《Percy Jackson x Reader-Sea of Monsters》Chapter 2

I braced myself to die, thinking about my moments with (Y/N), but nothing came. I looked up and saw the giant's body went rigid. His face was surprised. I looked at his stomach, where something was poking out of it. The glowing tip of a blade. The giant dropped the dodgeball from his hand.
"Ow." He muttered before he burst into a cloud of green flame and standing in the smoke was my friend Annabeth, who looked like she was chased a thousand miles by ghosts. She looked at Matt Sloan who was standing there like an idiot and punched him in the face.
"Don't you ever hurt my friend!" She shouted at his face.
Then she walked up to me.
"A-Annabeth what are you doing here?" I asked.
"We don't have time right now. Meet me outside."
She looked past my shoulder and pointed to Tyson.
"And bring him too."
"What?"
"Just hurry! There's no time!"
She then put on her Yankees baseball cap,a magic gift from her mom,and instantly vanished. Leaving me alone in the middle of a burning gym. The doors of the gym barged open, the headmaster and teachers came in. They all looked at me.
"It was Percy Jackson who did it! It was all him and his friend!" Matt Sloan exclaimed.
I knew they wouldn't believe me so I grabbed Riptide out of my ruined jeans and yelled at Tyson.
"Come on!"
We both ran towards the hole in the side of the burning building.
~
We found Annabeth at an alley. She looked seriously angry.
"Where did you find him?" Annabeth demanded while glaring daggers at Tyson.
I didn't know what her problem was with Tyson but right now I need to know why she is here.

"He's a friend." I told her.
"Is he homeless?"
"What the heck is wrong with you? You don't just say that out loud. He can hear you,you know. Why don't you ask him?"
She looked surprised.
"He can talk?" She asked.
"I talk." Tyson admitted.
Annabeth rolled her eyes.
"Now answer my question, Annabeth. Why are you here?" I asked impatiently.
"Have you've been having dreams?" She asked, ignoring my question.
"The dreams about Grover."
Annabeth's face paled. Grover was her best friend. He left Camp to continue his journey of finding Pan.
"What about Grover? Tell me your dream."
I told her my dream. She sighed and ran her hand through her blonde hair. Tyson tried to touch her hair but she swatted his hand away.
"Now why are you here?"
Annabeth looked at me with her intense grey eyes.
"About a week ago,(Y/N) IMed me. She said that there was trouble at camp and that I had to get you. So I've been running all the way from Virginia. Monsters were trying to stop me. Now come on we...all have to go to Camp."
My mind went crazy.
'Trouble at Camp? Is (Y/N) ok? Is she hurt?'
"Ok but how is Tyson going to Camp? He's not even a halfblood."
"Are you sure about that? Look at him closely without the Mist." Annabeth said while she was digging through her backpack for something.
I looked at Tyson where his eyes should be at. Wait he only has one eye!
"T-Tyson y-your a Cyclops!?"
"Yes." He simply replied.
"Come on we'll take a taxi to Camp."
I nodded still shocked that all this time I've been looking at Tyson with Mist. Annabeth finally found what she needed from her backpack. A drachma.

"Annabeth New York taxi drivers won't take that." I said.
"I know what I'm doing Percy." She said before shouting in Ancient Greek:"Stthi hrma diabols!". Which means:"Stop Chariot of Damnation!"
Then she threw her drachma to the ground and it sinked into the pavement. Nothing happened at first but then a grey taxi cab came out where the coin came from. The window rolled down and an old woman's popped out.
"Where to?" She asked
"Three to Camp Half-Blood."
The lady nodded. Annabeth opened the door and got in first, probably so she won't sit near Tyson. I got in then Tyson. What I didn't know was that this going to be a wild ride with three old ladies who share one eye.
We finished patching everyone who was injured. Me and Will were on our way to get something to eat until we heard a pounding sound at the barrier. Clarisse ran towards us. She was ready for battle like always.
"Will try to gather some archers. (Y/N) you come with me as border patrol. We have another monster attack. Go!" Clarisse yelled before barking more orders to more people.
I put my armor and helmet on. I tapped a charm on my bracelet and it instantly turned into my golden bow and a quiver of endless arrows. I made sure I had my dagger with me. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around and saw that it was Will. He had his bow and arrows too.
"Be careful (Y/N)."
We parted ways. I was at the front, preparing whatever kind of monster we have to attack. I took out my dagger and got ready. A dagger might not seem much but I can beat anyone, even Clarisse, with it.
'Percy,Annabeth where are you? We need you like right now!'
There was one last pounding before the whole barrier crashed. A Colchis bull. And not just one. There was two.
The lady slammed on the brakes. The taxi spun at least 5 times before coming to a complete stop in the middle of the farm road at the base of Half-Blood Hill.
Tyson let out a huge burp.
"I better now." He said.
"Come on! We have to get out now!" Annabeth yelled as she opened her door.
I was about to ask why when a loud pounding sound was heard from the Camp. At the Camp barrier was a group of campers and they were under attack.
