With it being a new day, Rimuru's mind was already set on visiting the man, Myourmiles. There were so much thing he wanted to talk with the man. He may also be a great use to help with cure for the children.
And although Rimruru did want to go see what the man was capable of, he wanted to do so with you by his side.
"So you won't be coming with me to meet up with Myourmiles?"
"Nah," You shook your head. "I have other things to do."
"Other things? Like what exactly?" Rimuru knitted his eyebrows as he placed his ex-soulmate's mask on the side of his head. You seem to always have something to do whenever he needs your help and wants your company.
"You know.. Things." You gave him a closed eye smile, hoping that'll at least stop him from questioning you.
"Are you hiding something from me?"
"What? Of course not." You definitely were, but it didn't seemed that important to tell him when it was your own problem.
"Okay. You know what, we need to set some rules as a married couple." Rimuru placed a hand on his hip. He was tired of your little games already.
"What?"
"Rule one: if something is bothering you, you must always tell your partner, whether it's something small or not."
"Why is thi-"
"Rule two: always be open with how you feel about the relationship."
"Isn't that kinda the same rule as rule on-"
"Rule three: uh..." You could only facepalm as Rimuru placed a finger on his chin as he tried to think of another possible rule. "I can't think of any at the moment, so for now it's rule one and two." The blue head closed his eyes as he let out a sigh before opening them. His eyes were now trained on yours, forcing you to look away with nervousness. "Now tell me what are you hiding?"

"Ugh," You groaned. "Fine." You exhaled exaggeratedly. "I'm just.. Trying to find my mom. It's no big deal."
"Your mom? Didn't you told me she up and left?"
"Well, yeah." You shrugged from your seat at the edge of the bed. "Maybe she's alive out there.. Somewhere." You placed your cheek against the palm of your hand, frowning at the thought of your mother. "I just really want to know why she left so.. Suddenly?"
Rimuru sighed again. He moved from his spot near the door and stood in front of you with a gentle smile. His hand went on the caress the side of your face, before taking the hand that was once holding your cheek.
"Y/N. There was a reason why I asked you to come on this journey with me. Not only did I wanted to spend time with you," He sheepishly smiled, "But I knew with you by my side, the quest I have can easily be completed." He kissed the knuckle of your hand, "You've made my life easier just by standing near me. I'm so grateful to have you by my side.. But.. Why can't you see that? I haven't said anything, but I've noticed the way you confert to doing things by yourself. Like now. Why do you want to find your mother alone, when you know I can help you? Like you helped me. You do trust me, right? Because I trust you."
You remained silent at your husband's confession. He's right.
Ever since you were little, you always thought that doing things yourself was best, but as you grew older... It became something you weren't so good at, allowing you to leave all the royalty work to Elith and many other knights of your kingdom.

Maybe I can start doing things myself again, you once thought as soon as the marrying with Rimuru was confide, seeing as you were no long a princess, but a queen. But it seemed like reverting to doing things by yourself isn't always such a good idea. A little help isn't bad especially when you need it.
"I'll be heading off to visit Myourmiles. We'll search for your mother together after we're done helping with the kids." Rimuru placed a small kiss on your forehead before heading out the door.

Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder
I, Mick Chadwick, regret to inform my readers that this memoir contains nothing but the truth, which in the case of Tobias MacClain, most ridiculed as Pajama Boy, is far from pleasant. If you seek to relate to a hero more than to aspire to them and have the stomach for unpleasant things such as a hero left for dead, villainous scars, bomb threats, and murderous intent, then look no further. All of these gruesome things and more await from my research, and though I do not wish them on any man or woman, I cannot bear this burden on my own much longer. In the words of Tobias MacClain himself, "Sometimes, a villainous act can cause the greatest good." I hope that all my villainous acts of sneaking, blackmailing, diary-reading, and grave-digging, among others, will be redeemed as I present this complete and truthful memoir to the world, and with any luck, open eyes to the truth of what we call "villainy". Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder ********* MATURE FILTER IS FOR:- violence- graphic imagery (blood, burns, fairly dark headspaces)- cartoon depiction of burn scars for visual aid Despite graphics, Mick Chadwick's writing keeps Mr. MacClain's terrible tale light somehow. This is foremostly a comedy.
