(I will have their outfits in the beginning of the chapter
"" I asked the girl. Her face got really red and she looked a down before mumbling something.
"" I told her and sat in the chair next to her. I picked a book off of the table next to me and opened it.
"" She said a little louder for me to her. She placed a bit of hair behind her ear.
"" I said. She had a uniform on, she goes to a good school too.
"" I asked her. She looked at me but then quickly looked back at the floor and nodded.
She is super shy it seems.
"" I asked her trying to start a conversation somehow.
"" She answered back. She had long brown hair and light brown eyes. I'm already short but she is shorter than me, I think, I have heels on so it's hard to tell.
""
She looked at me and I could see her rosy cheeks, she went to say something but let out a quiet giggle and smiled lightly.
""
Ah she finally spoke more than a few tight words.
"" I smiled at her and went to order.
I watched her walk away to put in her order. She was beautiful, really beautiful. Sometimes I wish it was normal for everyone to be gay, then I would actually have a chance with her.
I glanced over to the book she was reading and it was Harry Potter. I remember finishing that when I was child so I could stay in my room. I chuckled lightly and adverted my attention back to my book.
"" Jieun asked me. I was a bit shocked and looked up to her, shaking my head and waving my hands.
"" I quickly told her and took a drink of my milkshake.

""
She called me cutie?! What! I think I might die.
My face got so red as I tried to hide it with my book. Sadly, Jieun already saw but she only chuckled.
Gosh what is wrong with me? I might be a gay but I should be able to hide it...ugh.
"" I heard Jieun ask. I guess she was talking about the book but I wasn't sure.
"" I looked over too her and held up the book ""
She nodded ""
""
I realized that I sounded like a nerd.
"" I mumbled and hid my face again.
"" Jieun smiled at me.
Why does she make me heat up so easily?
My ears are definitely red by now.
I mumbled a thanks and started to read again. After a while heard something so I looked over to Jieun and saw her sleeping peacefully.
I smiled and took off my blazer, placing it on her. I sat back down and read for a while, waiting for her to wake.
My eyes fluttered open and I saw Lily, still reading her book. I looked down at what was covering me and it was her blazer, she put it on me so I won't get too cold. That's so sweet of her.
She looked over to me and gave me a smile ""
I shook my head and sat up straight "" I handed it back to her. She put it on and sat up.
"" She asked me as she picked up her bag. I nodded but there was something else I want.
""
"" I quickly ask before she left. It seems like she froze when I asked her that.

This fiction is based on a short story I wrote inspired by a prompt on r/WritingPrompts. Contrary to my plans, I haven't sketched out the story in detail or written anything ahead of time. I've discovered I don't do well at that. I'm just writing this thing and we'll see where it takes us, OK? Nothing every came easy to Ryan Shakespeare, but as an elite British Army sniper he had found a niche that suited him, right up to the point at which he found himself summoned to a world far from his own to fulfil the job of a champion. Luckily, Ryan arrived with his experimental sniper rifle, so surely killing the dragon and getting his chance to go home would be a simple job, right? But Ryan should have known better, because nothing ever comes easy. Caught up in the politics of the Draconic League, Ryan will need to keep all his wits about him and use every resource at his disposal if he's going to persuade these people to let him do his job and go home.

R0Q-T357-Alpha (callsign: Rock) is a "Core Child," an irredeemably-crippled test tube baby modified and repurposed by an advanced U.S. military project to serve as the CPU for two-thirds of America's orbital defense systems. Though no one outside of the Pentagon has ever heard of him, he protected his homeland from three ICBMs, a Pacific theatre invasion fleet, and one rogue asteroid. Now, after twenty-seven years of distinguished service from "birth," he is being honorably discharged into civilian life. The only problem is that "civilian life" isn't exactly livable for a glorified brain in a jar. How does a couple pounds of grey matter surrounded by five tons of life support systems and enough co-processing enhancements to take over the planet enjoy an early retirement when he's surrounded by overzealous politicians, corporate spies, and foreign agents after military secrets? The real world isn't that forgiving.
