《His Little Psycho》25- Is FroYo Ice Cream?

When he returns, he returns with all of my medicine. He has put it in a backpack, and the way he entered the room still makes me die of laughter.

I hear the door downstairs open, and I just sit on his bed, staring at the wall as I was doing the whole time. Twenty minutes pass and I assume that I must have been hearing things because while I may have heard a distant door open, I heard no one come up the stairs, nor did I smell his scent of very strong Irish Spring bar soap. Don't judge me.

Eventually, he barges in the room, scaring the lungs out of me. I soon realize it is him and get up from my place on the floor beside his bed, he comes up to me and he has a black hoodie and sunglasses, making him appear sketchy.

"What are you doing?" I laugh.

"Miss Rose, I have your drug delivery here."

"My drug delivery?" I ask jokingly.

"Yes, your illegal substances are in this bag right here, ma'am."

I shake my head, smiling.

He pours the pill bottles out on the bed.

"Thanks.' I say.

"No problem. When do you have to take them?"

"In the morning." I point to one of the pill bottles. The one that I take when I come in contact with blood.

"Except that one. I have to take that one if there is ever an emergency where I see blood."

"Uhm.." Marcus pauses and fights a laugh.

"What about when you're on your period?"

"Then I take that medicine before I use the bathroom, or do whatever it is I need to do." I say, laughing at his strange question.

"Oh well, are you ready for desert?" He asks.

"Your mom made desert?' I ask.

"No she went to bed, but I want to take you out for desert." He says.

"Do you see what I'm wearing?" I ask him, gesturing to my outfit of his.

"Um, have you seen every other girl on this planet?" He says.

I raise an eyebrow at him.

"This could be made stylish.", He says.

I had kept my bra on because it would be strange to stay at a boys house overnight without a bra.

"Tuck in the shirt, and pull the basketball shorts up." He says.

I pull the shorts up to my waistline, and tuck in the shirt.

He tosses me some crocs, and I put them on.

"You do know that I hate showing my legs, right?" I ask.

"It's dark, no one will look. And I know they won't say anything because that's what I'm here for."

I nod and we quietly leave.

He drives to a frozen yogurt place, and we go in. We make our FroYo, weigh it, pay for it, and sit down.

"So, how was your day at school, really?" He asks.

"Well because you seem to have friends that draw a lot of attention to themselves, lots of stares."

"Noah doesn't draw attention to himself. He only talks to the people he actually messes with, and that is very little."

"He doesn't have to talk. The way he looks isn't very average. He's like, a bad emo boy from a movie, he has so many holes in his face it could trigger someones trypophobia, and people might have to look twice because he's dressed from head to toe in black and if you don't check twice, you might mistake him for a shadow."

Marcus laughs. "Fair point."

"Why haven't you eaten your FroYo?" Marcus asks me.

"I'm waiting for it to melt." I say.

"If you wanted a milkshake, you could've just asked." He says, smirking.

"I like ice cream melted because one, its less cold, two, it tastes better."

"It's not ice cream, its FroYo." He says.

"It tastes just like ice cream." I argue.

I had gotten the chocolate flavor with sprinkles, brownie pieces, oreo crumbs, fudge squares, caramel, chocolate syrup, and gummy bears. I got the gummy bears just so I could take them out and eat them once I finished my ice cream. I loved gummy bears. But they definitely did not beat Trolli sour gummy worms.

"Lets go somewhere." Marcus says.

"We already are somewhere." I say.

"No, I mean, a party." He says.

"Can't we just get a bunch of cold bottled coffee, a bunch of candy, other junk food, a bluetooth speaker, a bunch of movies from the $5 movie box at Walmart, go back to your room, and watch movies and hang out?"

He pauses for a while

"You know what, Rose?'

He pauses again.

"That actually sounds like the bestest idea I have ever heard." He says, smirking.

And so that is what we did. We went to stores until we got everything to carry out my idea, and we went back to his house to finish the plan.

We watched Norbit, Fat Albert, 12 feet deep, and some other movies. Most were comedies. It was very fun.

We stayed up until 4;30 am before I fell asleep, and he fell asleep right beside me. He probably stayed up later than me, and I'm basing this idea off of the fact that when we woke up, we had less snacks then we had when I fell asleep.

That night, I slept better than I had since my mom had died.

It kind of makes me wish I lived there. I wish I could stay in his cozy house with his lovely mother, her amazing cooking, and his company.

Sometimes, I think back on it and it is kind of hard to imagine that he struggled really hard like me, and still manages to enjoy the small things in life.

Now, that's the true definition of self love.

I think it may be impossible to completely love your physical appearance unless you're perfect. So the true definition of self love isn't to love your entire physical appearance, but to accept it. And to treat your self kind mentally and physically. To let yourself enjoy life, instead of forcing yourself to think about the past, and dwelling on things. Letting yourself love, and accepting your feelings, is the true meaning of self love.

With that in mind, there are a lot of things I need to change.

AUTHORS NOTE: I know, boring chapter. Sorry. I will try to stop making boring chapters. I will try to make every chapter have a point from now on. I had to publish something so you guys know I am still alive, hehe. Anyways, give your thoughts on my writing. Some constructive criticism will be accepted. I need it. Also, any predictions of what will happen? What you want to happen? Thoughts on characters? Thoughts on froYo? Thoughts on Ice cream? Do you agree with Marcus or Brianna/do you think FroYo is just like ice cream, or do you think FroYo is it's own thing? I personally agree with Brianna, and everything she put on it, is what I would put on it. Yum. Chocolate FroYo is the only good FroYo. Leave your opinions. Let's argue.
