Prof. Utonium, accidentally smashed a bottle of Chemical X that spilled mixed in with the other ingredients, and the Powerpuff Girls where born. But what if there fun and dangerous adventures to stop the forces of evil is all there imaginations?

Let me explain.

Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup (The Powerpuff Girls) are just normal little girls with an overactive imagination.

Professor Utonium is there father but not a Professor of advanced science. He is a pharmacist who makes medicine in his basement, Which is why the girls can't go down there.

Mojo Jojo (the main villain) is there older brother who is sexually attracted to his younger sisters, which is why he will try to capture them In any way, but the girls always run away or escape from him.

Fuzzy Lumpkins is there hill-Billy neighbor.

The Gang Green Gang are just Teenagers who play along.

The Mayor of Townsville is, of course, there grandfather.

And finally, Him. Him is actually Prof. Utoniums brother. He is gay and that is why the Professor doesn't like him or let the girls around him. That is also why he is seen as a Devil-like creature (The Devil being all things bad, in some religions being gay is a no-no)
