Seoul, South Korea....
Sitting in the business class of aeroplane, a ravenette looked outside the window with blank eyes. His mind was again busy in thinking about his life decisions for the millionth time now. Its been years when he realised what he wanted from life but you can't undo the damage of your irresponsible and insensitive actions sometimes.
Not everyone gets a second chance.
The train of his thoughts broke when his phone rung. The boy sighed and looked at the screen only to see it was Namjoon calling him. The boy picked up the call and looked out of the window again as he took the phone to his ear.
''Hello.''
''Jungkook? Where are you?'' Came a concerned voice from the other side.
''In flight. I told you I am going to Paris.'' He replied simply making the man on the other side become a little tense.
''But I said I can go there on your behalf.'' Namjoon insisted making the ravenette nod a little.
''I know, Hyung... Thank you for the concern but I'll go there myself.'' He replied making Namjoon sigh defeatedly.
''You are over working yourself, Jungkook. You don't have to visit every country on your own for the meetings. You are the CEO of Jeon corporations, there are a lot of people who works under you. Anyone can attend these meetings.'' Namjoon tried to make the boy understand but Jungkook wasn't ready to listen.
''Hmm....I'll take break next time.'' The ravenette replied just to make Namjoon stop lecturing him. The boy looked at his watch as Namjoon sighed on the other side.
''You always says that.''
''I'll c-''
''Sir, please switch off your phone. We are about to take off.'' An air hostess cut the boy in the middle who nodded.
''I'll talk to you later, Hyung....'' With that, he ended the call without giving a chance to the boy to say something else. He immediately put the phone on flight mode and let himself get drowned in his thoughts again.
The flight took off. Large buildings turned into small patches, man walking down seemed crawling on the ground before disappearing under the clouds. There were so many colours in the world down there but Jungkook's life was still colourless.
The same it was from last seventeen years.
The boy had been living a dead life...a life without any wish or dream, a colourless life.....
A life without love.
But he couldn't blame anyone. If he had been even a little sensitive to his words all those years back, he may have his husband by his side.
A husband who loved him selflessly, unlimited and unconditionally.
Without expecting anything in return.
Since last seventeen years, he has been searching for a certain boy with blue, innocent eyes that used to look at him with those unknown emotions. A boy who would wait for him all day long just to get ignored in the end.
A boy who took care of his every little thing just to be treated as a mere servant.
Thinking about last seventeen years, Jungkook only repent his doings. He wasn't mature that time, or maybe he just didn't want to accept his feelings then but now, he only want to find that boy who left him alone all those years back only to suffer in lonliness.

He never thought a day will come when he will become a totally different person. Though, he didn't change much. He loved money seventeen years ago and wanted to have an unbeatable reputation in the society and today, he had it all. He had huge amount of money in his bank accounts, this society calls him a business God, a person who gets successful in every work he puts his hands in. Business world see him as an idol but nothing matters to Jungkook now.
He earns day and night not because he wants to.
He only work hard so that he don't have time to think....just so that his mind don't wander to the same thoughts again and again because every time he think about it, it only leaves him with pain.
Pain that he wasn't able to bear.
Pain that makes him angry at himself.
Pain that makes him want to turn the world upside down.
Pain that makes him cry silently into his pillows at night.
A never ending saga of regret and frustration.
His life was as empty as the sky. No bird, no cloud, no star.....only a burning sun.
Just like a burning heart inside his chest.
The boy had been travelling to different countries on purpose, in hope that he will find that blonde beauty whose absence made the boy a living statue. He don't smile, he don't laugh, he don't talk much now....the only thing he does is just work until his eyes can't take it anymore and close on its own due to tiredness or get lost in his thoughts until someone shook him out of them.
There was no country that he hadn't visited. The boy knew Taehyung wasn't in South Korea because he was able to make Yoongi spill about it. Yoongi was Jimin's boyfriend so when Taehyung left, Jimin also left with him and Yoongi knew about it all. Firstly, he didn't wanted to tell anything about Taehyung's whereabouts but when he saw Jungkook searching for Taehyung in whole South Korea like a madman, he couldn't stop himself from telling the boy that Taehyung wasn't in South Korea.
The ravenette begged to him to tell where the blonde was but Yoongi was tongue tied. Jimin had made him promise that he won't tell anything to the ravenette so Jungkook gave up on asking him and decided to search for the boy himself and since then, he had been visiting different cities of different countries in search of the blonde but he had no clue.
Even after living under the same roof as married husbands, Jungkook knew nothing about Taehyung making it hard for him to find the blonde. The only thing he knew about Taehyung was that he was blonde, had blue eyes that used to shine whenever he would look at Jungkook, a mole on his nose and a cute birth mark on his lower lip which always used to curl up in a beautiful smile whenever Jungkook would come home in the evening.
That's all he knew about his husband.
A boy who conceived his baby which he don't know if he was able to come into this world or died before seeing a glimpse of this beautiful earth.

He didn't know any fucking thing and more the boy thought about it, the more he became frustrated on his own careless self.
Everyone admires him, want a luxurious life like Jungkook, a life which appears to be all rainbows and unicorns with all the rich people in this world beside him but no one sees the sleepless nights, the angry punches thrown at the sandbag, brutality on his own body, blankness in his eyes, face deprived of any emotion and body a stiff, walking statue.
He was living a meaningless life.
Wandering around countries, searching for his husband so that he can beg him for his forgiveness and mercy so that he can live the rest of his life peacefully.
A life in which Taehyung would be beside him, holding his hand, looking at him with those shiny, blue eyes and a smile on his lips.
The thought itself was so beautiful that it appeared to be a dream.
A dream he had been seeing everyday from the last seventeen years.
The aeroplane flew over so many cities, passing so many water bodies but nothing could make the ravenette excited. He was watching outside only because he didn't want anyone to look at his weak eyes that were ready to shed tears that he had hidden from the world till now.
The boy came out of his thoughts when the flight landed with a jerk. He sighed and blinked several times before looking around himself. Walking out of the flight, he looked at the city in front of him which gave him hope like every other city gave him till now.
It had been seventeen years but Jungkook's will was still as strong as it always had.
He wasn't ready to give up.
He knew that if he gave up now, he won't be able to die peacefully.
The car was waiting outside the airport, Jungkook slided in and let the driver take him to his destination.
His hotel.
The ravenette freshened up after letting himself lay lazily on the bed, looking at the ceiling and trying to stop his mind from drifting off to his miserable thoughts again. He had a meeting in one hour so he sighed and picked up his wallet and phone. The driver was waiting for him at the entrance of the grand hotel. Once again, Jungkook was inside the car and looking out of the window at the crowd walking on the footpath.
Everyone seemed to have some kind of expressions on their face. Some were happy, maybe they were going on a date, some were sad as if their beloved have declined their invitation to go on a movie tonight, some were tensed.. maybe because their rude and arrogant boss had gave them a deadline for some project while some were simply walking carelessly, enjoying the weather.
None of them seemed aimless.
Except Jungkook who sat inside the car with a blank face.
The car halted in front of a building. The ravenette looked around to see a small crowd entering the building making the boy confused.
''Why this crowd?'' He asked.
"You don't know?" The driver asked in disbelief making the boy shake his head unsurely.
"Today is an exhibition here. The work of a very famous Painter will be displayed today. People from all over the world have came here to buy it. I thought you also came here for the exhibition." The driver informed making the ravenette look at the entrance of the building again.
"No..... I am here for a meeting." He informed and went out. Two men immediately came to welcome the ravenette who nodded acknowledging them.
"Welcome, Mr Jeon.... We are really happy to have you here " One of the men said smiling politely making Jungkook smile a little. Despite of having a dominant and powerful aura, Jungkook appeared to be friendly and polite making the two of the men smile at him.
''Boss is waiting for you, Mr Jeon...let's go.'' The other said making the ravenette nod.
''Yeah...''
With that, the three of them walked inside the same building. Jungkook looked around at the people walking towards the other side excitedly while the three of them walked towards the elevators.
''The lower two floors are museum and our office is at the sixth floor. Today is an exhibition here that's why there is crowd today.'' One of the men explained when he saw Jungkook looking around. The ravenette nodded understandingly as they walked inside the elevator.
The meeting went as expected. Who won't want to work with Jeon Jungkook? so when the ravenette placed some terms and conditions in front of them which seemed a little difficult to accept, the other party thought only for a moment before accepting.
Informing them about the date of signing the contact, Jungkook went out. The two men again walking him out. The boy's phone buzzed and he took it out from the pocket.
It was Namjoon again.
He picked up the call and placed it to his ear.
''Yes, Hyung?''
''How was the meeting?''
''As always....''
''W-Where are you now?'' Namjoon asked hesitantly.
''I am going to hotel now.'' Jungkook replied walking towards the elevators.
''When are you coming back?''
''I'll be l-'' Jungkook stopped when he looked in front of him. He felt like someone snatched his voice, as if someone had hit him hard. His heart thudded against his chest wildly and the phone fell from his hand. Tears appeared in his widened eyes and he fought to keep his breathe even.
He didn't know if those tears were of happiness or relief.
The boy couldn't believe what he was seeing was true or if he was dreaming but if it was just a dream, he didn't want to wake up.
In front of him, Taehyung stood in the elevator with a woman who talked to him while the blonde only nodded here and there, smile never leaving his face.
And Jungkook's heart had never beat so hard before today.

This Used to be About Dungeons
This Used to be About Dungeons is a comfy slice-of-life adventuring story that occasionally features dungeons. Updates Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Mostly it's about walking in the woods with a friend, looking for mushrooms to put in your soup, or haggling with the guy selling squash, or taking care of a neglected garden. It's putting some jam on shortbread biscuits. And yes, sometimes you go down into the dungeons with your friends, and you kill monsters there, or disarm traps, but when you come out, you realize you've found the perfect magic item to give to one of the local kids that helped you out when your cat was sick. Look, the dungeons are always going to be there, and sometimes you need to make a journey to one of the Spirit Gates, or make a pilgrimage with the local Cleric of Symmetry to a holy shrine. Your tour through the local dungeons can wait. You'll have rivalries with other groups, and find some dungeon eggs that need to be carefully incubated in case they turn out to be something valuable, and help a friend to build a fishing weir. There's a big world out there, a mostly tame place with lots of magic, and even more to do and see. Join me, won't you?The cover image is Morning Sunlight Effect, Eragny, by Camille Pissarro.

This project has no purpose
Summary: This is the story about the life of a "human" amidst a world that only appears to be earth at first glance. Long ago the face of this world resembled the typical tales of yore; of knights and fairies, swords and magic, however such an era has come and gone. Even the world of fantasy has progressed steadily into the modern epoch filled with the wonders of science and technology! In the ancient times a certain crisis had occured that lead to the quick decline of various magical species. Due to their low population and general incompatibility with the other races they could not crossbreed to save their numbers. Left with no other choice the major races of the world gathered together in an attempt to change the fate of this dying world. Their only hope was a special 'world-tier' magic known as 'the dusk of harmony'. The result of this magic would dissolve every race into their purest essences known as 'aspect' and instill them within the human population. The humans were the best choice as their numbers were numerous and form was similar to most races. As such, the various races of this world managed to save themselves in essence and soul only, though perhaps there was no other choice. With the various humans now carrying the weight and aspects of those who came before, life has continued onto the modern age. Yet, even amongst these hybrids 'Pures' emerge from time to time, beings who have inherited not only aspects of the ancient races, but their forms too. These Pures are often times exceptionally talented and seen as near deities. This is the story of a perculiar boy who is born with the soul of a stranger from the world known as 'Earth'. With the memories and soul of a human, he too is a rare Pure; a pure human. --- This project literally has no purpose and is being written because I felt like it. There isn't any semblance of a solid direction nor have I thought about any characters aside from the main character and a few auxiliary cast. If you would like to contribute to building this world with me then please contact me through a DM or by leaving a comment, I will be sure to credit you.
