and your palms are sweaty.

And I can't help but feel

like I did something wrong constantly.

I'm overwhelmed by anxiety

and I can't stop shaking

and there's no way to stop it

and I'm absolutely miserable.

And I can't stop thinking about

how it would be

if it just stopped

if I just stopped.
