The sound of your alarm pulled you out of your dream. One of Katsuki's arms were still wrapped around you.

"Will you turn that off?" He groaned; his voice thick with sleep.

Sitting up you reached for your phone turning the alarm off. You sat there a moment to fully wake up before you started to get up. But Katsuki only pulled you back towards him. You couldn't help but chuckle, "For someone who supposedly gets up at five, you sure like sleeping in."

He made a noise of annoyance into the pillow before he shoved you away. He pushed himself up and with a yawn he stretched his arms up. You couldn't help but notice the way his muscles contracted and relaxed as he moved. He stopped and glanced at you, "Can I help you?"

You shook your head, bringing you back to reality, "Nope." Making your way to your closet you pulled out one of your uniforms.

"You should probably tell your brother you're up before he finds me in here," he smirked at you, a smug tone in his voice.

Throwing a pillow at him, you picked up your phone. It was like he had read your brothers mind, there was already a text from E asking if you were awake. Normally you were grateful for your brother checking in on you. He and your parents know how you struggle with getting up on time and they probably asked him to check up on you. But now that you were hiding things from him you couldn't help but feel guilty about his kindness. You quickly responded to your brother before returning to get ready for class.

"Are you going to sit there all day or are you going to get ready for school?" you looked over at Katsuki still sitting in your bed.

"Shut up, dumbass," the soft side he had last night was gone, replaced with his usual annoyed demeanor. He made his way over towards you and turned your head to face him. Your jaw in between his thumb and forefinger. He stared at you intently for a moment, would he ever find what he was looking for in your features? Letting go he spoke again, "See you in class." He turned without another word and left your room.

You didn't quite understand him, he could kiss you and cuddle with you, he could let you see a side of him he kept under wraps, but he couldn't tell you his feelings with words. You knew you couldn't either, but it wasn't for the same reasons. There was a part of you that held back because once it was out there you couldn't take it back. You pushed these thoughts to the back of your mind before you finished getting ready for school.

As you left the dorms, heading to the classroom you found Jirou walking, catching up to her you synced your steps with hers.

"Good morning," you said cheerfully as you smiled at her.

She looked like she was holding back grin, "Someone definitely had a good morning." Oh no. "If you're trying to keep your thing with Bakugou a secret you should probably have him sneak out of your room earlier." She laughed, unable to hold back her amusement.

"It's not what it looks like, we were just studying last night." You put your face in your hand.

"Your just lucky it was only me who saw him," she pushed your shoulder. She was right, you had been a little to reckless letting him stay in your room.

The morning classes went by rather quickly, most Fridays were like this. The teachers looked forward to the weekend as much as the students and would allow class time to finish work, so you didn't spend all weekend on normal class homework.

It wasn't long until you were sitting at your normal lunch table listening to everyone chattering about the exercise with the other class and Shiketsu high.

"I wonder what we're going to do?" Uraraka questioned the group.

"I've got no clue, I'm just excited to finally work with new people!" Mina exclaimed.

You smiled at her excitement. You didn't know how to feel about today or what to expect, there was a part of you that was nervous, but you didn't really know why that was. It wasn't the fear of new people or their possible judgement of you, you'd dealt with that too many times for it to bother you, so why did you feel so anxious?

You couldn't dwell on it long, the bell bringing you back to the table of your friends. All of you got up at once putting your trays away and making your way back to the class.

"You okay?" Jirou asked, grabbing your shoulder to stop you.

"Yeah," you smiled at her; it was nice to know that you had someone who could pick up on something like this. You haven't had a friend who could read you so easily as she did, in a long time.

Mr. Aizawa met your class and led you to a giant gymnasium that was filled with rock like structures from Cementoss. The Shiketsu students were already waiting inside and it wasn't long before class B joined the group. Both the UA and Shiketsu teachers stood in front of the classes.

"For your training today, we will be doing a sort of capture the flag like exercise. We've split you all up randomly into groups of four. There will be ten teams at a time on the floor, your groups will all be assigned a different flag you must take from another team. Each team will have one flag that they must try and keep while searching for the other flag. You will have 20 minutes to protect your flag and take your opponents." Aizawa turned to face your class specifically, "My class, if you end the exercise with both flags, you pass. If you only have one, you will write me a 10-page paper due Monday at the start of class. And lastly, if you finish with no flag, you will have detention as well as the paper." He gave you all a hard look. You could hear Denki and Mineta gulp in fear.

"Alright time to assign the first ten groups." The teachers began to read off names and put you in teams. "The next group will be Bakugou Katsuki, Kirishima Y/N, Shinso Hitoshi, and Yoarashi Inasa.

Shinso

That must have been that guy from class B. You walked over to your group to find the purple haired boy with a scarf similar to Aizawa's with a face mask looking thing sitting on top, standing next to a taller guy, with a giant glove, a fur trim on his collar and a Shiketsu High hat on. Before you could say anything, you felt someone come up behind you.

"Of course, I get paired up with a bunch of losers."

"Hey!" you turned towards Bakugou, moving to push his shoulder, but before you could touch him, he swatted your hand away.

"Before we make a plan, I think we should know each other's quirks." Shinso spoke, pulling your attention back to the group. Yoarashi and you nodded in agreement.

You heard a huff come from Bakugou, "I already know your lame quirks."

Hitting his chest with the back of your hand to shush him, you all went around the group and explained your quirks.

"Your quirk is brainwashing? That is so cool!" your eyes wide in amazement when Shinso was done with his explanation. Bakugou started grumbling to himself next to you.

Yoarashi spoke up next, "I can, in basic terms control the air around me as well as use multiple air currents at once."

"Okay I think this is something we can work with, now that we know what everyone can do, I think we should split off into groups of two, one group can protect the flag while the other two can get our opponent's." Shinso began putting the plan together. "I'm thinking Yoarashi and Bakugou stay with the flag, Y/N and I can find the other one and she can use her telekinesis to bring it over without us being seen."

Bakugou walked up to him arms crossed, "And why should we trust you both to get the flag?"

"Well no offense Bakugou, but you're not really the stealthiest guy here." Shinso stated monotonously.

His jaw clenched and you were almost positive his face twitched at that comment. They both took a step forward, neither one of them backing down. You pushed yourself in between them and shoved them away from each other.

"Woah guys, come on, we're supposed to be a team here." You looked back and forth at both of them. Shinso's face blank, without emotion and Bakugou's hard and full of anger.

Yoarashi spoke up, "I like his plan!"

"Nobody asked you baldy." Bakugou bit out.

"How many times do I have to tell you, I'm not bald," he lifted his hat, to show him.

"Tch, I'll just work on my own." Bakugou stormed off away from the group.

You rolled your eyes, "I'll go get him, just wait here a sec." Jogging to catch him you grabbed his shoulder, stopping him. "What's going on? Where are you going?"

He kept his back towards you, "Why don't you just leave me alone?" His anger evident in his voice as he started walking again.

"No, why don't you want to work as a team?" you grabbed his arm stopping him again.

Keeping his back turned he spoke again, "So you want to work with him?"

"Shinso?" His back tensed at your mention of his name. "Well, he's on our team" You didn't know where he was going with this. You couldn't understand why he'd been so angry these last couple days.

He finally turned to face you, it was a quick spin and he was suddenly in your face. "Then why don't you go work with your little boyfriend and leave me alone?" You could see the anger in his expression, his arms and shoulders tense like he was attempting to hold it back.

Your eyebrows knitted together in confusion, "What are you talking about?"

His eyes looking at you with a harsh glare, "Is that why you didn't want anyone to know? So, you can continue fucking around with other guys?"

Your mouth fell open in shock, you couldn't believe he had just said that to you. Taking a couple steps back, you wanted to put some space between you. He closed his eyes, pinching the bridge of his nose he took a breath.

"Wait."

But you didn't want to, you didn't want to hear what he had to say. Turning back to your group, you started to walk away. You felt his hand grab your wrist.

"Wait, Y/N, listen-"

But you didn't let him finish, you ripped your arm out of his grasp and turned to face him one last time, "Fuck you."

You spun on your heels and made your way back to Shinso and Yoarashi. Your hands balled into fists as anger, hurt and confusion mixed together into some emotion you couldn't name. You heard a few explosions come from behind you, but you didn't dare look back, you stayed focused on the two people in front of you.

"I'm guessing he's not coming back," was all Shinso said when you returned.

You only shook your head in response, not trusting your voice. You just couldn't get what he said out of your head. Did he really think that about you? Did he really not know you at all to think that was the kind of person you were? It's not like anything happened with Shinso, so why would he act like that?

"I think we can stick with the original plan. I'll be fine guarding the flag," Yoarashi stated matter-of-factly.

"It's probably our only chance of success," you turned to look at Shinso, who nodded at you in agreement. "Let's go." You both walked off into the cement obstacle course before you. The flag you were assigned was the red teams. Each flag was a large piece of material attached to a staff like pole, it wouldn't be hard to spot. The both of you decided to stay on the outer perimeter of the area and look to see if you could spot it.

"How far away could you grab the flag?" Shinso asked you, as you both looked out on the course before you.

"Probably like 10 to 15 meters, to still have a strong hold on it."

"Alright, we'll try and get as close as we can when we find it."

You both made your way around the area, you tried to think about who the team you would be against would be to get your mind off of Bakugou.

Shinso stopped walking, "Look, over there." He pointed ahead of you and you could see the red flag, peeking over a small hill. You both made your way over and hid behind a rock. You didn't see anyone around, glancing at Shinso he nodded, and you grabbed the flag and brought it towards you.

"You didn't think we'd let you take it that easily, did you?"

Your brother stood on one side of you and Mina on the other side. You pulled harder with your quirk until you felt the flag in your hand. You quickly lifted the rock you were hiding behind and threw it at E. It threw him across the small arena like area you were in. You could see the rock breaking as he dug himself out.

"Are you trying to kill me sis?" He asked as he broke the rock open.

"Stop being so dramatic," you smirked.

"Are you going to help, Mina?" You heard your brothers voice, but you didn't see his mouth moving.

"Right!" she exclaimed making her move to stop you.

"Stop, and walk away," turning you saw Shinso with his mask on his face. Glancing at Mina you saw her eyes go wide and blank as she turned to walk away. Now that was cool.

Suddenly you heard a loud explosion come from where your brother was. Oh no. The explosion was so destructive you would have thought it was your brother Bakugou was angry with. The aftermath of the explosion pushed you all back, including Mina.

"We gotta go, now!" Shinso turned to run and you were hot on his heels.

"Not so fast!" you heard Mina shout after you. Well she didn't stay down too long. You saw the acid of her quirk disperse on the ground. It had become to slick for you to run and both of you lost your balance as you slid to the floor.

"Gotcha!" Two large hands from a student in class B wrapped around you and Shinso. One hand holding you and the flag. The other holding Shinso and an additional flag.

The announcement rang loud and clear throughout the room. "Times up! Everyone stay where you are, and a teacher will discuss your groups results with you."

"Hopefully Yoarashi could hold on to our flag," Shinso said coming to stand by your side.

Aizawa was the first to approach you both, Bakugou stood off to the side of the group. "Obviously you guys didn't hold on to your opponents' flag, but luckily your teammate was able to guard your teams' flag till the end. Y/N, Bakugou, I expect an essay on the importance of teamwork on my desk, Monday morning." He left, turning to the next group.

Swiftly you turned, glaring at Bakugou, "What the hell was that?!" you demanded. Stomping over to him you jabbed your finger into his chest. "You just couldn't stand by and let us succeed without you? No because Bakugou always has to save the day and prove to everyone that he's better." He didn't look at you at first. But as you continued talking, he finally glanced down at you, with a blank face. It was like he was trying to ignore you or block you out. "Now I'm stuck writing this stupid essay because of you, thanks a lot."

As you turned to leave you heard your brother come up to Bakugou, "What did you do to get her so riled up?" But you didn't stick around for his answer.

Shinso walked up beside you as you both made your way back to Yoarashi.

"Hey, at least you didn't get detention with your essay."

"At least," you muttered.
