Lexis POV
The next day I was laying in Cam and I's bed(after he washed the sheets of course) and refused to go out and see anyone. I was still pissed off about last night and wasn't ready to talk to anyone. Cam went to the store so right now it was just me and Ethan. It's a little passed two in the afternoon and thankfully no one has tried to come talk to me yet. I could hear all the noise the boys were making and could only imagine what I'd be left to clean up later. The noises eventually died down though and I thought it'd be safe to go lay Ethan down for his nap before he started crying.
I opened the door quietly with Ethan in my arms and looked both directions to see if the coast was clear. When I saw no one I made a dash for the nursery and closed the door behind me. I let out a sigh of relief before waking over to Ethan's crib. He had already fallen asleep in my arms so I placed a light kiss on his forehead before paying him down. I left after making sure he was okay and headed back to Cam and I's bedroom. When I opened the door I was not happy with what I saw. Nash and Hayes were both sitting at the end of my bed clearly waiting for me.
"Out. Both of you."
"No Lex, we really need to talk this out." Hayes spoke up, but I ignored him and turned around to walk out because if they weren't leaving then I sure as hell was.
I got as far as the hall closet before the two started following me and corned me at the end of the hall. I tried getting past them but they just weren't letting up.
"No Lexi. You're going to stand here and listen to us." Nash said, I just shot him a glare.
"And why should I do that? So you guys can lie to me some more." I shot back.
"Lex we haven't lied to you-" Hayes started before Nash smacked the back of his head, "okay maybe we have but it was just until I figured things out. Mom and Dad don't even know yet."
"Oh so I'm not the last one to know? Is that supposed to make me feel better or something?" I was heated at this point and just wanted to get out of there.

I tried to slip past the two again but no matter how hard I tried it wouldn't work. These two were like a brick wall or something.
"No it's not. Will you please just let me explain? It's not like I meant for this to happen okay? It just kind of did kind of like you and Cam-"
Wait back up for a second there. How dare he even try and compare these two situations together. I can't believe he is trying to use my situation to justify what he did right now.
"Oh no you don't. Hayes, do not even try to compare this to Cam and I. Two very different situations. Cam and I loved each other but you and Taylor? That was just a mistake." I shot back with so much venom in my voice.
Things got quiet for a few minutes after that. I could tell Nash was trying not to butt in and Hayes, he just had a blank look on his face. He spoke up, his voice was softer than before.
"Lexi and I having sex was a mistake but that baby, that baby is not." He was almost talking in a whisper by the end.
Just then I heard noises coming from the kitchen and hushed voices that seemed to be quietly arguing with each other. My brothers turned around to see what the cause of it was and I took the opportunity to slip out from them and run. I came to the living room only to see the Jacks and a puppy? He wiggled out of GIlinsky's grip and ran over to me.
"What the hell guys you were supposed to wait till she forgave us." Nash whined.
"Sorry bro but he slipped off his collar." He replied shrugging.
I bent down to pick the small dog up. Getting a better look at him I could see he was a German shepherd which no surprise considering they both knew I've wanted one since we were little. I picked him up in my arms and turned towards my two brothers.
"So you tried to bribe me into forgiving you with a puppy?"
"Well did it work?" Nash asked, expectantly.
"No." I simply stated, then walked off to my room and slammed the door shut behind me.
They didn't follow me thank god, so I took a seat on my side of the bed after placing to puppy down. He crawled up to me and started to lick my face and I couldn't help but giggle a little. Taking in his appearance I could tell he was perfect. His coat was a solid black color except for his paws, the were brown and looked as if he was wearing socks. He is the spitting image of the dog I've always dreamed of.

"You're such a cute little thing aren't you?"
"Why yes I am thank you for noticing." I heard a voice speak. Looking up I saw Cam smirking, who I hadn't even heard come into the room.
"Oh shut up." I laughed, taking one of the pillows and throwing it at him.
He dodged the pillow and laughed before taking off his jacket and hanging it in our closet.
"So who's this little guy?" He asked, joining me on the bed.
"A bribe from dumb and dumber." I replied scratching behind the puppies ear.
"Well dumb and dumber would really like talk to you-"
"Cam." I interrupted.
"Listen Lex, I really think you should talk to them. Nothing's ganna get solved if you don't talk it out." He tried to reason with me.
"Fine. But tell them they come to me." I replied, rolling my eyes.
A smile broke across his face before he leaned in and pecked me on the lips. After that he got up and left to go get the two idiots. Soon enough the two were walking in and I motioned for Hayes to shut the door behind him. I moved to the middle of the bed so they both could sit on the sides of me and it was quiet for a while. I could tell they had no clue what to say to me.
"So tell me again why you lied to me?" I asked, breaking the silence.
"Hayes asked me not to say anything, he's my brother-"
"And I'm you're sister!" I all but almost yelled, making the puppy sit up and let out a little bark.
Nash glared at me before he continued, " He was scared Lexi, he knew you would react this way and had no one else to turn to."
"I didn't want you to hate me." Hayes admitted.
"You? I would never hate you. Taylor on the other hand I don't know so much. She knew what she was doing. She cheated on Jacob with my little brother of all people!"
Hayes' facial expression turned from a worried to a confused one.
"What?" He asked in shock.
"His sister cornered me and told me everything. Even congratulated me on having a home wrecking brother." I laughed bitterly.
"Lexi you have it all wrong Jacob was the one who cheated on her."
"What?" I asked, it was my turn to be the completely confused one.
"Jacob cheated on her with some gross freshman a little creepy if you ask me but that's not the point. The point is he's the one who was in the wrong here. I was trying to make Taylor feel better and you kinda already know what happened there." He trailed off.
"Even knowing that doesn't make things okay Hayes."
"Well if if makes you feel better we're not actually together we're just... spending time with each other until the babies born." He added in.
"Spending time together my ass. Do you know how long it took Cam to convince me not to burn this bed?" I asked, causing the two of them to laugh.
"So can we be okay?" Nash asked hesitantly.
"For now I guess. Now, help me name him." I said referring to the dog.
"What about Spartacus!" Nash suggested and me and Hayes gave him a look that basically meant 'no fucking way'.
"What about Duke?" Hayes suggested next.
"Duke. I like it." I concluded.
Nash insisted on taking the puppy now to go get his collar but I knew it was because he secretly just wanted him for himself so I turned to Hayes.
"So where is Taylor now?" I asked.
"She's out doing a yoga class of something I don't know. But I think you two need to talk later." He suggested.
"I think you're right." I leaned into hug him.
It was such a nice brother sister moment until we hear a girlish scream followed by Nash yelling "He peed on me!" Which caused me and Hayes to pull apart and double over in laughter.
