should have trusted you. I was just afraid of losing you in the darkness of this world where money is everything.... I am sorry for not keeping my faith in you.'' The blonde apologised.
''Mom please! What are you doing? Please don't say sorry. I understand what you were thinking but trust me, I will never.....never ever do anything that can hurt you....'' The brunette said desperately as he saw guilty tears in his mother's eyes. Taehyung choked a sob and hugged his son tightly making the ravenette smile.
Taegguk's eyes met his father's making him a little nervous. As Taehyung pulled back from the hug, he saw his son looking at his father. The blonde turned to look behind him when Taegguk walked towards his father hesitantly.
Standing in front of Jungkook with his head hung low as he thought what to say, the brunette fiddled with his fingers. The ravenette smiled and spoke.
''You wanna say something, Gguk?'' The brunette nodded his head and looked up.
''I am sorry.''
''For?''
''For using your money without your permission. I know its your money I can't use it like its nothi-'' The ravenette didn't let the brunette complete his sentence and pulled his son in a warm hug.
''I am proud of you!'' Jungkook's words made the brunette's wide eyes widen even more. The loving pat at his head and the soft embrace of his father made the boy's mind go blank. He fisted Jungkook's shirt at his back tightly as he kept standing there holding his breathe trying his best to not cry.
It was the first time his father was hugging him and the moment wasn't emotional only for Taegguk, it was heartbreaking for Taekook as well.
''What's mine belong to you too, Gguk..... You don't need my permission to claim your rights.'' The ravenette added and pulled back from the hug while Taegguk's mind declined from functioning properly.
He needed time to make himself believe that his father actually hugged him.
''In fact..... I will bear all the expenses of renovating this orphanage as well as the education of kids here.....If it makes you happy.'' Jungkook said smiling at his son lovingly. Taegguk looked at his mother who was equally shocked to hear that from Jungkook.
The brunette nodded excitedly, overwhelming emotions not letting the boy say anything. The brown eyes trying their best to let the happiness flow out but the brunette didn't let them. He wasn't comfortable with appearing vulnerable in front of his father.
Why?
Because he always had acted strong. His self respect wasn't letting the boy accept that he was so happy that he wanted to scream, to shout, to dance, to cry and what not.
But what he did....he only looked at his father excitedly.
''I-I'll tell everyone.'' He said and Jungkook nodded.
The brunette immediately ran away from there, asking his heart to hold on just a minute more. He directly went to the washroom, locking the door from inside, the boy finally let himself cry in happiness....
He let himself accept that he was happy.
That he felt loved....
That he was not just a mistake....
That he was special.....very special.
On the other hand, Jungkook also excused himself saying that he will be waiting in the car leaving Taehyung standing in his spot.
He knew that both of them were going to cry.
He knew that both of them needed each other more than anything right now.
But he also knew that both were stubborn. They will not admit it until they want it themselves.
