《Bakugou X Kirishima's sister (Reader)》Chapter 38

Light slowly creeped into your room as the sun began to rise. You woke slowly, eyes blinking as you could hear little birds chirping outside your window. Your bed didn't feel cold to you like it had for the last few weeks. There was a significant source of heat beside you. You didn't need to look next to you to know who it was, the memories of last night flooded your head.

Turning slowly, careful not to wake him up, you took in his peaceful expression. There was no sign of his usual abrasive personality as he slept. A smile slowly spread across your face as a feeling of euphoria flowed through you as you remembered his looks of affection from the night before. Carefully you raised your hand, tracing along his face with a finger, taking in his, for lack of a better word, beautiful features. Your hand moving up running your fingers through his hair, which was always soft, something you never expected from its spiky texture.

His hand stopped yours, grabbing it and pulling it down as he slipped his fingers between yours. He didn't once open his eyes, probably trying to fall back to sleep.

"Go back to bed, dumbass." He grumbled; his voice raspy from sleeping.

"I can't, I'm completely awake right now," you grinned, and it was true, there was no way you were going back to bed, your head was filled with the thoughts of him, too excited to think of sleep.

His eyes opened then, glaring at you, "Of course this is the one time you wake up early," he groaned. Reaching over he pulled you too him. He didn't say anything just held you close, maybe hoping you would go back to bed in his arms so he could get a few more hours of sleep. And it was tempting to, his warm embrace was something you could get used to falling asleep in.

But for whatever reason you were up, you tried to get comfortable but you couldn't. Trying to lean into him like he was just a large body pillow but that didn't work either. You should have let him sleep but you wanted his attention again. So with a mischievous look on your face you leaned into him pressing light kisses on his neck, down his jawline and stopped right before you got to his mouth. His eyes opened slowly then to look at you before he rolled them.

He pulled away turning on to his back with a sigh, "Fine, I'm up." He laid there staring at your ceiling a moment, but you could see him fighting to stay awake. His eyes closing again as he lost the battle for consciousness.

You smirked leaning down, pressing a soft kiss on his lips. But he didn't wake up. Testing your luck you leaned in again but it was a trap. His arms wrapping around you keeping you against him as he leaned forward to meet you, his lips crushing yours.

"Katsuki!" You giggled trying to pull away, but his grip around you was too tight. You could feel his smirk against your face as you realized your mistake.

He finally let you go, so he could sit up. Yawning before he looked back at you, "Alright, I'm up for real this time."

It was Sunday, so you both didn't have much to do except for the homework you hadn't even bothered to look at. Katsuki kept you company as you did your work, the two of you spending the day together before class started again tomorrow. It felt nice to be like this again, but it was different this time, it felt more free, more open. Now that Eijiro knew what was going on, you didn't have to hide how you felt and neither did Katsuki.

At the thought of Eijiro, Katsuki got up, your brother was coming back to the dorms tonight and in order to keep the peace, Katsuki now had to split his time between you. The guys had all made plans to play video games or something, so he had to go. It made you a little sad that he was leaving but you understood. He cupped your face in his hands giving you a couple kisses, telling you he'd see you tomorrow.

It all felt so surreal, after everything that had happened you didn't think this is where you two would have ended up. And if you were being honest you didn't want it to end.

It occurred to you then that you hadn't seen your phone since the phone call you missed yesterday. You went searching for your it at the end of your bed but came up empty handed. You finally found it in between your bed and the giant bear you had got from the arcade. You tried to turn it on but it only gave you a black screen. Of course it was dead.

Plugging in your phone you want back to your desk, finishing up your last assignment for the night. As you finished with the last question your phone screen lit up and you heard it ringing like crazy. Confused, no one messaged you that much, you went to check out what was going on.

Upon further inspection you saw multiple messages from Kyoko. Most of them asking where you were, finally her last message asked for you to call her. You didn't really understand what was going on. It's not like your time with Hoshi was mandatory. You shrugged maybe she just wanted to make sure you were okay.

You clicked on her contact and pressed the phone icon to call her. It rang for a moment and then she answered.

"Y/N? What happened to you last night? Are you okay?"

"I'm fine, sorry I didn't mean to make you worry. Something came up last night so I wasn't able to go out." You replied sheepishly.

She sighed, you weren't sure if it was in relief or something else. "I'm glad you're okay, but I need to tell you something." Her voice changed, taking on a more serious tone.

"Okay? What's up?" Kyoko only ever sounded this way when you would neglect your job. But you hadn't been doing that lately so you knew this had to be about something else.

"It's about your date with Hoshi..." she paused, making you nervous. "You've sort of breached a contract."

Your eyebrows furrowed in confusion, "What contract?"

Kyoko was silent for a moment, mulling over how to tell you. "Your agency sort of, signed a contract with Hoshi's. It basically said that you two would put up a charade that you were together for about 3 months. And you not showing up yesterday, kind of went against that contract."

Your heart nearly stopped at what she was telling you. "But I never signed a contract."

She sighed again, "I know. But your contract with your agency says that they can make those decisions for you. They signed it and they told me last night. I'm so sorry Y/N. I tried everything I could but I can't get you out of this."

You didn't know what to say. You were stunned, standing there with your phone to your ear, slack jawed.

"Oh and Y/N, Hoshi's agency made it clear that you can't be seen in public with anyone else. So that boy from UA that you've been seen with, that can't happen again." Her voice sounded sad, like she hated having to be the one to tell you this. "I'm going to keep trying but for now you're stuck in this. And if you break it, you and your parents are going to be out of a lot of money."

"How much?" You couldn't help but ask, not wanting to be responsible for your parents financial downfall.

"Like your parents will probably have to sell their house, kind of money. I'm so sorry, Y/N. If you need anything at all just let me know."

You nodded even though she couldn't see you. Not being able to bring yourself to say anything else. Just thoughts once again flooding your head, but this time they weren't happy thoughts.

You sat in your room, not sure what to do. Not that you had a choice, you knew what you had to do but the idea of having to pretend like that for 3 months made you cringe. Not to mention you'd have to tell Katsuki at some point, and just when you thought the two of you could finally be open about your relationship this had to happen. The more you thought about it, the more upset you became, especially at Hoshi. How could he do this? How could he knowingly seal your fate like that and not even tell you.

You put on something from Netflix, just to pass the time but it didn't help. Your thoughts finally quieted down enough to let you sleep, but you still didn't know how to tell Katsuki. He wasn't going to be happy about this, you already knew that much.

The next morning you woke up, that blissful feeling from yesterday gone. You got up groggily and got ready, opening your door you found Katsuki waiting for you.

"Finally, no wonder you're almost always late. What takes you so long?"

You chuckled, your bad mood disappearing for a moment. "Aw, are you here to walk me to class?" A smirk on your face as he tsked at you. But he didn't deny it.

Grabbing your hand he pulled you out of the dorms and towards your classroom. The two of you talking about nothing in particular as your hands swung between you both. Walking into the class you didn't notice anything different until you spoke, your voice sounded louder than before, realizing that it was because the room was absolutely silent. You turned, finding every set of eyes on you. You were perplexed, wondering if you were late and if Mr. Aizawa had already started class, you turned towards the front but no one was there.

It then dawned on you as you realized they weren't staring at you but your hands intertwined together. After everything you'd been through you forgot that the majority of the class had no idea you two had anything to do with each other.

Heat began to rise across your face, "Uh, I'm going to go sit down." You stepped towards your desk, your fingers slipping out of Katsuki's hand as you both walked in opposite directions. Denki and Mineta instantly rushed to Katsuki's desk trying to get him to spill anything, but in his usual manner he scared them off.

As you reached your seat, the classroom chatter began to go back to normal, as the spectacle before them had disappeared. Your brother turning in his seat to face you.

"Well, glad to know everything worked out." He tried to grin at you. This situation was still a bit weird for the both of you.

"Yeah," your voice faded off, not really ready to talk about your relationship with Eijiro just yet.

Mina instantly came up to your desk, face turned down in a small scowl. "And how long were you keeping this from me?" she questioned, not happy that she had to find out like everyone else. "You owe me all the details at lunch." She huffed before she turned back to her desk as Mr. Aizawa entered the class.

The day went by as normally as it could, your mind now cluttered with thoughts of your classmates now in on your business and with your new problem with Hoshi. By the time the bell for lunch rang, Mina was the first to your desk, Jirou right behind her.

"Alright, now you're spilling the story. When did this happen? How long have you two been together? Did you guys have a fight or something, is that why Bakugou was acting so angry? And what about Hoshi?"

"Alright enough," you put your hands up to stop her. "Give me a second to at least answer one of your questions before you ask a new one."

So, you told Mina the entirety of the story as you walked to the lunchroom. Sitting down at your usual table, she was hanging on to your every word, only interjecting when she had a question. You ended your story with your new problem, your apparent contract with Hoshi. Jirou now leaned forward as this was news to her. Both of their jaws hanging open at the shock of your predicament.

"Have you told Bakugou?" Jirou asked, concern across her features. She figured not, considering he looked to be in a good mood this morning. Well, good for Bakugou.

You looked away, your gaze spotting him across the room, he looked absolutely done with both Denki and Mineta. "Not exactly," your voice small as you spoke. "I don't really know how to tell him; I mean I just found out yesterday."

They both nodded, "Maybe tell him after our study session. I need his help and I don't want him in a mood." Mina offered lightly. You only rolled your eyes and laughed at her concern.

But she was right, you probably should wait until the two of you were alone to tell him. The bell rang again, and all the students moved out of the cafeteria and to their classrooms. Your hero classes went by quicker than expected and you found yourself in your room. Katsuki said he'd see you at your groups study session later and that he'd stop by your room after. You took the time before to think about what you wanted to say. But nothing sounded right. You sighed flopping back on your bed, this wasn't going to go over well.
