"Doctor, the boy's waking up."
Doctor Malhotra, a young man with rather striking features and unnaturally intense dark brown eyes, rose from his sparkling clean white chair, following the nurse toward the operation room. He watched as the redhead stirred, smiling rather wickedly. "It worked," he said to himself, stroking the boy's pallid cheeks in the way an artist might marvel at one's features. "It really worked."
The boy opened his eyes, focusing them on Malhotra, who was smiling. "Welcome back, my boy."
"Where am I? Where's-"
"Calm down." Malhotra readied a syringe, containing a strange, bluish liquid. He injected it into the boy, grinning madly as the boy's pupils dilated, his eyes slowly changing colour. The boy smiled at Malhotra, his now blue eyes highlighted by the lighting of the operation room. "Hello, Father."
