Upon returning to her pod Ryn was relieved to know no one cared for her disappearance, each one of her sisters feeling bad for the punishment she'd received. Especially during this specific time were food was scarce, they made sure to give her the space she needed in her time of punishment. This also allowed Ryn to be freed from lurking eyes as she made her way back to the tunnels and to the lake, where she waited for Emmett, for two days.
For two long days Ryn waited, hoping Emmett would come bounding through the tree line with a bag full of snacks in hand. However it wasn't so, despite the time she waited Emmett hadn't come back, and her hunger grew tenfold. Deep within her heart she felt concern for the male, not knowing whether or not he was okay. So when the third day came and Emmett once again did not show, Ryn found herself doing something she'd never thought she'd do before. Going onto dry land.
Her reasons wasn't just because of her extreme hunger, but because of the pull she felt in her heart. Ever since meeting Emmett, Ryn's frozen heart thawed, allowing the siren to feel things she never knew was possible.
Swimming to the shore line Ryn stopped just as her body laid itself on the squishy sand, contemplating on whether or not to do this. Although when the image of Emmett hurt within the woods popped into her head, Ryn pushed out all reality and began crawling her way out of the water. To say it was a struggle would be an understatement, she deeply underestimated the amount of gravitational pull dry land had. Ryn felt six time more heavier as she continued to haul herself onto the sandy shores, it was if she were dragging a whales carcass by herself.

As the cool Alaskan air hit her body the skin of her tail began to melt away, revealing a pair of naked human legs. Mesmerized by the transformation Fyn couldn't help but feel her new body limbs, even wiggling her toes. Sitting up Ryn rubbed her hands against the curves of her body, missing the feeling of the scales that once's adorned it.
Looking around at the greenery around her, she couldn't help let out an excited sequel. Casting her eyes upward Ryn knew she had plenty of time to search for Emmett before she needed to return back to the waters and to her pod. Pushing her herself up, Ryn's entire lower body shook violently as she tried to balance herself. Minutes passed, maybe even an hour before Ryn was able to stand up without shaking, even being able to take a few steps without falling. Slowly making her way into the tree line the brunette took one last glance at the lakes waters before heading deeper into the forest. The hunger within her stomach grew tenfold as she passed the horned animal carcass that Emmett had killed the day she met him, however Ryn wouldn't go near it, smelling its rotted flesh a mile away.
It didn't take long for Ryn to stumble across a lone doe, who stared inquisitively at the siren, having never faced her kind before. Stretching out her hand Ryn was surprised when the creatures wet nose touched the palm, rubbing the rest of its head against her hand. Tilting her head slightly to the side Ryn's mouth parted slightly, showing her sharp canines and she quickly trapped the does head within her hands. The deer struggled, wiggling it's body with such ferocity, unsure why the siren in front of it trapped them. With a powerful twist and a thoundering crack the deers body went limp, dropping its body Ryn followed in suit, falling onto her knees. Her sharp nails ripped into the animals body, allowing her access to its tender, warm flesh. Its warm blood trailing down her chin, down her throat, and the rest of her body.

"Holy shit!"
Upon hearing a voice Ryn twisted her body towards the sound, the siren let out a threatening hiss only stopping when she realized the person was Emmett. Dropping the piece of small intestine she was feasting upon Ryn launched herself at the male, wrapping her arms securely around his thick neck. In doing so she smeared his neck and face with deer blood, not that he minded. Emmett himself was confused, why was she here, how did she get legs, and why on earth she naked? All the questions plagued the vampires mind, completely missing the fact Ryn was checking over the male for any injuries.
Holding the sides of his face in her hands Ryn looked deeply into his bright gold eyes, "Emet safe." She pronounced slowly, rubbing her thumb over his cheek which smeared blood across.
Shocked, Emmett captured Ryn's small hands in his own, a bright, happy smile overcoming his face. "Did you come here just for me?" He questioned excitedly, forgetting for a moment she'd have a hard time understanding him. "You, here on land, me?" He asked, this time using him hands to gesture in what he meant.
With a simple nod Ryn intertwined their hands, pulling the vampire towards the dead, torn open doe thinking he might be hungry, remembering him feasting upon the horned creature. Stepping on her tippy toes Ryn placed her hand on his shoulder, using her strength to bring him to his knee.
"Woah!" Emmett exclaimed, shocked by her strength. He looked to the dead doe to his jeans, which were know being soaked in blood, back to Ryn.
Dropping to her bare knees Ryn picked up the half eaten small intestine, holding it up to Emmett, pushing it in his face. "Eat." She grunted.
Unable to refuse her big blue eyes he complied, allowing the siren to hand feed him, forcing the meat down his throat. Once she was satisfied that he had something in his system Ryn went back to devouring the doe. Watching as she dined Emmett pulled out his phone, quickly failing his adopted fathers number.
"Hey Carlisle, listen I need- oh Alice seen her already?" He questioned, side eyeing the siren and letting a smile smile fall upon his lips. Despite eating the organs of a deer and blood covering her body, Emmett still found her beautiful. "Yeah I'll head that way right now."
"Hey, um, you know I never asked your name." He said, gaining the sirens attention. Pausing to think Ryn tried to sound the words out in her head, but how would she translate siren language to human?
After a minute or two the words finally popped in her head, she didn't know how but they just appeared. "Ryn." She spoke softly, allowing her eyes to meet Emmett's, a new found confidence taking over. "I am Ryn."
The two supernatural creature stared at each other, one happy in her answer, and the other shock by their answer. A giant smile took over Emmett's features, showing his blinding pearly whites and sharp canines.
"Nice to meet you Ryn."
