"So how do we get there, y/n?" Bam leaned forward, his eyes sparkled.

"A door." I deadpanned.

The light in his eyes died down a little. "That's- that's not what I meant.."

"I'm kidding. Well not really." I pointed towards the dark alleyway between the two brick buildings.

It's ominously just sitting there, darker then the rest. No matter how much light you shine on it, it's just black.

Sometimes I wonder how our base haven't been discovered yet...

Shaking off the thought, I turned my head towards the team. "Aight you guys. Be prepared to go in and not come back because we might die in there."

Hockney shivered, "why'd you say something like that in a cheerful voice..?"

"Let's go!"

Yool stayed back, saying he'd guard the warship just in case we need to evacuate immediately.

I don't believe we'll have to, to be honest, but taking precautions are essential in any battle field.

"Can't believe I'm entering Daeyang domain." Khun sighed from beside me.

I scoffed jokingly, "is that what we're calling it now? It has a name y'know."

He raised a brow, looking at me.

"Kingdom of sparkly doo doo water."

Everyone stopped dead in their tracks, immediately snapping their heads at me. Khun had a look of disbelief.

"...my five year old self made that name and everyone made fun of me by repeating it over and over again." I explained, "but then it got stuck with everyone. They changed it two years later."

The blue haired man wheezed, pointing a finger at my face, "phucking idiot."

I pulled a tongue out at him, "it's called the southern sea now, bitch ass."

He replied with the same gesture.

"Let's get a move on before these two start french kissing." Elaine pushed me by the shoulders and towards the dark alleyway entrance.

I gulped involuntarily. "Ready?"

Everyone shook their heads no.

"Well let's go!"

I lead everyone through the dark. When I said dark, I meant dark dark. Pitch black.

Even though we already passed the alleyway, we haven't reached the door yet. Or at least... I think? When I look back, I couldn't see anything, so I assume we're past it.

"Is this even necessary?" I heared a voice speak behind me who I guessed was Hockney.

I nodded, even though it couldn't be seen. "We don't really want anyone finding us y'know?"

I hear a hum beside me.

"Khun, can you move away from my ear please."

"What? I'm behind you."

I hear a shriek, "don't touch me!"

It was Elaine.

"Oh, never mind then."

My heart rate picks up. "Then who's... Beside me..?

"I don't know, but I don't think it's anything good." Elaine answered.

I lifted my palm, a small flame on it. It doesn't light up the path ahead, but it should be able to show who's beside me.

Even though I don't want to, I was curious.

"Y/n, be careful." I hear Khun whisper.

"Stop it, you're scaring me. Just shut up."

I turned slowly towards my left, the fire on my palm flickering.

My heart nearly stopped.

The first thing I saw was black, long eyelashes. Next was the eyelids, where the skin was so thin I could see their blue veins nearly popping out. It's skin, milky white with a hint of another color. Red? It might be.

I lowered my hand, meeting it's large grinning mouth. It's lips chapped and bloody. Their teeth razor sharp, green mold grows on it's edge.

I took a few steps back from it.

"Y/n? What did you find?" I hear Elaine call out.

"Shh.."

My back hurts something sturdy, but slimey.

Ahh, shit...

"Y/n! Back up!"

I jumped back, rolling on the ground away, feeling wind slash right above my head.

Suddenly, I could see my surroundings. The lights above us turns on, uncovering a big white walled room. An iron double door stands a few meters away from us.

"That's the door!" I pointed. But my celebration was quickly shut down.

A sudden roar startled me.

It wasn't a singular roar.

We all watched wide eyes as milky white, boney beings littered the room, roaring and baring it's sharp teeth at us.

"I think we're in a doozy." I said, turning to look at the rest of the team.

"Yeah I can see that." Khun snapped.

The creatures charged at us at once. Startling all of us to near death.

I created water bubbles around them all, stopping their move. The bubble itself wasn't enough to kill them.

All of the sudden, my water bubbles turned into ice, including the bloody creatures inside them - and then smashed into pieces.

I looked back at Khun who was rubbing his wrist and Elaine who was just about to pull back her arms inventory.

"Good team work you guys." I gave them a thumbs up. "Those things were spooky."

Khun walks up to me, rubbing my head and messing up my hair in the process.

I looked up at the taller man in smugness. "You like doing that huh?"

He returned the same expression, "well, you're kinda cute I guess."

With that, he passed by me and towards the double doors.

I blinked in confusion.

"What do you mean 'kinda'!?" I ran up to him, pulling him into a head lock. "Oi! I said, what'd you mean I-"

He leaned his head forward, planting a kiss on my lips. "That should shut you up for a good minute."

"Oh fuck you!"

"Damn it doesn't work anymore."
