"Why can't we just drive into our driveway?" Rosalie asked the human girl as they walked up their driveway, towards their house.
Theresa walked in front of the Cullen's, not wanting them to see the house first. Mostly scared of their reaction when they see the home.
"Um, you know," Theresa said, pausing to try to find the right words to say, "Theres some glass. I didn't want your tires to be cut" She said, turning around to give the family a smile.
"Glass?" Carlisle asked Theresa, but answered his own question as he saw the house.
The Cullens stood still in shock as Theresa's lips formed a straight line and nodded.
"Yeah, just some glass" Theresa said as one of the railings fell off of the porch.
"In her defense, I asked you to fix that" Esme said to Carlisle, causing him to glare at her.
"I'm really sorry Carlisle" Theresa said. She didn't need to have special empath powers like Jasper to tell that Carlisle was angry.
Carlisle took a deep breath before speaking, "It's okay Tess" He said, placing a hand on her shoulder, "We left you and your emotions mixed with your powers took over. I don't blame you."
"I do" Rosalie said, glaring at her before walking towards the house, kicking glass aside with her shoe as she did.
Emmett cleared his throat before speaking, "I'm going to follow her" he said before running after Rosalie.
"I think I'm going to go now. Charlie gave me a curfew that I have to follow" Theresa said, breaking the awkward silence between her and the Cullens.
"Drive home safe sweetheart" Esme said, hugging her, before departing. She gave her the human girl a small smile before walking into the house hand in hand with Carlisle.

"Text me" Alice said, hugging the girl, before waving bye and going into her home.
Last, but not least, Jasper stood across from Theresa, hands in pockets, as he looked at her.
Theresa refused to make eye contact with him, knowing the second she did she would run into his arms and forgive him.
"Tess, I-" Jasper started to speak, but was cut off by Theresa.
"I don't care what you have to say. If I listen to you, I might forgive you, and right now...you don't deserve that."
Theresa finally made eye contact with her mate. Her eyes watery with tears, some already escaped, falling down her cheeks.
"Mate or not- you hurt me. And I cannot forgive you Jasper Hale."
With that being said Theresa walked past the vampire towards her truck, getting in and driving away, not saying another word. Leaving the Cullen vampire thinking of ways to win back his mate.
