You leaned yourself near the door as you tried your best to focused on the meeting that was being held.
Myourmiles, a name you remembered from your adventure in helping the children with Rimuru, spoke to your husband about how everything possibly came about, which lead to this meeting with everyone, and the people who Myourmiles brought along with him.
You knew how important the meeting was but your mind was all over the place to focus on that simple thing.
»
The kids... Everyone. I'm so sorry. If only I was here.
»
Tears started forming at the corner of your eye, but you quickly wiped it away in hopes no one wouldn't noticed.
»
Elith.. I hope you're still alive.
»
But you doubt that. She wasn't apart of this meeting, like Zeldin or Benimaru was. You didn't bother getting your hopes up.
"We will deal with this ourselves." You broke out of your thoughts at the sound of Rimuru's voice. You saw he was bowing as he continued speaking. "Everyone, please prepare for your return."
Seems as if he declined a deal with Myourmiles and his folks. You would too if it meant they would be in danger.
🔸▪️🔹
You didn't realized how dark it was until you went outside to bit Myourmiles farewell. Seemed like you were too focus on everything that was happening to acknowledge the sun slowly going down.
"If anything happens, I'll be sure to testify." Myourmiles spoke as he stood in front of the portal Rimuru had created for him. He soon stepped through, allowing the portal to finally be closed.
"I'd like for you to take me to those that are injured." Rimur commanded Rigurd.
"Yes, sir."
🔸▪️🔹
You stood outside the infirmary with Zeldin, as you both waited for Rimuru to finish his talk with Gobta and Hakurou, who were lying rather healthy on the bed due Rimuru taking their pain away. You were glad they were doing fine.

"It's.. It's all my fault." You turned your head to look at your guard at his sudden statement.
"No need to worry, Zeldin. I'm sure it isn't your fault." You tried to console your friend.
"But I was the one who left the kids unattended." He groaned. "It's all my fault. If I had protected them like I was told to, they wouldn't have died."
You stayed quiet as you took in Zeldin's words.
You truly didn't want to blame anyone other than the people that caused the death of your and Rimuru's people.
As well as that woman Mijurran.
"Hmm. Where is she?" You looked into the infirmary as you watched Rimuru searched around the room for someone.
"Ms. Y/N.." Beniamru came into view. "I'd like for you and Rimuru to follow me." Rimuru, who heard the sound of his name, looked at the red head in wonder, but complied to the man's order.
🔸▪️🔹
You, Rimuru, Shuna, Gobta, Hakurou, Zeldin and Rigurd, all followed Beniamru as he lead you all to another patch of dead bodies.
"Over here." Beniamru stopped in his place. Everyone eyes were dull as they noticed the dead body of Shion lying down on the ground. "And Ms. Y/N..." Beniamru was hesitant. "Elith.. She's.. She's over there..." The red head pointed in the direction that was just opposite to Shion's body. She laid just a few blocks down the purple head woman's body.
You slowly began walking toward your dearest friend and crouched down to be in more contact with her. And at this moment, you felt nothing. Empty. Dull. There was no reason to be alive anymore when you had failed to protect the ones that were most important to you.
"Lady..." Zeldin started, but stopped as he wasn't sure if he should continue speaking.
"Leave for.. A bit." You breath out. The male nodded his head before leaving his queen alone.
That's when he felt the sudden deadly aura from not only you, but from Rimuru as well. Everyone was shocked at the feeling of both of your combined auras.
You both were just truly angry.
