Ai & Bai ☝☝

Mei and Bai were out in the garden training and Mei couldn't help but get frustrated, she'd been locked in the house for two whole days and hadn't been able to get in touch with pa oh.

She also missed Han sung.

She threw her sword to the ground, then snatched Bai's sword and threw it across the garden.

"What is your problem? " Bai asked looking genuinely offended.

"You are, you and your sister. I want to go outside, its been two days already please. I miss Han sung and I-" Mei stopped mid sentence and turned away from Bai, pouting.

Bai sighed, he hated it when Mei threw a tantrum, it usually affected everyone in the house and then she wrote long vulgar letters to the Emperor which resulted in he and Ai getting scolded by the emperor on one of his secret impromptu visits.

Sometimes she fired all the servants and then expected him to go to their houses and beg them to come back.

"Princess please do not be this way, we are just trying to protect you "

"Get real, I'm Lee Jung remember not princess Mei, I am not in danger now please let me go I won't get in trouble I promise " Mei said and turned to face Bai with big round eyes and pouting her lips. Bai hated it when she looked at him that way, it was hard to refuse her whenever she did.

"Fine but if you get in trouble I am not defending you when Ai starts shouting at you " he said.

Mei smiled and hugged him then ran out of the yard.

She went straight to Han Sung's house and found him sparring with his brother Dan Sae.

"Hello hyung" she greeted and bowed.

Dan Sae smiled. " I'm sorry but Han sung cannot come out today, you have five minutes " Dan Sae said and walked away.

"Why can't you come out, what's grandfather punishing you for now?" Mei asked.

Han sung sighed and wiped the sweat off his forehead. "I am not being punished, I'm going to be in hwarang so grandfather says I have to train " Han sung said. Mei stared at Han sung in shock, how could he join hwarang after telling her that he wasn't joining.

"Hyung, this is so unfair you said you weren't joining! " she whined.

Han sung pouted and crossed his arms over his chest. "It wasn't my fault, I followed Dan sae and Soo ho and the others to fight Ban ryu and his gang at Najeong and we got caught and were forced to sign up " Han sung said.

Mei frowned, that sounded a lot like a trap. Just then Dan Sae came back from wherever he went to.

"Im so sorry Jung but Han sung has to train now so you must leave " Dan sae said. Mei pouted "Yes" she whispered and left.

As Mei walked around, she spotted Soo ho and ban ryu with their gangs. She balled up her hands into fists, it was their fault that Han sung was in hwarang. She stormed up to them.

"Will football suffice?" Ban ryu asked Soo ho as Mei reached them.

"Oh that?" Soo ho asked.

"Refuse" one of Soo ho's friends said.

"Your on" Soo ho said ignoring his friend.

"Get more men, you're two men short" Ban ryu said.

" Actually, we're three men short" Soo ho said.

Ban ryu pointed at Mei, " isn't that small one a part of your group " he said. Soo ho turned to face Mei and smirked.

Mei glared at Ban ryu, who was he calling small? She lunged at Ban ryu "Call me small again you little insect and I'll stick my-" Soo ho and one of his friends held her back and placed a hand over her mouth.

"Save it for the game " Soo ho said and dragged her away.

"Hyung let go off me, I just have to punch him once" Mei said as she was dragged away from ban ryu. Soo ho released her when they were a safe distance from ban ryu.

"What is wrong with you hyung you should've let me smack him"

"Aish, shut up I told you to save it for the game! "

"Who says I'm playing the last time I played I had to pay for Kang Sung's ankle injuries "

"Yes but this time there's no rules except score goals" Soo ho said and slung his arm around Mei's shoulder.

Mei considered it for a moment, there were no rules. She could probably get away with breaking Ban ryu's face or just his nose.

"Fine I'll be at the field so hurry up and get more men" Mei said and walked away.

"Soo ho, do you ever wonder why Jung is so small, I swear he could pass for a woman if he wore women's clothing " one of Soo ho's friends said.

"What are you talking about? " Soo ho asked, not really grasping what his friend was trying to say.

"Never mind let's go look for men to complete our team"

Mei wanted to go with them to search for men but she had to change before they arrived, she barely been able to make an excuse last time.
