After moving away to start your studies, you end up moving into an apartment complex. You're completely unbeknown to the rumors going around about the complex's mysterious residents, who are said to have a stunning resemblance to the gods of ancient Greece. One day, you bump into one of the residents, and soon enough realize there might be some truth to the rumors. Who is the resident and how will you react to this discovery?
You're a History student commissioned to carry out a research project. You choose as your theme the disappearance of the town of Roanoke, a very old mysterious legend; and you make a trip to interrogate the inhabitants of areas near that place. Upon arriving at the place, the inhabitants inform you that a new town has just disappeared. What is the mystery behind the disappearance of an entire town?

Frank Ebner once wanted to save the world. Let the second one be better than the first. On Earth he was a student of... well it hardly matters anymore. It came with perks, for in passing through their Heavens, they'd been exposed to Divinity, and taken some of the Celestial within them. Heroes now, but there are heroes, and there are Heroes. The nobility of the Empire care only for those who carry blessed bloodlines, and their time to adapt and train up for the new world is limited. Patrons are scarce among those like Frank, with only the base Hero perks, and magic studies expensive and lengthy. Often requiring heavy Oaths to gain the necessary aid to wield mana as a mage. Frank found another way. It nearly cost him his life. Now on the run and burned by the very magic he sought and craved, he is a pilgrim traveling to the The Eternal Tree, font of Perseverance. Frank hopes Ir-karlak will grant him some way to recover from the fires that scorched him. Without snuffing out the embers those fires lit within, for he has learned to harness them and he would not give up magic for the world. *** In the last 21 days, as I update this, I've managed about 18-19 updates. Not willing to believe that his discovery bore no fruit, Shoes uses whatever free time he has to chip away at the brick walls. He spends the week hoping that the tunnel is actually leading somewhere. Shoes, slave of Miranda Alexia Dawngrove, finds a secret passage beneath his Mistress's mansion. It leads nowhere. However, Shoes discovers that the wall is damaged at one section. Someone was obviously trying to dig their way somewhere. Hoping he would find a way to escape, Shoes continues chipping away at the wall. Shoes, slave of Miranda Alexia Dawngrove, finds a secret passage beneath his Mistress's mansion. There is a hole at the end of the corridor, which leads to a dark chamber. Brick walls, low ceiling, the room's only feature is a stone altar in the middle. It's not the escape route Shoes hoped for, but he is happy with his discovery nevertheless. The room could be a perfect hideout. Shoes, slave of Miranda Alexia Dawngrove, finds a secret chamber beneath his Mistress's mansion. At first glance it seems to be empty, but he notices a straw mattress in one corner. There is a slave uniform on the makeshift bed. As he picks up the clothes, a small wooden figurine falls to the ground. Rough shape, amateurish carving; it's the exact copy of the statuette Shoes has in his pocket.

Robin Murray has a lot on his plate. He's the odd man out at his high school; Homeschooled most of his life due to his poor health, he finally talked his parents into allowing him to attend school as a freshman... Until the day he was sucked inside one of his games and imprisoned there for five years. It was only upon completing the game that he's freed and wakes up in his bed like nothing happened, except he brought the game's powers with him into the real world. But now its back to business as usual. While five years passed for him inside the game, only a single night passed in the real world and he's got school to attend in the morning. But things begin to spiral out of control when he wakes up to the reality that his parents are missing and... Monsters are hiding as humans? Turns out his P.E teacher is a troll, the local librarian is a literal harpy, and Medusa owns the most popular bar in town. Oh, and the girl he's been crushing on since he was like- six, isn't exactly human either. Robin must delve into the mysteries surrounding his town if he wants any hope of finding his missing parents. And to do that without suffering a fate worse than death, he'll need to personally enter the game worlds to level up and acquire new abilities. FPS, RPG, Strategy, they'll all help him in one way or another- there's just one catch. He only gets one life both inside and outside the game world, a single death will spell the end of Robin's Quest. It's time for a Gamer to take on The World.
