Recap: Keerthy arrives to meet Sanju and join ARC

ARC Towers was filled with excitement than the usual as the ARC and DC groups were to get into business officially. Ranjith had come earlier than usual and Pradeep to joined him. Ranjith had already made the employee list from DC groups who will work at ARC with their details and all their access cards has been sent to Nanda and given to employees who will join ARC.

The employees were present punctual at time at their work floor. Maya and Pradeep were in their cabins and Hari the newly appointed PA of Pradeep addressed the employees to gather at the conference room for a short meeting to be addressed by Maya and Pradeep. Maya got a girl Farina as a PA who was charming and brilliant.

Soon Maya and Pradeep addressed their team alltogether with a positive speech to start the business. They had signed to work together into the business and had to follow every rule of ARC in terms of security.

Hari and Ranjith had already shared many informations regarding the business and the employees of ARC as well as DC. Hari also did a backend check on the employees from DC. Hari was a close friend of Pradeep who was trustworthy.

H: Pradeep, all the employees from DC have a clear background except two. Farina and Dinesh. Dinesh is an expert in hacking and Farina gets work done with her charms.

P: Good Hari. Then inform our security and hackers team to track Dinesh and his works.

H: Sure. we just need to keep Farina away from us.

P: Inform Pavi and Keerthy about her. they will assist us in this

H: hmm ok.

Aryan and Sanju reached their floor and Sanju went to her cabin which was now redesigned with much more comforts and interiors with relaxation room. She got settled and called Pradeep to know the opening day details. After confirming that everything has started well she started to focus on her work. She informed Hari to call Pradeep and Maya for a meeting in one hour. HAri informed Farina to call upon Maya.

M Mv: Why the hell do I need to take her order? God, I just need to get the hell out of her.

F: Madam, meeting is at 11.

M: ok.

At 11 Sanju, Pradeep, Maya along with Hari and Farina gathered at the meeting room.

S: Thank you being here. I just wanted to take the business to high so just work out with the marketing team to increase the sales and alterntively check on the productivity in equal to it. And we need to do a research on the customer's reviews and focus on their requirement may be if any changes required in the existing product or entirely launch a new product. So This week should be sufficient to get this work done. You can finalize the end review and let me know before executing.

P: Thats really great Sanjana, I have already informed the marketing team to work on it. About the existing products review and new product we will work on it.

S: Maya, any suggestions?

M: I don't take orders instead I m used to give orders to others so better don't try to get over me.

S: Maya, I m being professional and I want everyone to be equally professional. We are here for business and I want the focus on that.

Maya stood up and left abruptly and Farina followed her.

P: She will get used to it. Lets not get her into our heads.

S: Correct. Lets move then.

Aryan who was listening to Sanju's way of handling business and Maya was very proud of her. He was busy in checking the quotation that was to be submitted for the tender on the constrcution of an engineering college. The quotation had to be submitted next week so he informed Ranjith the details and to prepare the quotation.

The business went on normal other than Farina trying to be coy with Hari and Pradeep whenever she got the smallest bit of chance. Keerthy and Pavi were watching her every move from their cubicles. Keerthy being the marketing lead was extremely busy working on the new target fixed for the team. she came up with many ideas that were impressive.

Looked like a flick of an eye that a week passed. Aryan had to submit his quotation for the new tender released and Maya, Pradeep were working on finalising the end report to increase their sales and new ideas on launcing a new product.

Maya was in her cabin when Dinesh went to meet her.

M: whats the news Dinesh?

D: Aryan has framed a quotation for the tender that has to be submitted tomorrow.

M: Get his quote details to me then.

D: i got it already and sent to you personal e mail id.

M: That great. you carry on I will take care

Maya then called Nanda and informed him to change their quote details which had sent. Nanda did the same and the next day Aryan and Chandrasekar's quotation were given to the customer who proposed the tender. The builders who sent their quotes had to meet the customer in next two days to get know on who will get the project.

Maya was super happy that after long time Aryan will be losing a tender. Chandrasekar was not aware of any of this activities of Maya.

Next day Everybody was as usual busy in their works.

Sanju met the marketing team along with Maya and Pradeep. Keerthy explained the new strategies she proposed to increase the sales. A part of it was introducing a new model from the rural which sounded risky but everyone found the idea to be a unique one. Sanju approved the idea and instructed to look for a model of their expectation and all over a new ad for their products.

As keerthy finished the marketing presentation , the research department joined the meeting.

S: No false commitment that customer would get fair complexion. Clear cut that their skin gets glow naturally. only natural ingredient for the new product.

P: We can take inputs from the village people on their expectation and the ingredients they use for them from nature.

M: Will get a team to work on it before. May be a survey kind of thing.

S: That sounds great.

After a hectic day of continuous meetings Sanju returned home before Aryan and fell asleep. Kousalya maa saw her sleeping hell tired and left without disturbing her.

Aryan returned home and saw her sleeping. He got refreshed and woke her to have dinner. she got refreshed and came down for and met Aryan who was in the living on a call. After a quick dinner they returned to their room.

Aryan pulled her for hug and kissed her cheeks and forehead.

A: Wifey, Are you feeling stressed out of work?

S: No ma

A: i m watching you for the past two days. You are completely worn out. If you want I will tell Pradeep to handle the business completely. you stay and rest.

S: No Aryan, I m happy to work. Yes I felt a little tired but don't worry with days we will get settled with the business then I will be with less work.

A: Are you sure? I happy to see your potential in the business but at the same time I can't see your worried or tired face.

S: I m more than happy in doing work. won't you ask me about the progress of the work.

A: I know your capability. I trust you and in Pradeep too. So I least worry about our cosmetics anymore.

S: So how is your work going?

A: We have quoted for a tender on constrcuting engineering college. The results will be tomorrow.

S: Seri ok. But lets not bring our business talks in our room.

A: Madam you asked me first.

S: Yesi asked so I said that to me also.

A: Seri come lets sleep. You still seem to be tired.

He carried her to the bed and pulled her to him. She laid her head on his chest and he carressed her hair and patted her to sleep.

Next morning Aryan woke up and saw Sanju still sleeping. He bathed and got ready but still Sanju seemed to be in deep sleep. He kissed her forehead and left a note to her to stay home that day to rest.

He came downstairs and sat at the dining for breakfast.

A: Kousalya maa, Sanju thoongitu than irukka, eluppa venam. Avale endhiricha piragu breakfast kudunga.

K: Seringa sir.

A: Konjam healthy ah soups prepare pannuga romba weak ah irukka. Naa evening seekiram varen.

K: Ok sir.

Aryan left to office and informed Pradeep on Sanju's absence for the day. Sanju woke up late by 11 and saw the bright daylight. she found a note from Aryan on the bed beside her.
