Divya and Abhishek were still in their room when they heard Swati calling for them frantically, "" They ran to the hall only to find Vinay sitting on the sofa, slightly worried, Swati pacing around and Diya looking at both of them. Abhishek made his mother sit down on the sofa, while Divya gave water to her. Finally, Abhishek asked, ""
Swati looked at her son and said, ""
Abhishek asked childishly, "" Divya stared at him and finally asked, ""
Vinay answered, "" He looked at Divya, hoping that she would understand his unsaid words.
Divya looked at them and said uncertainly, "" Abhishek held her hand and pointed towards Diya.
"" said Swati.
Vinay got up and kept his hand on Divya's head, ""
The doorbell rang. Abhishek opened the door and touched the feet of the old lady, standing in front of him. She entered the house and almost shouted, ""
Vinay and Swati touched her feet and Vinay answered, ""
Swati too spoke(pointing at Divya), "" Divya moved forward to touch her feet but Lata gestured her to stop. ""
Diya, who was just a mute spectator till now, went to Abhishek and asked him, "" Before Abhishek could answer her, Lata pulled Diya away from him and answered, "" As soon as she heard these words, Diya ran to the room. Divya wanted to go after her but was stopped by Lata.
She asked Divya, angrily, ""
Abhishek shouted, "" Saying so, he pulled Divya with him to the room.
Diya was lying on the bed crying bitterly. People always kept telling her that she had no father. Three years, she waited for for three long years before she could actually meet her father. Everyday she prayed that he should come back to her and he finally did come back. But now she is being told that he is her father.

Abhishek eyes moistened with tears. He swallowed the lump in his throat and said, ""
At the very same time, Lata entered the room and said, ""
Abhishek took a deep breath and said in a dangerously quiet tone, ""
And then he turned his attention to his daughter, not bothered about anything else. What mattered to him was his daughter, his child.

Outer Sect Disciple
Gongsun Xianyuan, eleven years old, was a genius... or he should have been. Unfortunately when the Cultivator of the Wudang sect came to the village he found out that he had a rare condition that prevented him to cultivate in the arts of the sect. He didn't give up right away but in the end he had to resign himself to the truth. At first he despaired but he soon choose to let his dreams go and begin a new life. This is the tale of an untalented cultivator who had given up in his dreams of glory to live a normal life. How will his future unfold? ------------------------- My native language is neither English nor Chinese, I am writing a Xianxia novel because I like the genre. I have tried to maintain the chinese names and the form of address but I used the measurements of the international system(meters, grams, etc..) and the hour time(no incense stick, or others). It may spoil it for some but I think it would be easier both for me and the readers. Before you read keep in mind that this is a novel with a slow progress. I don't want to give any spoiler but at least a few chapters will be dedicated to his life in the village.
