Surely, forests have featured in adventure stories more than any other setting. Alternately quiet and peaceful, magical and mysterious, dark and forbidding, forests have loomed large in literature, music and art for hundreds of years.
This month we give you the opportunity to write your own short story inspired by one of the prompts below - all about forests.
"She ran off the path into the woods looking for flowers. Each time she picked one she thought that she could see an even more beautiful one a little way off, and she ran after it, going further and further into the woods..."

Tales of the Old World Demon Lord
